The closest you come to "fine dining" (although it's not very expensive) is at Telegrafen. They got really nice food, although you won't enjoy seaview.

Trivelig sted med nydelig mat og god service. Mulighet for å sitte både ute og inne. I høysesong lønner det seg å bestille bord.
