This is a great cycleway going from coast to coast. Begin at Opua on the East Coast and travel 84 kms to Horeke on the West Coast. We are in the middle - between Kaikohe and Okaihau and happy to pick up and deliver for you to begin your 2nd day of cycling if you would like to take 2 days.

The Twin Coast Cycleway passes directly below Flaxmere. You can hire bikes in Kawakawa and cycle 70km in one direction or 6km in another. Fantastic family fun.

Newly opened Northland Rail Trail takes you through early NZ settlements. 84 km from Opua to Horeke or ride individual sections and arrange for shuttle service. Awesome scenery and great for all levels of riders.
