Gorgeous park with fantastic restaurant. Many trails, a lake and golf.

Prospects Restaurant inside the main lodge is wonderful and very family friendly. Stop by for a hot drink by the fire during the winter or lounge outside overlooking the Robert Trent Jones golf course in the summer.

Hiking, trail riding by horseback (Cheap!!) A big lake with a beach for swimming, fishing, and paddle boats. Great to visit in the summer for swimming or the fall for the beautiful colors. I don't think they do trail riding in the winter.

Highly Recommend. 6000 acre park where you can fish, play tennis, basketball, golf, horseback riding, hiking and much much more. The cabin is only 2 miles away from Cacapon State Park.
