One of the BEST ASADO MAKER !! My reccomendation: ENTRAÑA con papas fritas and for dessert LA COPA ALBERTO!!! Delicious and a classic spot!

I believe this is one of the top 5 best barbecues in Argentina (I am originally from Buenos Aires). Portions are big and I would recommend sharing one cut of meat for 2 (same thing for the fries/chips and/or salads) Me and my husband's usual order is: 1 Provoleta (melted cheese for starters) 1 Fries (or salad if we "try to be healthy" 1 Entraña (similar to skirt but better) 1 Matambrito de cerdo (pork..add lemon to it) Pick a red wine (argentine, malbec, you won't get it wrong) Enjoy!

Local restaurateur, Alberto, owns a family chain of parrilla (grill meats), and pasta restaurants around town. Always good food and wine.
