Arguably one of the most beautiful beaches in the South Bay, Abalone Cove Beach is a must visit. Less than 10 mins from the Beach House (just before Terranea Resort as you're driving up from the Beach House), this beach / park offers a mild 5-10 min hiking trail down to the beach, and a long stretch of sandy beach plus rocky sections with amazing life-filled tide-pools.
