It serves some of the best Hunan cuisine in downtown Flushing. Similar to Sichuan cuisine, Hunan (a province in south-central China) tends to be hotter in flavor than Sichuan, but both cuisines are known for their use of chilies and garlic. Hunan Kitchen of Grand Sichuan's cumin lamb and BBQ fish dishes are the perfect way to get a taste of Hunan cuisine.
