A monument of Queens since 1964 Worlds Fair. A popular tourist attraction. Its also a great park to take your kids to. They have a museum and an ice skating rink nearby

This is the center point of the park. Visitors like having their pictures taken in front of it, a favorite is to put your hands in the air and pretend to hold up the globe. The water fountain on in the summer and look particularly impressive during the US Open when the water is lit up at night.

This is the centerpiece of the largest park in Queens, Flushing Meadows Corona Park. Take a ride on the Q58 to get there in about 45minutes. It's worth the trip on a lovely weather day. It is much less crowded and more quiet than Central Park in Manhattan.
