One of my favorite places to hike. Lots of trails that are well marked. To get to bear creek preserve, you turn left onto Rt. 840 East, and turn left at the next light onto Rt. 115 North. Please note there are 2 entrances to bear creek preserve. My recommendation is to go to the second entrance which is on the left. You turn into a parking lot. Please note that the trails are marked as yellow as easy, green as moderate, and red as difficult. In my experience, the green trails seem more like easy and the yellow trails are more moderate.

A great place to go hiking and can take you a couple of hours. Lots of open space and some great waterfalls!
