The old Goat is always funky, with frequent live music-not the kind where you can't hear anything anyone is saying, but more grand piano players and gypsy-jazz bands. Thursday night is German night, so don't forget your lederhosen.

Creative American Cuisine nearby with farm-to-table items. Also a great selection of local, rotating beers. They often have live music in the evenings, and it's quite close!

The Old Goat is in Alger Heights so if you're trying to check out different neighborhoods this would be a fun spot to hit. They opened in 2015 and have great food, good drinks and a nice atmosphere.
