Book a table online then go up until floor 64 or so (entrance from metro exit Bienvenue or Gare Montparnasse). Breathtaking view of Paris from this luxury restaurant however you could just order one drink (around 7€) and request a table near the window, then just enjoy. I prefer this than going up at Eiffel Tower, it's less cold / more cozy and specially no long queue if you booked for a precise hour
