The longest pedestrian walkway over the Hudson River. Amazing views and there is even an elevator now.

Walk or bike across this bridge across the Hudson River for some amazing views. The Highland parking lot is around 27 minutes away. Use 87 Haviland Rd., Highland, ny, 12528 in your gps. If you want, once you cross you can even take an elevator down on the Poughkeepsie side and explore on the other side of the Hudson.

And old railway bridge converted to a walkway over the Hudson River. Not to be missed. Approximately 20 minutes away by car.
