WINE BAR & SMALL PLATES - Super foodie, great music, counter only and lively atmosphere. One of 3 amazing restaurants at the iconic Parker Hotel. If you don't drink wine you can buy drinks at the lobby bar and bring it in to the Counter Reformation. Food is delicious, they offer warm baguette and butter that are shipped in from France when you sit down. Warning...it's does not have very many seats so either go early or be prepared to potentially wait.
