A wonderful opportunity to feel like you’re in a big city without the crowds. The gallery is carefully curated with only North Carolina artists. And the shop is a wonderful place to purchase a beautiful souvenir from Greensboro. I am also the current Board President:).

Nature and walking
A beautiful park in any season. Wheelchair accessible. A must visit.
Giardino del Bicentenario della Famiglia Tanger
1105 Hobbs RdA short drive from Tranquility, this is a pretty and large park with a large pond (fishing is allowed) with great walking/running trails. In the summer, there is ice cream for sale and paddle boats for rent. There is also a great DOG PARK (separated into 2 areas - one for large and one for small dogs). Close to Guilford County Courthouse which is a good place to get your history lesson.

We love this neighborhood! And walking the 2.8 mile loop is very pretty. Dogs are welcome but on a leash.

Best local coffee. A friendly staff and excellent coffee. There’s a nice patio in the back and tables out front. You’ll also find interesting and local art displayed inside snd a variety of yummy snacks.
