Greatest little secret in North Eastern Connecticut. Wonderful spirits, wonderful people, outstanding beautiful location in Ashford.
Louis and Margie take their time to make delicious small batch eau de vie, organic vodka, apple brandy and gin. They have a new tasting room open on Saturday and Sunday from 11am. Till 5 pm.
Well worth your time to make the trip. These guys have been doing it for over 20 years and the don't cut any corners. Outstanding distilled spirits, and a beautiful place to visit. More than likely you will get to meet them both, and share some knowledge and spirits together.

The 135 acre Pine Acres Lake, and the Goodwin Conservation Center combine to make this forest an eastern Connecticut treasure.
