Philadelphia is a walking city steeped in art, amazing food and, of course, history.
Admission is $20 for a two day pass and you just might need it as the museum is large. It is pay as you wish on the first Sunday of every month and Wednesday nights and always free to kids 12 and under. There is free street parking north of the museum and $12 in the museum's garage with validation.

If you are a fan of The Rocky movies, then you will surely recognize these steps. You can take a photo with Rocky's statue at the bottom (usually a line) and run up the steps like a champion. Once on top, you don't have to be a Rocky fan to feast your eyes on the view, it's beautiful.

There are many places to get food but you can also bring your own and enjoy it on the many picnic tables throughout. Bringing alcohol is not permitted. There is some street parking along Girard and also 34th and the zoo offers a garage for $16. You can also take the trolly that runs east/west on Girard, as it is only 1.3 miles from Hipster Chic.

As difficult as it is for us to believe, doctors of the day did not treat patients with kindness. Admission is $15 for adults and $10 for students and children. Children of all ages are permitted but please be mindful of your child's ability to appropriately handle the exhibits they will see.
