Rajdarbaar Tandoori - indian restaurant My most favourite indian restaurant in Düsseldorf. They serve just phenomenal Indian dishes by the owner running the place himself. The have a very nice lunch buffet on sundays which I love to highly recommend. Preens - The better Whey This new "Protein Bar" was designed and is run by Simon and Timon - two young entrepreneurs from town - who serve very healthy protein-smoothies, -creames, -porridges, -slushs, -snacks and Detox-Water. POZANGMATCHA 포장마차 - Finanzämtche One of my favourite places in town for dinner. A very unusual but super super nice korean restaurant with meals ranging from 9-17 €. Might seem a bit expensive but they do serve big portions and the food is superb. Funny enough from outside the place and the name "Finanzämtche" seems like a old and German pub. Pizzeria Romantica

There is a reason why this tratoria is rated on tripadvisor number 1 pizza restaurant in complete Germany. My favourite pizzeria by far and I love also the intimate personal vibe the owners create at this place. The moment you open the door and enter the place really feels like taking part at a glorious and authentic italian family diner. I would go even futher and say at least for me it feels like really beeing cared for and becoming part of a very nice italian family for the time you spend there. Thats what makes this place really special! Enjoy :)

Superb food, handmade since 20 years from the both owners: a super nice turkish gentleman and his also super nice polish wife in a beautiful little place full of flowers. I just had a very delicious lunch for just 8€ before adding this to the guide. The quality and the taste of the dish would easily had been worth 16€. A lot of locals come here for food and I love going every time. This place is always full of positive energy.
