This particular Woolworths is the closest to your AirBnB. It is what is called a ‘Metro Store’, meaning it’s more like an express store rather than the full-blown supermarket. Even though the location is quite strategic, there is not a very deep range per product, but it definitely has a wide variety of most grocery items. Prices are fairly typical of the area. They seem to focus a lot on prepared meals, packaged foods, items that are quick to grab and usually bought in small quantities.
The store has an elevated section with tables and chairs so that people can sit down and enjoy the free Wi-Fi offered. Also, in the middle of the store, it is good to find a freshly prepared sushi stand.

Woolworths Woolloomooloo (Metro)

Make sure you take a basket/ trolley from upstairs, as there aren't any on the lower level.
