S/v "Dina", the Bruce King-designed Ericson 34 was launched in 1987 . Just two miles north of The Colony, Texas you will enjoy the beauty of the marina 'lifestyle', while allowing yourself immediate access to Lake Lewisville.
With beautiful exterior, comfortable sitting/sleeping spaces, and an expansive view of the Pier 121 Marina Area, this 35 foot sailboat provides a unique Lake experience.
The downtown restaurants, coffee shops, art galleries and other stores are a short drive away. And the view of the lake that extends out to West will make you feel more connected to the water than any hotel room possibly could.
Though the boat cabin is a very cozy and charming space, it is best to think of a night on-board as somewhere between a camping and a B&B experience. Guests are expected to utilize shower facilities that are provided by the marina on shore, and to leave the boat in the same clean condition that they found it.
If you do your part to make this arrangement work, then the security deposit will be fully refunded. Otherwise it will be retained as compensation for the effort of making the boat ready for the next guests.
Sleeps 2, which makes it the perfect couples romantic getaway. V berth in bow is as wide as a Queen at head and tapers to a V at your feet.
Add one more person for an additional $35 per person, per night.
There is currently an A/C Unit that can be plugged in at night. Warm bedding is available as the weather can turn chilly at any time, during the non-summer seasons.
Food preparation and storage facilities include a refrigerator and coffee-maker..
Currently, there is no stove or oven use within the boat cabin.
Lewisville and The Colony offers a variety of restaurants, covering breakfast, lunch and dinner. Also, a marina restaurant on-site serves great food and sandwiches!
