  • We had a wonderful time staying with Mary Beth and Peter. A beautiful location, unique and welcoming! Our hosts made everything easy, from a small fridge full of goodies, recommendations on markets/restaurants and things to do. We loved the private wine tasting, great conversation and the dip in their beautiful pool. A great stay and we can't wait to come back!

  • Great place to stay! Great location, in the heart of wine country. Close to town a lot of good restaurants & wineries. Very scenic & quiet surroundings! Would highly recommend to anyone

  • We had an awesome stay. The place is beautiful, and it's right in the heart of Dry Creek Valley wine country. We loved how quiet it was, despite being close to everything. There was virtually no road noise, and very little light, so the stars were beautiful on a clear night. A few nice touches included a stereo system with a large collection of CDs that we enjoyed. The mini-fridge was stocked with snacks and beverages for us to enjoy. I don't think it could have been a more perfect place to stay, for what we were looking for. Thanks, Mary Beth!

  • Greeted us and showed us all of the amenities. Beautiful location and highly recommend it for Wine lovers.

  • Very nice stay at Mary Beth & family.

    Mikkel2016-08-22T00:00:00Z
  • One of the most enjoyable Airbnb stays I've had! Mary Beth is an incredibly gracious host and the location and views are as good as they get. I recommend for anyone going to Sonoma County wine country!

  • Homey... fantastic!

    Matteo2016-07-06T00:00:00Z
  • The perfect place for a wine country get-away. Peter and Mary Beth are so welcoming to their piece of heaven. We'll definitely be back.

Rustic cabin, built in 1901, now being lovingly nuzzled back to beauty. Spacious and cozy, woodsy and bright, with two big porches overlooking the Russian River Valley. For each rental, $50 goes to the Sonoma County Resilience Fund for fire relief efforts.
Rustic cabin, built in 1901, now being lovingly nuzzled back to beauty. Spacious and cozy, woodsy and bright, with two big porches overlooking the Russian River Valley. A five-minute walk from the river, a five-minute drive from a bunch of wineries, and twenty-five minutes from the unbelievable Sonoma coast.
  • I went up to Eli's for a little solo retreat, to get away from the city. The space and the cabin is really great, with a lot character. I enjoyed waking up to the big windows with fog rolling through the treetops, grilling on the deck while watching the sun go down and listening to the great record collection in the living room while starting a fire in the wood stove. The kitchen is well equipped, though the small fridge is has its quirks. It is a cabin in the woods, and as Eli mentions it is a work in progress. If you're okay with that and don't have problems with cobwebs, spiders and a few other kinks, it's a really spacious and wonderful place to spend a few days.

    Greg2016-10-21T00:00:00Z
  • Great spot. Cabin is rustic as advertised but very comfortable and well appointed.

    Kaja2016-12-29T00:00:00Z
  • We contacted Eli 4 days before our intended stay date. He didn't have enough time to ask his housekeeper to come by and tidy everything, so he waived the cleaning fee and gave me a special price. It was very easy to get there after wine tasting in Healdsburg, and the property is absolutely wonderful! Very homey, nestled in the trees, great views from the deck, vintage decorations... It was a real treat! There's one bed room and one loft. We chose the loft, but the bedroom looked very comfortable. It will definitely be fun to come back with friends!

    Lindsay2013-02-19T00:00:00Z
  • Eli was exceptionally accommodating considering our last minute reservation. People had checked out earlier in the day and Eli went and straightened up so we could check in after making our reservation at 4:30pm. The place was very relaxing and had a peaceful energy. Look forward to spending more time at the writer's retreat

    Joshua2014-03-13T00:00:00Z
  • Eli's place is magical. He was exceptionally responsive and accommodating, and I would return in a heartbeat.

    Meredith2014-04-22T00:00:00Z
  • A great little spot! We had a great time. Eli is very chill about his house. Definitely recommend this place. And sleep in the loft :)

    Gary2014-05-19T00:00:00Z
  • Eli was able to squeeze us in at the last minute even though he was out of the country and not always around an Internet connection. He was very accomodating and friendly. The neighborhood was beautiful, every window looked out into trees. We loved the record player and record collection.

  • We really enjoyed our stay, the location was great, very close to Guerneville, near the river. The unit was quiet and comfortable.

  • Delightful place in a wonderful location- impeccably clean, and very comfortable. Johnny was super-helpful with his advice on the area as well!

    Sudhir2016-05-09T00:00:00Z
  • This place is a gem! I was here for work so I didn't get to explore too much. I absolutely plan on visiting again for vacation! When you walk out on the porch in the mornings it's beautiful. I enjoyed the drive into Santa Rosa everyday driving thru the trees and over the river! The housekeeper Shannon is excellent to work with and gave me great tips about the area and was very helpful the entire duration of my stay! Would absolutely recommend staying here!

    Latisha2017-11-17T00:00:00Z
  • Very comfortable; everything appeared to be new and well looked after. Always an immediate response to any questions, and also enquiries as to anything we needed. The cabin is amongst the Big Redwoods; warm and cosy during winter months. Very convenient to napa and local wineries, but also to the coast. It must also be lovely during the summer months. The local golf club is spectacular with the Redwood trees.

  • This bungalow is charming and cozy. It's perfect for an quite get away. It is very close to shops and food! We enjoyed our stay.

    lee2016-11-20T00:00:00Z
  • The place was exactly as it looks in the pics, although the driveway is quite narrow - room for one car only. It's best to park in the lot across the street. The cabin is quite comfy and cute and has everything you need for a weekend away. Be warned though - this is a very busy area, the cabin is tucked back in a "pocket" neighborhood off the main road and we were quite surprised with the amount of traffic/noise that resulted. Not the quietest place around for sure, but cute and very comfortable if you're ok with a little noise.

    Sean2015-08-03T00:00:00Z
  • Very cute bungalow, just what we were looking for. Area is quite dark at night, but we came to get away from the city lights. Very nice spot tucked away in the woods.

Heaven in the Oaks An attractive, ultra-romantic, almost-a-cottage Bed&Breakfast is waiting for you in our restored 1930s-era vacation home just outside celebrated Healdsburg. We consider our B&B as a destination in itself for those who want to take full advantage of the delights of the Healdsburg-area Wine Country while at the same time luxuriating in the woodsy serenity of a secluded corner of northern Sonoma County—the historic Fitch Mountain district--and enjoying its recreational opportunities. Not least, it is the IDEAL place to celebrate that special occasion or birthday, and we can help you do that… (We are rated the “#1 Airbnb Rental in Healdsburg,” out of 100: (Website hidden by Airbnb) At Heaven in the Oaks, you can relax in your own private, quiet patio--your own secluded retreat: from your room you can see nothing but trees. You can take a walk or jog through the oaks and redwoods--a great path to the 173-acre Fitch Mountain Nature Preserve (called “Healdsburg’s Jewel”) actually starts right outside your front door. You can swim/kayak in the Russian River (5 minutes below your patio)… or drive/Lyft/Uber to Healdsburg’s historic, colorful Plaza, shops, restaurants, & tasting rooms. Now, to be clear, don’t expect to be “right on the Plaza”; we’re a beautiful oasis in the country. But the Healdsburg Plaza is just a quick 3.1-mile, 9-minute drive--honest! (Sure, Fitch Mountain Road is a bit narrow and curvy in places--it hugs the river--, but drive slowly and enjoy its “vacation-cottage landscape.” And yes, there are two uphill curves just before our home, but think “charming hill town in Italy”!) We have only one guest room--and it really is almost a separate, private cottage (attached to the house, but totally insulated from it: a 200 sq.ft room + bathroom & 200 sq.ft. patio), with its own private entry and parking. Our objective is to give you an enjoyable stay, right from the moment you check in. And we’re “on-site hosts”--ready to give you whatever you need. When you arrive, you will be greeted with a glass of wine (do you like red, rosé, or white?) and an array of tasty snacks. But wait!--that is just the beginning. Being the ONLY TRUE B&B in the Healdsburg area, we serve you a bounteous, gourmet, home-made breakfast (we invite you to factor this breakfast-for-two into the price of a stay here), with a lengthy menu of delicious selections, and a choice of times (crack of dawn or sleep in?), delivered to your door. Enjoy morning-fresh eggs from our four hens, Samantha, Charlotte, Miranda, and Carrie (when cooperating). Our guests love our unique offerings! As one guest wrote: "I didn’t have to get dressed to go out or to a common dining room. I stayed in my room, no make-up, hair in a mess and in my pj's! They brought me what I wanted, when I wanted it, hot and fresh to my door.” Another said that she felt she was a princess being pampered. Even if you’re not a princess, we want you to feel special. The photos we have posted on this site will give you an exact picture of your room, and we recommend looking at them carefully. You will enjoy: ● A cozy, light-filled sitting room-bedroom with • gorgeous, spacious armoire • elegant furnishings & bamboo hardwood floor • writing table and comfortable chairs • queen-size bed • private patio • two windows overlooking a wooded creek & canyon (where you may see our deer “family” placidly grazing just a few feet below your window) • electric fireplace • ceiling fan & air-conditioner • other amenities, including mini-fridge, microwave oven, single-shot tea- and coffee-maker, large-screen TV, “legacy” DVD player + DVDs, total picnic needs for the river, iron & board, robes & slippers, free, secure Wi-fi internet, and… paintings by Kathryn. (Please note that it is a room not a suite! There is plenty of room for two suitcases, but guests with 3 or more may find it tight. No need to put anything in the car trunk, though: we’ll be glad to store anything you want--suitcases, wine (we promise not to open your wine bottles), etc.). ● Totally private, connecting bathroom with large, just-installed walk-in shower, towel-warmer, heater, etc. Mosaic floor by Kathryn, of course. ● Reserved parking spot right in front—large & all for you--& private front entrance ● French doors opening onto a walled, flower-filled private patio, with gate and complete privacy, for dining and relaxing, with a transparent roof over the table against the rain and a radiant gas heater for alfresco breakfasts on chilly mornings. Like your room, it’s filled with art by Kathryn: mosaic stepping stones, mirrors & frames… And oh, the starry sky above (moon & clouds permitting)! And you’ll enjoy “our own” chickadees (bathing in the fountain), hummingbirds (in the Abutilon bush), and Steller’s jays (waiting to taste your breakfast). What we offer makes Heaven on the Oaks a true destination in itself! And we love guests who are looking for just such a place! • Single or couple only • PLEASE: no children over one year old, pets, • No smoking, even of our locally-grown product, please (either inside or on the patio) • In 2018, a TWO-NIGHT MINIMUM STAY applies to SOME WEEKENDS —so please check the calendar when considering a booking! • Electric vehicles: We LOVE seeing electric cars, but if you’re going to charge them here, we reluctantly have to ask for an extra $10 per day (cash or check), the cost we are billed. • So sorry, but the County of Sonoma charges 12% TOT (Transient Occupancy Tax), already included in your quoted price, and requires Airbnb to charge you that amount, which Airbnb then remits directly to the County. “… A true find in Healdsburg… “ “… I felt like I was staying in a boutique hotel… “ “… We thoroughly enjoyed sleeping in their guest suite which was the epitome of relaxation. Their beautiful mountain retreat was peaceful and incredibly quiet. Dave & Kathryn were spectacular hosts and I would not hesitate to stay here again….” “… The accommodations were thoughtfully and artistically designed, with every amenity… “ “… We also wanted to go for wine tasting and guess what? They had everything to plan your wine tasting places in the valley. Maps, lists and a lot of complimentary wine tasting passes…” “… The home cooked breakfast was delicious and large enough to keep us well fed during hours of wine tasting. We'll definitely recommend this little gem to our friends and family!... “ Ours is a quiet rural road nestled in beautiful oaks, redwoods, California bay, and buckeye trees near the bottom of Fitch Mountain, some 100’ above the Russian River. Ours was a popular riverside vacation area in the 1920s and 1930s for families from the San Francisco area; many of the houses are converted and enlarged summer homes (like ours, now 2,000 sq.ft.). Fitch Mountain is known for its interesting local history, eclectic building styles, beautiful views, secluded neighborhoods, and friendly spirit. Step out your door, and a five-minute walk below our B&B is the Russian River, where you can launch your canoe/kayak, or just picnic (we’ll give you a “picnic pack” with everything you’ll need) and watch everyone float by. We can email you complete information on kayaking/canoeing opportunities and rental services. Or head up our road: it quickly becomes a popular walking and biking path right in the midst of the forest, and it continues on an easy ascent to the top of Fitch Mountain (all 981 feet of it!), currently being developed as a nature preserve. This is paradise for walkers, hikers, joggers, and cyclists. Nearby, and stretching to the coast, are a host of city, county, and state parks of every size and description. We can email you complete information on popular walking trails--including a fascinating one to the Healdsburg Ridge Park, which you can access from your room. And we can send you full information. We can also send you a list of local bicycle rental shops and what they each offer. Just ask. Healdsburg is a destination--rated #2 in the Smithsonian Magazine's "Top 20 Towns to Visit in 2014" & #1 in CitiesJournal’s April 2014 “Top 15 Small Cities in California,” with its famous Plaza--voted among the 10 best in the U.S.-and world-class shopping, restaurants, and winery tasting rooms. Wine-tasting is just minutes away. You might start with a few of Healdsburg’s 34 tasting-rooms right downtown, or just head for the wineries themselves. Among the winery-filled areas, in 8 to 30 minutes you will be at famous wineries in Dry Creek Valley, Alexander Valley, Russian River Valley, Chalk Hill, and Sonoma Valley. We are truly in the heart of the Sonoma County Wine Country! In your room you’ll find full information, plus maps and free tasting passes to over 30 wineries. Kathryn owned her own winery, and Dave worked 30 years in the Napa-Sonoma wine industry (he now works in the Italian wine industry), and we will be happy to share our knowledge with you. We can email you our own winery visit recommendations, organized into 10 “admittedly-subjective” categories! And more. You might want to head into downtown Healdsburg for a great meal in one of our many prized restaurants (the list we sent you!). Healdsburg and nearby towns boast rich programs of year-round wine events (every month!); jazz and musical events; art galleries and shows; famous running and cycling competitions (e.g., Amgen race and Grand Fondo, and the Fitch Mountain foot race); river races and festivals; craft beer shows (Sonoma County has 22 craft brewers), Farmers Market (Saturday mornings, 9-12; Wednesdays, 4-6pm, May-Nov); and a multitude of farms that supply the best restaurants in Northern California. Healdsburg’s public golf course is 5 minutes down the road. We will provide you with lots of maps & tourism materials. We are an hour and a half from San Francisco airport (bus service to Healdsburg) and 15 minutes from the Santa Rosa airport. We look forward to hosting you! Kathryn and Dave Henderson
  • Kathryn and Dave are absolutely wonderful hosts! We stayed at Heaven in the Oaks for our honeymoon, and we will forever cherish the memories we have of it. From the very beginning, Kathryn and Dave treated us with such hospitality, welcoming us with two glasses of wine and snacks on the patio table. Each morning, we woke up to a delicious homemade breakfast arranged beautifully on a tray waiting on the table outside our doors. The mosaic artwork, beautiful foliage, fairy lights, and the small burbling fountain on the patio all contributed to an incredibly peaceful and lovely atmosphere, both in the mornings and at night! Also, we really enjoyed the walk to the top of Fitch Mountain. Overall, our experience at Heaven in the Oaks was exquisite, and we would love to stay there again!

    Zane2015-08-15T00:00:00Z
  • My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Heaven in the Oaks. Kathryn and Dave have put together a relaxing guest oasis. They provided several handy items such as picnic ware and beach towels to allow guests to easily take advantage of the natural surroundings. Breakfast every morning on the patio was a delight, and we enjoyed the treats left for us in the evenings as well. Kathryn and Dave were approachable, easy to talk to, and have put together an informational binder to help guests plan their time in the Healdsburg area. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend their place to friends and family traveling to the area.

  • Wonderful experience. Love the little private patio and bedroom. Very comfortable room in secluded area, but only 5 minutes from downtown healdsburg. The wine and cheese that was prepared for us when we arrived was so nice! Would definitely stay again.

    Amanda2013-07-24T00:00:00Z
  • Dave and Kathryn's guest house was definitely a top airbnb for us. The location was perfect; it felt a world away from town being in the mountain but only 9 minutes from the center of Healdsburg, which made it a perfect base to hit many of the vineyards in the area. The guest house was so special: a beautiful patio area that was cozy and secluded, and the room so tastefully designed looking out up the mountain. Dave and Kathryn were simply wonderful hosts; so friendly and welcoming, and their attention to detail made our stay such a lovely experience. Their breakfast was just top notch too (the eggs from their hens!). We can't wait to return :)

    Amanda2016-03-01T00:00:00Z
  • This place truly is heavenly...perfect for our first visit to wine country. Katherine and Dave are super accommodating...we were greeted with wine and cheese and given tons of free tasting passes. My only advice is do not plan on traveling in a truck or wide vehicle - I doubt you'll be able to travel up the narrow mountain road. The room is clean and comfortable, and verrrry quiet. Amazing stars at night!

    Rachel2013-06-01T00:00:00Z
  • Kathryn and Dave were wonderful hosts—helpful, thorough and kind. Their place is a cozy hideaway in the woods, with a patio that's as darling as it looks. The made-to-order breakfast was delicious, too. We love Healdsburg, and this was a great place to stay while exploring.

    Stacy2015-02-02T00:00:00Z
  • We had a wonderful experience! Dave and Kathryn were incredibly warm and welcoming and gave us a ton of great advice about where to eat, drink, picnic, hike, etc. The breakfast was delicious and the room itself was even more beautiful than it looks in the pictures. It was such an idyllic setting and I was sad to leave! I hope I'll be able to visit again, and absolutely recommend staying here.

    Mary Beth2015-10-10T00:00:00Z
  • Kathryn and Dave were so helpful and welcoming. We absolutely loved our stay with them and have recommended to family and friends. If we are ever back in the Sonoma area we will for sure try and stay with them again. The room was quaint and clean and the breakfast in the morning was excellent! Not too far from town and great walks in the area.

Smack dab in the middle of Sonoma County. Our 600 Sq ft Loft has all your home amenities. 5 minutes from J Winery and Rodney Strong among others. We have added your own private enclosed deck, so you can enjoy your space under the oaks. Compare to hotels with kitchens! $350.00+
Why we are worth it... 1: The Location 2: Full Kitchen 3: The Double Sized Rain Shower 4: Hosts that don't want to be all up in your business! 5: Memoryfoam Mattress 6. Private Parking off the street 7. New enclosed private deck
Quiet Neighborhood with just a little country thrown in. Construction behind The Loft has slowed to a crawl. We can not predict their intensity on a day to day basis, but the private deck allows for a more serene environment.
  • The Loft matched the photos exactly- clean, well appointed and with a great view. We loved the feeling of privacy and the Cohens provided thoughtful touches such as scones, coffee, and cream to make us feel welcome. We enjoyed sitting on the deck on the nice days and sitting near the fireplace on the cold rainy evening. The bed is on the firm side for us, but we realize that's a personal preference so it's simply something we note for future guests and not a criticism. Thanks, Cohens, for helping make our trip a wonderful experience!

    Sheri2016-03-22T00:00:00Z
  • A great spot to stay for enjoying wine tasting. In a subdivision on the edge of town, so it feels like you are in the vineyards. Good access to Healdsburg and many wine tastings. We found the bed to be very comfortable, and the loft was a nice size. It can get a little stuffy even with the windows open on warm days, but with a fan blowing in from the porch it cools quickly in the evening. We enjoyed sitting on the porch in the cool morning air under the oak trees.

  • Fantastic two-night stay for me and my boyfriend! All around great location near the city but still secluded. Only complaints is that there is NO a/c, although it wasn't too bad mid-August when we opened the windows at night. Other issue is that the vineyard directly behind the home was plowed down, although there is a much larger vineyard about 50 yards away (just a small change from the current images in the listing). General amenities were great though, and bathroom was awesome! Overall, the location and house itself was great. Host was helpful when needed. We would definitely stay here again if we vacation in the Sonoma/Napa region! 4.5 out of 5 stars.

  • My sister and I had a pleasant time staying at The Loft Under The Oaks while we were in the area to run a half marathon. The place looks just like the photos and is very cute. The hosts left us be and just let us know they were there should we need anything. We really appreciated the help getting our wine shipped back. Also, the scones were a lovely touch! I definitely recommend this place.

  • We had a wonderful time at the Loft beneath the Oaks! It has a beautiful view over a vineyard, and provided a perfect location near Healdsburg. Also, the discounted wine shipping was a fabulous addition. Thank you so much!! We would absolutely return again.

    Lacey2016-05-22T00:00:00Z
  • We enjoyed a very quiet visit at the Cohen's loft. The location was in a peaceful neighborhood and we very saw the owners. The loft was just as pictured. The highlights for us was the awesome private deck looking out to the vineyard, the super soft towels provided and the breakfast treats. We were there during a very hot spell and the lack of air conditioning made it tough to fall asleep a few nights. We did sleep with the windows open and had the fan blasting to get some circulation going. Thanks for the great accommodations.

    Emily2015-07-01T00:00:00Z
  • This was a cozy & quint loft. Don’t let he neighborhood be deceiving when you drive up. Great hosts, clean & quiet. We would recommend the Loft to anyone traveling to the area!

Enjoy your stay in beautiful Dry Creek Valley, a pastoral rural setting surrounded by vineyards and local wineries, minutes from Healdsburg's historic quaint downtown plaza. The cottage is 480 square feet with big windows, high ceilings and its own private entrance. There is parking right in front. It has a complete kitchen, living room and bathroom with a mosaic tile shower. Right across the way you can take a lovely walk or run alongside the vineyards or you can rent a bike to explore the beauty of the valley. If you enjoy hiking, seasonal kayaking or canoeing there are opportunities all around us to explore as well. Our property has multiple fruit trees and we will be happy to share whatever bounty is in season when you arrive. The water here is also clean spring fed and very tasty and the sky at night is full of stars! You can enjoy sitting in the front yard which is bordered by a dozen Redwood trees or you can picnic in our big back yard among the fruit trees. We also have 2 female dogs who are quite friendly if you'd like to meet them. We would be happy to welcome you to Sonoma County and insure that your stay here is enjoyable.
  • The location was much better than I expected! It was such a breeze to get to all of the places we were going. We loved the set up of the place.

  • My husband and I had a wonderful stay at Sonia’s home! She left us coffee and fruit for the morning and wine and chocolate for the evening. The home was clean and spacious with a beautiful rainbow shower, cozy fireplace and a very comfortable bed. We loved being just a short bike ride from wineries and a quick lyft from town. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay!

    Jamie2018-01-16T00:00:00Z
  • We had an absolutely lovely time staying in the cottage and visiting Healdsburg. Winery visits were fabulous. We liked Healdsburg better than Sonoma! It is a darling town and we did not have a bad meal. The guest book with personal recommendations was very helpful. The cottage was so cute with fruit, wine & chocolate! There was coffee & half & half! WOW. It was quiet, comfortable and relaxing. Sonia & Elliot are friendly and helpful. There really is no wi-fi, cell service or TV - it is a retreat experience of being off the grid!

    Christine2018-06-18T00:00:00Z
  • We had a great stay in Sonia’s cottage. The location was perfect - easily accessible to downtown Healdsburg and a quick drive to all of the wineries in Dry Creek. The place is set up well for cooking, spacious but cozy, and beautifully decorated. We’d come back!

    Dan2018-02-18T00:00:00Z
  • This is a lovely place to stay. The cottage is cute, comfortable, and affordable with all the comforts of home. The owners are friendly but not intrusive and were very accommodating of my last-minute reservation. Stay here if you can!

    Elizabeth2013-09-06T00:00:00Z
  • Anyone looking for a great spot close to wineries and downtown Healdsburg should look here. My stay was perfect, it was clean and nicely decorated and was quiet and relaxing! I'd stay here on my next visit to Wine Country in a heartbeat!

    Matt2017-08-02T00:00:00Z
  • Wonderful and private, a small cottage immediately along West Dry Creek Road (a cyclists paradise, if that is your thing). Well-appointed with a comfortable bed, clean bathroom, pot-belly style fireplace, gas stove, apartment refrigerator, coffee machine, etc. Fruit, a bottle of wine and milk for your coffee are ready upon arrival. You feel like you have "gotten away" to someplace different and special. Sonia and Elliott are quintessential Sonoma...educated and worldly, down to earth and humble. A pleasure to spend time with, whether a moment in passing or engaged in longer conversation. They were very responsive throughout the reservation and check-in process.

    Jason & JoJo2016-11-26T00:00:00Z
  • We loved this studio - everything that others have shared was experienced. A very clean and cozy space, very artistically decorated, and thoughtfully provisioned in the kitchen and bathroom - better than most other homes we have rented. It is definitely a property we would rent again!

You won't find a house with a better location. No neighbors right next door so you feel like you have a big piece of the River COMPLETELY to yourselves. It's rustic, homey and charming. Read the reviews and you'll see that everyone loves it here. Come, relax and forget about EVERYTHING :- ) I do not accept reservation requests without communicating with my guests first, so DO email me and wait for a reply before making a request, OK? Thank You !
The house really does have an AMAZING setting. 180 view of Russian River and no one to share it with but the occasional canoe paddling by. It's like having a big section of the River all to yourselves when you stay here! Very Private, as it is at the end of a short private road. You can literally throw a rock into the water from the deck. River access right from the house and it's ON my property. Note: Please do NOT make a Reservation Request until AFTER you and I have communicated a bit. I will not accept it, and it creates hassles. 2-stories, 1,400 square feet, redwood trees on either side AND growing up through the deck next to the hot tub (it is SO COOL!) with an amazing view of the Russian River. 2 miles from the Korbel Champagne Cellars and wineries are everywhere. 5 miles East of Guerneville with its fun shops & restaurants. 10 miles West of Santa Rosa, This is charming, rustic, cabin-style house is decorated with comfort and relaxation in mind and a few antiques thrown in for good measure. It’s spacious (2 Living Rooms) comfortable and very cozy. 4 Bedrooms. One on the main floor of the house, off the kitchen, with a twin bed and curtains instead of doors. It has a door directly to the downstairs bathroom. Perfect for a person who can't do stairs easily. The The 3 larger bedrooms (one is HUGE and has a fireplace - you'll have to draw straws :) are upstairs. 2 Full Bathrooms plus a Shower on the Huge Deck. Six-Person Hot Tub Good Wifi Charcoal AND Gas Barbecues to Choose From Very Well-Appointed Kitchen DVD player / Stereo Receiver / TV for watching movies. There is a drawer full of movies to choose from. No Cable-on purpose :) Fireplace in Master Bedroom and wood stove in downstairs Living Room. I supply the firewood for heat in the winter. I send guests a "House Tips" sheet with suggested things to do and places to eat. $200 cleaning fee. Sleeps 8, and I have an 8-person limit. If your party is a bit larger than that I would consider it for $25 more per night per person, but no more than 10 adults may stay at the house. Too much wear-and-tear and too much water use for the septic system to handle. Small children and babies excepted. NO large parties! Note: During the super busy months (July & August), I have a 4-night minimum stay policy if the stay includes a weekend. Or we can work out a higher nightly rate and you can stay fewer nights. 2-night stays are fine between Sunday and Thursday. In September things calm down quite a bit and I can start taking weekend-only bookings again.
I LOVE the fact that it's SO peaceful! I advise my guests to bring binoculars to watch the various birds - Great Blue Herons, Egrets, Ospreys, Hawks. Sometimes a River Otter or Turtle that are often seen from the deck. Sometimes a River Otter or seal is seen swimming by. And great BIG fish of some kind - Steelhead? Also, since the house is at the end of a private road, there are no cars driving by my house and the public is not allowed on our road. One thing to note: You will pass a house that belongso my caretaker. It's a "work in progress" as far as clearing out his accumulations, but he's a very nice person and very helpful to my guests when they need local info or a raft inflated :) I suggest that my guests consider him "local color".
  • Toni's place is an incredible getaway location along the Russian River. Between the deck that overlooks the river, the hot tub nestled into the red wood trees and the fire pit, this place can't be beat! We were even able to successfully float the river from Steelhead Beach to Toni's house! This house is such a cozy space, filled with lots of charm and perfect for groups. I would definitely stay here again! :)

    Jaime2017-06-26T00:00:00Z
  • We had 6 people staying here for 7 days and we had an absolutely amazing time. My relaxation was split between the deck, BBQing, hot-tubing and hanging out on the river. I could not have been more serene when we had to leave at the end. Guerneville is a short drive (10-15 minutes) and there is a Safeway there that has everything you need. Berry's Market has some of the essentials as well, but it doesn't have the selection. Toni was nice enough to stock tubes and floaties, which was great as some in our party forgot some. The river access is simple, but all you really need to get into a shaded part of the river with little current. Perfect for just just people watching everyone floating down the river. I would have slept on the deck if I could, it is large and peacefully covered by redwoods that shoot up through it to hundreds of feet in the air. The hot tub sits beneath them and really does a great job of setting the mood. There is plenty of space to sleep more than 6 people in the house, we had extra beds. We cooked at the house every day and night we were there, it was wonderful. There are plenty of dishes, cups and silverware for 8+ people, as well as all the cooking utensils you would need. For those who absolutely cannot disconnect, the wireless internet up there worked great. T-mobile didn't work at all, Verizon was perfectly clear. We can't wait to goback!

    Troy2013-07-30T00:00:00Z
  • Toni was a great host. She provided extremely detailed directions that helped us find the house and left a binder with lots of local information about things to do, places to eat, etc... The house had more than enough room for our group of 7 and we had a great time cooking dinner and enjoying the patio, hot tub, and fire pit.

    Claudia2013-10-07T00:00:00Z
  • Comfortable, rustic, house, right above the river. Huge deck for laying around and watching the crazy canoe parade going downstream all weekend. Lot's of outdoor space under the redwoods. Great for sleeping under the stars or soaking in the hot tub. Loved the fire pit. Very private. Good hiking just up the hill on the old lumber roads. Best place I've visited for escaping from it all. Dogs LOVED it.

    Todd2015-09-04T00:00:00Z
  • great spot on the river and perfect to relax and unplug

    Bart2018-07-06T00:00:00Z
  • Located in a redwood grove right on the Russian River, this place is ideal for a peaceful getaway with an amazing view and river access. We stayed on a weekend were it was very hot on the river and when we wanted to get out of the heat, there was plenty of shade to relax in under the redwoods the grow through the deck. I don't know what we liked more, the hot tub after spending the day in the river or the fire pit at night after dinner. Toni checked in with us a coupe times to make sure our trip was going well and asked if we needed anything. She is a great host and has a real bohemian gem in an amazing location not far from the Summerhome Park Lodge. Her description of it is very thorough and accurate so read up and you can get an idea for the treat you are in for. Hope you enjoy as much as we did!

    Ryan2018-07-09T00:00:00Z
  • I booked a long weekend at Toni's place to get out of the city this summer with my wife and young son. We all had a great trip! The property is secluded, quiet, and peaceful. Although it's a bit off the beaten path, it's still easy to get to Santa Rosa and Sonoma quickly. There are also a lot of nearby activities and dining options, all helpfully summarized in a binder at the house. There's also plenty of room (and charm) in the house itself. There were only three of us, but we could have fit a lot more! The house was good for a toddler - no issues keeping him out of trouble/danger. We had some minor issues checking in, but Toni and her local caretaker were very quick to address them and get us all sorted out. Overall we had a great trip and would highly recommend Toni's house. We hope to be back!

    Brian2018-05-21T00:00:00Z
  • AMAZING cabin/home in an absolutely stunning location. Super homey, spacious, beautiful views and pathway to river, just 10 minutes from nearby town. Really not that difficult to get to, but do go your first time in the day as suggested! Toni is also such a great host, she really did above and beyond to make our family birthday celebration/getaway a beautiful time and stayed in touch all throughout our stay whenever questions arose! As long as you love nature, fire-pits, and sharing a big lovely home with family and friends in a beautiful serene location, magical really... and don't consider being kind towards your environment a nuisance... you will not be disappointed. Can't wait to be back!!

  • Blake and Anita were really nice hosts. This was evident from our very first communication, in which they shared local suggestions. Navigation: The house was straightforward to find via GPS. Location: It is located in a scenic residential neighborhood opposite a family-owned vineyard with fantastic views (windmill included). The place is about 20 min north of Santa Rosa, which makes it perfect for a getaway. Cellphone reception was fine (I'm on AT&T). Doordash does not service this area (yet). Check-in: Blake had set up keyless entry, which allowed us to be flexible with check-in time without having to inconvenience anyone. The house was clean, with fresh linen and plenty of pillows/throws/blankets. There was also a succinct, yet sufficient, instruction manual for the stay. There was space to park multiple cars by the driveway, although we only had one SUV. House stay: Each room had its own cable TV box (including HBO HD), which I found convenient, although we did not stay indoors much. The internet connection was fast. There was running hot water in the kitchen faucet and the shower. The highlight for us was what was just outside the four walls - a seating area in the front with view of a vineyard, a backyard with a vegetable garden and grape vines, and a fenced chicken coop.

    Nikhil2016-11-03T00:00:00Z
  • Cute house in a quiet neighbourhood. Good value for the price, two full bedrooms which is great. Also awesome heating for a winter stay, we were snuggled up and warm! Fun to have the chickens out back and really close to town.

    Natasha2017-01-02T00:00:00Z
  • Blake and his wife were very welcoming. They left us a bottle of wine they made from their very own vineyard. They had lots of information on wine and restaurants in the area. The location of the house is great, walking distance to the river and minutes to the downtown area. The outdoor space is beautiful with lots of seating, a garden, a vineyard, and chickens. It was a great place to stay while we explored some wineries in the Healdsburg area.

    Kristen2016-07-27T00:00:00Z
  • Really enjoyed staying here. Great location. Blake and Anita were very responsive. Really nice setting.

    Nancy & Buddy2017-05-18T00:00:00Z
  • A great quiet, clean & older place to stay & still be close to Healdsburg & wineries. Better than described. Two good sized bedrooms & plenty of other space to relax, cook & eat. Blake was extremely accommodating to our needs & very helpful. Thank you for all the little extras during our stay, some of which we have never had in any other Airbnb. Highly recommend.

    Carmel2017-10-11T00:00:00Z
  • Who wouldn't be enchanted by a sylvan backyard vineyard garden, arched vines dripping with ripening grapes, raised beds of allium, onion, rosemary, lettuces, flowers of all kinds and a quiet rooster-less chicken coop in a corner? Who wouldn't be charmed by hand-picked flower bouquets on every significant surface inside--bedsides, bathroom, kitchen and living space? Who wouldn't be touched to see a bottle of homemade wine--one of the best we tasted on our wine country tour, to tell the truth--and a dozen eggs fresh from the coop waiting in the fridge? A delightful stay a twenty-minute walk away from Healdsburg's tony town square!

    Penelope2016-07-08T00:00:00Z
  • Great place to stay in Healdsburg. Blake and his wife went above and beyond to welcome in their home. Close to Dry Creek Valley as well Russian River Valley. Will stay there again.

  • Laurie's property is in such a wonderful corner of the world. Quiet, beautiful views in a secluded vineyard, with great room facilities including a great fireplace for the winter. The tasting arranged at Mazocco was a particular highlight, and we were treated to the VIP tasting which introduced us to a new favourites. Very highly recommended.

  • A great place to stay in the heart of dry creek valley. Cozy with great scenic views!

  • Have just returned from our wonderful Californian adventure and our stay at Pony ranch was one of many highlights. Laurie was extremely helpful prior to our arrival and provided recommendations for wineries (Mazzocco and Moniclaire, were both fantastic). The accommodation was hotel standard and set in a beautiful location.

  • My boyfriend and I had a wonderful stay at Laurie and Robert’s property! It definitely made for a great weekend up in Healdsburg. The property is absolutely beautiful and you can tell that Laurie and Robert put a lot of thought into everything from the landscaping to the interior decoration. Our room was clean, with nice thick towels, a comfy, cozy bed, mini fridge, toasty heater and a nice big flat screen to catch some of the NBA playoffs. Laurie and Robert were welcoming and even let us take some kumquats home from one of their beautiful fruit trees. The location was perfect. Downtown was only a 6-8 minute car ride away and convenient for us to hop on our road bikes to get out to Lake Sonoma & stop along the way to the Old General Store for lunch (which is just a few minutes away from the estate’s location). Robert was great in giving us a few biking tips as he’s a big mountain biker himself. All in all, I hope to make it back to this estate sometime soon. We couldn’t have had a better stay!

    Tiffany2015-04-19T00:00:00Z
  • This was such an idyllic spot--the vineyard is gorgeous, the room beautifully appointed, and the location ideal. We were thrilled to find such a peaceful place to spend the weekend while we were in the area for a wedding. It was wonderful to be so close to Healdsburg, yet far enough out of town to feel like we were in wine country. The room itself is gorgeous--much nicer than many hotels we've stayed in, with a super comfortable bed and everything we could possibly need. Laurie and Robert were tremendously helpful and communicative, while also giving us plenty of privacy. We loved our stay, and hope to make a return trip soon.

    Lindsay2015-06-07T00:00:00Z
  • This was our first Airbnb experience, and we have to say that it was all very easy. Booking was very simple indeed, we received excellent directions from Laurie and found the property very easily. Pony Ranch is ideally situated only a few minutes from Healdsburg and within easy striking distance of many excellent wineries. The property was amazingly quiet, we loved the feeling of being away from it all, and the views are gorgeous. The accommodation was everything we needed - including a very comfortable bed with lots of pillows and covers (we were not hot or cold, didn't need the AC or heater) - very nicely decorated and all very new and modern. We took advantage of referrals provided by Laurie and Robert, and complimentary wine tastings at several wineries - wonderful! We very much enjoyed our peaceful and relaxing weekend at Pony Ranch!

    Sue2015-07-12T00:00:00Z
  • We had a great stay at Pony Ranch Vineyards guesthouse! The location was quiet and perfect for a weekend in Healdsburg.

    Jennifer2018-04-15T00:00:00Z
  • Laurie's apartment is located just minutes from downtown Healdsburg and all of its tasting rooms, restaurants, and shops. The apartment is comfortable and clean, and has a great view of the adjacent vineyard. Laurie was easy to communicate with, and we had no trouble finding or getting into the apartment. She even left a bottle of sparkling wine for our stay! Would definitely recommend staying here to anyone interested in visiting Sonoma.

  • Had an incredible time at the cabin! It was awesome and Kate was a great host. Do yourself a favor and stay here.

    Matt2016-08-29T00:00:00Z
  • The Cabin is a perfect home base for a weekend getaway in wine country. We had a fantastic time there.

    Ethan2017-04-09T00:00:00Z
  • This cabin is a gem! We loved every minute of our stay!! Its's much bigger than the photos make it look. The backyard view is stunning and front of the house is a relaxing oasis with the hot tub perfectly positioned. Kate thought through every detail, including bath robes for the hot tub. Plenty of pots and pans to cook. Strong wifi, cable, magazines to read in the sun room, etc. I wish we could spend every weekend here!!! Excited to return!

    Aimee2018-01-01T00:00:00Z
  • I said everything in the review.

    Mickey2016-05-25T00:00:00Z
  • Kate was wonderful, great communication, and made checking in simple. She took the time to walk us down to the Russian river and showed us some great hang out spots. The Cabin was cute and had plenty of space for two people. The sun room was great for lounging and having breakfast. The backyard was perfect for enjoying wine. The cabin gets plenty of light and is mostly quite (the occasional pack of howling animals could be heard). The place is a little off the beaten path but still only 2 miles from downtown. It was a little hard for us to get an Uber (most went to SF for fleet week), but not impossible. Would love to come back and stay again.

    Karl2016-10-09T00:00:00Z
  • We had the most lovely stay in Kate's beautiful cabin. Before our arrival, Kate checked in about our eta and was readily available. The property is located up in the Healdsburg hills with beautiful landscape views rolling down to the russian river. While the house is adjacent to Kate's property, it was perfectly quiet and serene for a romantic getaway or a restful and quiet vacation. Greeting us upon arrival, Kate was incredibly personable and provided plenty of suggestions for local restaurants and activities, offering to walk us down to the river for a beautiful sunset and sunrises. The pictures don't do the views justice as our stay was absolutely magical and to our suprise, the cabin was much larger than we anticipated! Living room, enclosed sunroom, full kitchen, full bath, and bedroom. We felt like we were at a 5 star retreat! We will definitely be returning in months to come - What a gem! Thank you Kate!

    Alicia2016-12-26T00:00:00Z
  • Kate's place on the Russian River is beautiful. We couldn't have been happier. Her fully restored 1920's cabin overlooking Sonoma and the Russian River is a peaceful retreat in wine country, just up the hill from Healdsburg. The property is just gorgeous! Kate was a wonderful host and we can't wait to come back!

    Scott2017-05-29T00:00:00Z
  • This place is perfect for a romantic getaway! Cozy and warm, the great lighting makes this cabin the perfect place for reading and relaxing. Kate is a great host. We look forward to when we are able to return.

Enjoy the magic of the redwoods and the beauty of the Russian River in our rustic hilltop cabin. Come for fresh air, comfort, quiet, charm, simple and beautiful design, and river time.
“Camp Noon" was built over 100 years ago. We fell in love at first sight and have spent the last year restoring it to preserve its historic features and renovating for some modern comforts and design. Unlike your typical Russian River getaway, our property is in a clearing so we have lots of sun overhead. We named it Camp Noon to evoke summer days when the sun is high and there's plenty of time. It's a gem! The cabin is a work in progress, with a blend of new features: a Scandinavian wood burning stove, skylights, Heath tile in the bathroom, modern white walls, brand new beds and bedding, and older features like the raw redwood floors, board and batten paneling, 50s formica countertops and a huge claw foot tub. Please note that the cabin is very old -- single wall construction, gaps in the floorboards -- our guests should expect a rustic experience. The front room of the house is a large, open space, with cathedral ceilings, and three skylights that illuminate the house during the day and allow for stargazing at night. The wood burning stove warms up the room in the winter time, and you'll find plenty of places to curl up and relax. We have a record player, records, books, and games to keep you entertained. The cabin has two bedrooms, each one with a new full size bed that sleeps 2. There's room for one more in the living room on the daybed. Each bedroom has soft linens and cozy blankets. The bathroom has a large beautiful claw foot tub and newly installed Heath tiles. The kitchen is a wonderful place for everyone to congregate, with three large picture windows that look out onto the redwoods. Enjoy lively meals at the large farm table. We have an electric stove and a brand new refrigerator and toaster oven. The back yard is great for bbque's, with comfy chairs and a hammock. We have fairy lights set up in the back, perfect lighting for an evening outside. The front porch is the crown jewel. Swing on the hammock, sip morning coffee, read on the couch, and listen to the crickets on summer nights. The porch has a treehouse feel. We also have stacks of fluffy blankets to curl up with if it's cold out. The cabin is fully stocked with eco-friendly, good-smelling shampoo, soaps, dish soap, hand soap, candles, and bath salts. We love this stuff and if you do too, you'll be happy. We also have toilet paper, paper towels, tissues, spare light bulbs, q-tips, trash bags, and sponges. The bath towels are soft and new and 100% cotton. Same with the sheets on the beds. Please bring your own beach towels. FALL The Russian River is magical in the fall. The crowds thin and it's very peaceful. The morning fog is fresh and the forest is quiet. The river is still navigable by canoe through October and during the week you might have the whole stretch of it to yourselves. The nights are cooler -- perfect for building a fire in the wood burning stove, with the firewood we provide. SUMMER The summer days can range in temperature from 75-100 degrees, with nights much cooler, in the 50s and 60s. While the beach in Summerhome Park is exclusive (members-only), there are 3 public beaches within a mile of the cabin: Mother's Beach, Steelhead Beach, and Sunset Beach. We provide rafts, a beach umbrella, and a 1-person kayak for our guests. WINTER In the winter, the neighborhood is very quiet. If you're seeking solitude in the redwoods, you'll find it here. The forest can be chilly, damp, and foggy but the cabin is equipped to keep you warm: ***WE HAVE HEAT*** -- a brand new, high-efficiency furnace that warms the cabin. The cabin is very old, uninsulated and definitely drafty but we try to provide amenities to keep you cozy. Winter rates are lower because of the cold weather. SPRING The forest air is fresh and rejuvenating, the neighborhood is quiet, and the river is still wild from winter. You probably won't be able to swim in the river until the early summer, but it can still be enjoyed from the shore. vity! You are welcome to eat and drink at The Lodge on the river. The beach! Camp Noon is just a 5 minute drive to Mother's Beach, a bit further to Sunset Beach, and about 20 mins to Steelhead Disclaimer: The place is a hundred years old and the renovation is still a work-in-progress, so there are still some quirks and rough edges: The wood floors are raw and have been through a lot, some of the windows stick, and the kitchen floor has original laminate from the 40s. If things like that sound like "rustic charm," this house is for you, if they sound like offensive hazards, probably not. The cabin isn’t necessarily kid-friendly but many families have made it work by being vigilant with little ones.
Although Sonoma County has grown up around it, this neighborhood is tucked into the woods, with a nostalgic summer-camp feeling. The weekdays and the off season are very peaceful.
  • If you are looking for a sweet, simple place to enjoy the forest and feel a world away, this is it. Rustic but comfortable. Lauren and Aylin are easy to reach but not at all intrusive. Camp Noon was a perfect alternative to another hotel. We felt truly at home.

    Andrea2018-03-29T00:00:00Z
  • So cute! Just needed a quick and easy get away from the city and camp noon turned out to be the perfect fit. Lauren and Aylin where quick to respond and get the house set up in a couple days. Everything was as described, nothing lacked as far as coziness and comfort. We were so happy and would do it again anytime, maybe with a group, the house is bigger than we expected.

    Lila2016-02-18T00:00:00Z
  • I absolutely adore this home. This was by far the best birthday I've had. There are those places in the world that are particularly special and endearingly cared for and this is one of those places. Lauren and Aylin have decorated this house to perfection and so obviously with love. I felt an immediate peace here. I actually had several activities planned for the surrounding area and ended up canceling quite a few of them and spending the majority of my time at the cabin because it is such a wonderful place to be. The area around it is beautiful as well, tucked away in the woods. The redwood trees were so tall, you couldn't even see the tops of them through the skylight. I can't suggest staying here enough and would love to come back!

    Hillary2018-05-28T00:00:00Z
  • A very charming space close to tree tops, it has the feel of a tree house with views of the canopy of a redwood forest. It is a very charming cabin, clean and comfortable. We did not find river access walking, we did find some trail to hike. We enjoyed very much

    Jaume2018-05-13T00:00:00Z
  • Camp Noon was exactly the cabin we had in mind for a secluded, relaxed, and mindful weekend getaway. The cabin is furnished in a comfortable and inviting fashion, making the space incredibly cozy albeit still having ample room to not feel crowded. The location of the cabin is amongst enchanting redwoods and other beautiful flora and fauna. Despite the modern (and always appreciated) amenities of wifi and a Bluetooth speaker, we felt like we stepped back in time. A big thank you to Lauren and Aylin for sharing their space with us. We will definitely be back!

  • Mixed review. Beautiful summer house in a lovely neighborhood. Really really wanted everything to go well. However, 3 of the lights didn't work (big problem because it's SO dark at night) so i ended up on a ladder unscrewing a light fixture to replace the bulb, i got locked in the washroom, and I had to fix the toilet so that it would flush. All of the problems were easily fixed, but it was a bummer. The hosts were lovely and the bed was comfy, but the rental would benefit from some better attention to detail and perhaps a few upgrades?

    dagny2016-10-16T00:00:00Z
  • Our hostesses were extremely helpful and kind. They accommodated our last min request and we're quick in responding to our asks. Even during our stay they were super helpful in responding to our messages about things to do, etc. The cabin's locations is great too. Super close to the river, yet far enough from the crowds. The main beach was pretty crowed with families but the other beach they mention in the itinerary was much more relaxing and quiet. The decoration of the cabin has evidently been carefully chosen. Every detail is charming, thoughtful and gorgeous. The only issue we had was deciding where we wanted to relax as there are so many great locations to sit, relax, and breath in the redwoods surrounding the cabin. All around a fantastic experience and highly recommended. We definitely will be coming back here.

    Sam2016-07-15T00:00:00Z
  • The cabin was as advertised. We had an amazing time! It is a little off the beaten path but we were given great instructions to find the place. It felt like we stepped back in time!

Large luxury estate loft in Gracianna Winery's vineyard on Westside Road's Miracle Mile in Healdsburg includes equipped kitchen. House truth: Vineyard machines may be in working overnight with lights & disruptive noises, especially during harvest. While it adds to the charm, it can be difficult to sleep. We are a County permitted agricultural farm stay requiring that we offer guests opportunities to learn about our agriculture operation.
A Two for One (2/1) wine tasting is included in your stay at the Tasting Room between 11AM and 5PM daily. ($25 value) Has kitchen with cooking utensils and full size refrigerator and stove. You can walk to the edge of the Russian River in one minute and have coffee on the big deck at the back of the vineyard in the morning fog. (The deck does not overlook the river and there is no river access.) There are picnic tables out there that you can enjoy. From your patio you will overlook the Mercedes Riverblock pinot noir vineyard on the Miracle Mile of Westside Road. More about the location: At 6914 Westside Road, only seven miles southwest of downtown Healdsburg, Gracianna is one of the Russian River Valley's most intimate family-owned and operated wine estates. Gracianna is on what the locals call "The Miracle Mile" and is owned by the Amadors of Sonoma County. Gracianna Winery is in the midst of natural beauty, family-designed estate buildings and gardens, a storied history, and a reputation for classic award-winning Russian River wines that reflect our craftsman approach. Our unique terroir and ideal Russian River Valley micro-climate support our farming practices. The Amador's estate pinot noir vineyard, the Mercedes Riverblock, is planted to the pinot clone 115 from Dijon, France right on the banks of the Russian River. We believe that Gracianna symbolizes everyday gratitudes and graciousness in entertaining, because we believe that successfully hosting a special meal with friends and family is an everlasting circle that fills our lives.

  • Beautiful location. Trini and Hannah were super welcoming and accommodating - very helpful with suggestions, reservations, etc.. We had a wonderful time

    Hanna2016-10-29T00:00:00Z
  • Our stay at Gracianna was pivotal to our mother-daughter weekend. We arrived on a Saturday evening after making our way up through Sonoma. Trini welcomed us with a hug and a glass of wine, it felt like coming to visit family even though we had just met. The loft overlooks the vineyard and is airy and open. It is simply gorgeous watching the sun rise over the vineyard or sitting outside the tasting room in the evening as the air begins to cool. The bed was a-ma-zing.. like sleeping on a cloud, and you have all the amenities of home. Located on Westside Drive, you’re smack dab in the middle of some of the most amazing little wineries and it’s not too hard to get an Uber or Lyft into Healdsburg either. There were great recommendations for things to do and places to eat, and Trini even went above and beyond helping us arrange massages at the last minute! One of the highlights of our trip was meeting Trini IV (Cyndee and Trini’s son), the winemaker and the reason the family got into the wine making business, as Trini will tell you. We had a fabulous dinner our first night at Modrano Manor, right up the road. The second night, we made reservations at Guiso for dinner. We can not recommend this place enough! Aylin, who works at the tasting room at Gracianna, is also fiancée to Carlos, the insanely talented chef and owner at Guiso. They are the sweetest people and the food is out of this world. Be sure to make a reservation to go visit them the next time you’re in Healdsburg! We cannot wait to visit Cyndee and Trini and the Gracianna family again.

  • Trini and Lisa were excellent hosts! Trini was very communicative and provided great recommendations for vineyards, restaurants, parks, etc. before our trip. Lisa was there to welcome us and to help get us checked in. The space above the tasting room was very spacious, clean and exactly what we were hoping for. It was such a unique and different experience from staying at a typical hotel or other airbnbs. We really liked that the kitchen was stocked with cooking essentials and very high end cookware. We cooked a great meal in the kitchen our last night and enjoyed it outside on the patio with a bottle of their Pinot Noir while we took in the views. We hope to visit again soon. Thank you Trini and Lisa!

Imagine yourself relaxing in this lovely private rental approximately 1 mile from downtown Healdsburg. The property has a flourishing garden available for your picking pleasure while the veggies and fruit are in season. If you are so inclined, your fresh produce can be prepared in the completely furnished kitchen and enjoyed on the outside patio tables available for your dining experience. If cooking is not your forte, the number of local restaurants feature some of the top notch chefs in the area. The downtown square is within walking or bicycling distance with two available cruisers on site for your use. The queen size bed and comfortable living room will be a welcome relief after a long day of wine tasting in the region. If you can not enjoy this wonderful area without your furry companion, this is a dog friendly studio with a large fenced area so Fido will be as comfortable as you are in your new home away from home. If the grapes allow, the home owner would love to share a glass of wine and talk about his second generation vineyard management experience in Sonoma County. Besides the 80+ wineries in renowned Alexander, Dry Creek, and Russian River Wine Valleys, the Healdsburg community is also known for its antiques, natural beauty, and many fesitvals. Location is the key element in this getaway with San Francisco a mere 60 miles away, the Pacific Ocean a close 30 miles, and the Redwood State Park visited within 20 minutes. Popular weekends for the cottage include Winter Wine Land, Barrel Tasting Weekends, Dry Creek Passport Weekend, Taste of Alexander Valley, and Sonoma County Harvest Fair.
  • We really loved our weekend at Erin and Tom's place. The cottage itself is really cute, had everything we needed and is located very close to downtown Healdsburg. We also loved how dog friendly it was. My dog loved playing with Erin and Tom's adorable labs and enjoyed sniffing around the huge yard. We look forward to coming back soon!

  • Still on Cloud Nine after the wonderful stay at the Gore's Cottage in Healdsburg. The location is enchanting, and the bucolic charm was perfect for a relaxing weekend retreat. The accommodation was exactly as described, it was comfortable, clean, roomy and stocked with everything we needed. Walking distance to town, and very convenient to all Healdsburg can offer, but so special and unique to be in our own little world. Erin and Tom, along with their two labs, Moose and Hurley, made us feel welcome, and our hosts provided great information about the area. We hope to come back and stay again, maybe bringing our dog, too!

    Karl2016-09-28T00:00:00Z
  • We loved staying here! Fresh eggs! A great yard for the dog to play in, amazing location, and friendly host! Highly recommend!!!

    Cindy2018-03-04T00:00:00Z

    Eve2015-09-21T00:00:00Z
  • Erin and Tom's sweet cottage is just the perfect spot! The property is beautiful with its gardens, fruit trees, cute chicken coop and adjacent vineyard! My daughter and I were so comfortable - Erin had thought of every detail. And their dogs, so precious, were just the icing on the cake!!!

    Rebecca2017-08-12T00:00:00Z
  • Great hosts

    Lior2013-05-04T00:00:00Z
  • We loved this cottage and would absolutely stay here again. The cottage is the perfect amount of space for two people. We loved sitting on the patio and relaxing after exploring the area during the day. It's in a beautiful location and a short trip into town. It's not far from several vineyards, too. Erin was super sweet and accommodating.

    Erin2015-11-06T00:00:00Z
  • My wife and I spent four nights at Erin and Tom's amazing cottage following our wedding in mid-October. It was the perfect retreat, and just what we needed following the stress of the previous weeks! The cottage is within easy driving/biking/walking distance of central Healdsburg (so many shops and restaurants!), and a great jumping off point for Dry Creek and Russian River wineries. We had a blast seeing the sights--and we enjoyed returning to our home-away-from-home at the end of each day. The cottage had plenty of privacy, but it was also nice running into Tom or hanging out on the deck with Moose, the sweetest Lab, and the resident Siamese. We loved watching the chickens and soaking up the bucolic surroundings. We would recommend this place highly to anyone, especially those who want a laid-back retreat with excellent proximity to all the Healdsburg area has to offer.

The cabin is very clean and comfortable on 1 acre filled with 180' majestic fir trees, landscaped with rhododendrons and azaleas that bloom from Jan to June, a winter waterfall nestled against the back side of the canyon, and a guarantee of privacy and peace.
The small town of Forestville is packed with interesting shops and eateries. The Russian River is a 10 minute walk offering sunning/canoeing/and fishing. • Exactly what you're looking for a cabin surrounded by redwoods and Sherri's very beautiful floral arrangements! All of the amenities are great, especially the provision of a coffee maker :)

    Tiffany2017-04-26T00:00:00Z
  • Sherri was a fabulous host and her cabin is a hidden gem. Sherri was great at communicating before our arrival and made sure she was home to greet us. Her cabin is quaint and airy. All of the windows allowed you to lay in bed and look out onto the incredible property. Surrounded by woods, redwoods, and the sound of birds I felt like I was in a magical space. Sherri gave me a small tour of the property and I was in awe at the natural beauty of her home and land. I wish I would have stayed longer but now I can just come back when the waterfall is flowing and the leaves are changing! Thank you, Sherri!

  • I chose to stay here based in large part on the glowing recommendations Sherri received. My wife and I were not disappointed. Sherri made us feel very welcome and went above and beyond. The setting is beautiful and the cabin is very comfortable. We had a great stay and would go back in a heartbeat! Thanks, Sherri!

    Evgueni2017-08-17T00:00:00Z
  • We had a lovely stay at Sherri's cabin. It was a perfect location for exploring the Russian River area. The cabin was cozy & well-appointed. It was quite chilly while we were there & the small heater did a great job of keeping us warm. Sherri is a perfect host - she had everything we needed for our stay including a map of the area with all the places to eat (and printed menus) and was really easy to communicate with.

    Susan2016-12-29T00:00:00Z
  • It is beautiful and very quiet by Sherri and was glad to be able to live with her. If we are once again in the area we will gladly again with her.

    Christian2017-03-01T00:00:00Z
  • This little cabin is super cute and cozy. Tucked away in the redwoods and very comfortable. Definitely get the directions from Sherri ahead of time and come in daylight. We had no problem finding it again later at night but it helps to have seen the landmarks already. Heater works great, bed is comfortable, shower is good and has a tiny little kitchen area with coffee and soda/water provided. Wifi works great. Sherri was very easy to communicate with and very friendly. She leaves you tons of maps of wineries and the area as well as menus for local restaurants. Highly recommended!

  • This is a charming and very comfortable place. It has absolutely everything you need for a pleasant stay. There are many thoughtful touches. It is a very relaxing and peaceful location, very convenient for touring the wineries in the region and enjoying the scenic river. If you are unfamiliar with the area, it can be tricky to locate the home, but just follow Brigette’s directions.

    Pamela2018-05-19T00:00:00Z
  • We had such a lovely time at Brigette's place! As others have mentioned, the location is perfect for touring around--we had friends visiting from the East Coast and were able to have all sorts of fun Guerneville and Healdsburg adventures. Brigette's place was impeccably clean and perfect for two couples. The hot water thing wasn't a big deal for us--we just took fast showers--but it was good to know ahead of time. We also loved the hot tub under the stars and the neighborhood cats! Brigette was super kind and accommodating with check-in when our friends arrived ahead of us. We'll definitely be back again in the future!

    Genna2018-06-03T00:00:00Z
  • Nama'Stay was a great find for us! Everything in the place was carefully thought out, she even had a pack n play for the little one we were traveling with. Brigette was incredibly responsive, and we felt at home. We took advantage of everything in the place, including the grill, hot tub, games, and the amazing kitchen. Location to town was amazing as well. Would love to come back here!

  • She communicated with me both through email and Airbnb messaging before our stay and throughout, which was very convenient. I even called her to get some recommendations for hiking and restaurants in the area, and she emailed me a whole list of helpful information! The place was perfect for 4 people. We were able to use the amenities she offered such as the hot tub and Apple TV. We had so many great experiences in Guerneville and surrounding areas that we will never forget!

  • I would definitely recommend staying at Bridgett's place. It is so cute and clean. The champagne and hot tub were nice perks! It's a little bit of a drive to Healdsburg and Santa Rosa, but overall a great value. The near by Armstrong Redwood State Reserve is awesome, if you are in the area be sure to check it out.

  • Great location if you are looking to be near the russian river and healdsburg (the best part of wine country in my opinion!). It's a sleepy little town with tons of nature nearby and the house is just the right size for a group of 3 or 4. Plenty of space, but still feels cozy. Nice hot tub, great TV, and full kitchen. Brigette was also very responsive and helpful throughout the entire booking and staying process.

Private & serene with private beach; gorgeous, sunny, modern, rustic, cozy, magical and lush 1.5 acre riverfront property on the Russian River, with panoramic river view, boats, hot tub, hammocks, fireplace, serious kitchen, fruit trees/vines & wildlife. Perfectly situated for Healdsburg visits. 15 seconds from the river. 5 min from the best Russian River Valley AVA Appellation wineries. 20 miles from the spectacular Sonoma Coast. Only 60 miles from the Golden Gate Bridge. Dog friendly too.
This gorgeous property is located right on the Russian River and is very close to legendary wineries, redwoods and Sonoma coast beaches. The property has a REAL BEACH (sand and pebbles) which is quite rare for the Russian River. Also very rare: The property is large, private and very sunny. The house has real character, simplicity and style. It is small and cozy (but has a serious kitchen and a huge tile shower). The neighborhood and locals are funky/colorful/eccentric, which is not rare at all around here. Most guests describe the property as magical. The house is beautiful, light, airy, modern, rustic, simple, minimal and serene. The decks are perfect for sunning, outdoor dining and drinking. The beach is perfect for swimming, playing, boating (kayaks and canoe provided) and just soaking in the sun, river and scenery. The yard is lush and private and dotted with fruit trees, a tiny vineyard, a spa, hammocks and a fire pit. This is a perfect romantic getaway or a place to indulge yourself while also thrilling your kids and dog (bring your own-neither provided). Inside the house, you'll find redwood ceilings, fir floors, skylights and dozens of wood windows (all with gorgeous views, including the river). The house has almost every single detail covered. It is appointed and equipped like a home, not like a hotel or typical vacation rental. The house has: striking mid century furniture, a very comfy queen bed and a fully equipped serious kitchen w/gas cooktop. There is also a wood burning stove, serious stereo (connect wirelessly with your devices), 50Mbs WiFi, TV/DVD and gas heat. Please note that bookings cannot start or end on a Saturday (this breaks up the weekend). Also note that summer bookings (July-September) are typically 1 week long. Exceptions will be made on a case to case basis- Feel free to ask... The house opens to two decks (furnished with gas grill, dining tables and lounge chairs) overlooking the yard, the river and beyond. Moving outside, the house is framed by fruit trees (plum, apple, fig, pear, orange, etc), olive trees, grape vines and bay laurels. Adjacent to the house is a fire pit and a tomato/herb garden. Moving towards the river, the orderly yard gives way to fertile riparian habitat- gently rolling grassy meadow with native willow/elder/maple/cottonwood trees surrounding a shaded hammock. Descend a little further and the sandy riverbank draped with willows and wild CA grapes leads to a sand and pebble beach carved by the waters of the glorious Russian River. The beach frontage is very deep and is 135 feet long. It has gorgeous views up and down the redwood-lined river as well as a striking view of the Hacienda Bridge. The river is shallow and calm in the summer (perfect for boating or tubing- canoe, kayaks and innertubes provided), but in the winter, the river grows immensely (depth and width) and dramatically thunders to life. I named the beach after the first white guy to settle this neighborhood. His name was Cosmo (not riverfront sanctuary). The Russian River is home to ducks, great blue herons, osprey, hawks, foxes, river otters, deer, mountain lions and and wild turkeys as well as salmon, steelhead, bass, sturgeon, hippies, hipsters and hillbillies. The property itself is very sunny (no redwoods), yet has shade trees (with hammocks) for comfort in the summer. The air is scented with bay leaves, lemon balm, fennel, mugwort, redwood and orange blossoms. Summer is hot and lush, but the water in the river is the perfect temperature for cooling. On winter mornings the sun rises through river fog wisping through the hills and between the redwoods, which typically burns off by 10am leaving sun and clear skies. The nights are cool all year round, which is why the local wine is so good (and so necessary!). The night skies are dark and dotted with stars- unless there is a full moon, which bathes the river in light and makes you wonder why you would ever want to be anywhere else (note -added lunar taxes & surcharges are applicable). Amenities: ~ THE BEACH! ~ THE RIVER! ~ 1.5 acre property ~ Hot tub ~ Wood burning stove ~ Gourmet kitchen ~ Gas cooktop ~ Gas grill ~ Fire Pit ~ Canoe and 2 Kayaks ~ Hammocks ~ Dozens of windows and skylights ~ Gas Heat ~ Washer/Dryer ~ Fruit trees/grape vines ~ Tomato & herb garden ~ Dog friendly ~ 2 decks with shaded dining Table ~ Very sunny ~ River and Bridge views ~ 50 Mbs WiFi ~ Orthopedic Queen bed ~ Super comfy/supportive Sofa bed ~ Queen airbed ~ Luxurious linens ~ TV/DVD ~ Audiophile Stereo with Apple Airplay and CD and cassette players.
A block away (downstream) is Sunset Beach State Park with several beaches and trails. Hacienda beach is 200 feet upstream. 2 blocks upstream is the infamous Mom's Beach. A block away in yet another direction (we have 4 of them) is Westside Road (a Wine Country landmark), which follows the river and meanders through scores of some of the best wineries in the world (ending up in wonderful Healdsburg). Away from the river are mysterious majestic redwood covered hills that eventually lead to the dramatic rocky Sonoma coast with its beautiful and dramatic rocky cliffs and beaches. The neighborhood has unusual diversity: retired hippies, hillbillies, hipsters, new agers, families, craftspeople, generations of Italians, tweakers, workers and coders. Don't be scared off by any of the above- we all seem to get along quite well (except the crazy attorney with the foul mouth across the street). The area has great restaurants, farms, wineries and artisan food makers of all sorts. The scenery in Sonoma county is unprecedented- redwoods, lakes, rolling hills, lagunas and especially the river and the coast. See the House Manual for specific recommendations for places to visit, shop, eat and drink. Also check out (website hidden) pages of 101 Things To Do in Sonoma County and Russian River Chamber of Commerce and Visitor Center.
  • This little cottage feels like coming home, comfy bed, soft sheets, gorgeous wood work and an expansive wild garden for my dog to romp in. The kitchen is excellent for cooking up a storm and while your guests wine taste on the sunny porch. You'll adore your time here as you dream of one day owning your own Russian River getaway!

  • Jay's place was absolutely stunning. We had such a wonderful time we just had extend our stay. Jay was a wonderful host and extremely attentive and responsive. The house was fully equipped, clean, and beautiful. We definitely recommend staying here and we'll definitely be coming back.

    Julie2014-01-18T00:00:00Z
  • Amaaaazing place, we had such a peaceful time right by the lake. Hot tub, BBQ, basically full 360 view with the large windows, home grown fruit trees all at once. And of course Willis the cat - we were so sad to leave it behind. Jay was also extremely helpful, replied immediately to all our questions while we were there.. thank you for the wonderful getaway. We're definitely coming back in the future!

    Jessica2014-02-10T00:00:00Z
  • After a few weeks of being on the road and working long hours, me and my boyfriend came here to spend a few days away from it all. Jay was amazingly friendly and gracious, he offered us some freshly picked Asparagus when we first arrived, answered all our questions, and let us check out late seeing as no one was checking in after us. The home itself is BEAUTIFUL and perfectly situated on the Russian River. You're nestled in the woods, but just a short bike ride to Guerneville. Prior to the visit, Jay made himself available to answer any questions we had and definitely ensured we were taken care of throughout our stay. If you're looking for a quiet getaway not too far from San Francisco, this is the place. You will have all the luxuries you can imagine in this cozy cabin. I've already raved to my friends and colleagues about this place and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful and beautiful place to visit.

  • What a beautiful place! On top of being a peaceful and well appointed place to stay it is a fantastic location so close to wineries, the river (obviously), and the Armstrong Red Woods. We really couldn’t have asked for a better four days

    Madeleine2018-06-17T00:00:00Z
  • Jay's place is amazing! Easy to get to and check in. Jay has great detailed instructions on his home and surrounding area. His place is very quiet and peaceful. Cozy house and beautiful outside area right on the water. So nice to just sit and relax on the river :-) we brought the dog and she had a blast :-)

    Susan2015-10-03T00:00:00Z
  • Jay has a truly beautiful home. The architecture, design aesthetic, and setting are gorgeous. The house feels like a secluded hideaway yet is still close to activities. We enjoyed dining in nearby Healdsburg and hiked through redwood forests that were over a thousand years old! The riverfront property is ideal for dogs, too. I would highly recommend Jay's place to anyone looking to get away!

    Lesley2014-02-03T00:00:00Z
  • Jay's place is a great spot for a secluded get-away ... The space is beautiful both inside and out, with a private beach on the river, hot-tub, lots of deck space, hammocks, beautiful kitchen and lots of light ... We stayed two nights in mid-March and had great weather (quite warm!) and enjoyed late afternoon sun-bathing and cooking yummy dinners on the grill. Highly recommend!!

  • Communicating with Irina was really easy & she responded quickly. We found the place easily and her instructions are very clear. The place is very sweet and comfortable, with a fully stocked kitchen but only a toaster oven. The fireplaces heated the place up nicely on the two rainy nights we were there. My dog really enjoyed the dog park a short walk from the apartment. The hot tub was great! We had an amazing time in Rio Nido & would definitely recommend Irina's place. We would love to return someday!

  • This place was the perfect little getaway. The location was great and the house is nestled in the trees. Although we didn’t get to the river, it’s a short walk for anyone looking for a river getaway. We were very satisfied with our choice of staying here and have it on our list of places we want to come back to.

    Erin2018-05-27T00:00:00Z
  • Felt right at home! Absolutely loved Irina's place. It is located among some amazing, tall trees and has a great porch to sit out and enjoy them. She was extremely welcoming and if I needed anything she would get back to me very quickly. The place was perfect for a getaway in Russian River. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend this to others.

    Keara2014-08-25T00:00:00Z
  • We had a nice stay at Irina's place. As she makes clear, the walls are thin in the triplex but everyone was great in the other units and we didn't have any problems. Irina was very good on communication & flexibility. And we loved having our meals out on the patio under the redwoods!

    Michelle2017-08-12T00:00:00Z
  • Great spot, tucked in the Redwoods! Pet friendly and located in a great neighborhood.

All relatively new appliances, furniture, beds, etc. Place was very clean as well as there is a devoted housekeeper for this property. Neighborhood is cool and quirky with a "unique" roadhouse bar just a short walk away. I would absolutely come back here for another rejuvenating weekend away from the chaos of the CIty.

  • We had a great weekend with our family. Your home was very comfortable and well stocked. It was convenient to our destinations. We found the driveway was close to get in and out of due to the rock pillars otherwise all was perfect. Thank you so much for letting us stay at your home. The Ippolito's.

  • Beautiful home in a great location. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves staying at Johnny's Russian River Paradise. The home was clean, modern, and very comfortable. We especially loved the large deck with BBQ, and spent a large amount of our time out there. Everyone had a great time, and we look forward to coming back again.

    Will2015-10-11T00:00:00Z
  • We had a wonderful stay. Johnny was great at providing all the information we needed. The house was lovely, as described and very clean inside on arrival. The beds were all very comfy and the kitchen had everything we needed. Such a great location! Near to town/River, beach, wineries and redwoods. Just what we wanted! The only downside was that walking River access wasn't great, the shower leaked a lot and the outside deck / furniture could maybe do with a wipe down prior to arrival, although I do appreciate the area is very dry and dusty at the moment :-)

    Katherine2015-05-19T00:00:00Z
  • We were happy when we booked the reservation and right away given the details about the house and how to get in touch with the amazing house keeper. Everyone was very responsive to questions and needs.. What a change of pace from our last experience with AirBnB. Thank you so much Johnny! Great location, clean and comfortable house, awesome host, and so fun/relaxing!

  • This place is absolutely amazing! It was cozy yet big enough to accommodate all 5 of us with plenty of space and comfort. Everything throughout the house is modern and very clean. The beds are big and comfortable. The bathroom is very nice and has a great shower setup. The location is perfect with a bar/restaurant within walking distance. Great inside decor with an awesome deck outside amongst the redwoods with a nice grill! Johnny was super quick to respond to any of our questions or needs. He did a good job of recommending local places to visit. Can't wait to come back in the summer time!

  • We were evacuees from the wildfires and were very fortunate to find a home away from home at Shelley’s place. From the beginning, Shelley was very accommodating with our arrival and rushed to have the place ready for us. The home is in a very quiet spot just across the street from the river, yet only a five minute drive into downtown Healdsburg. It was exactly what we needed… respite from the smoky skies, comfortable beds, quiet and all the comforts of home. Because this was not a planned vacation, we appreciated How well equipped the house was. From shampoo and soap dispensers in the shower to plenty of toilet paper in the bathrooms and the essentials in the kitchen and the welcoming bottle of wine in the fridge, we were able to settle in immediately. I am a detail person, and I appreciated the attention to detail in this home. Extension cords were provided with all the outlets so that we had plenty of ability to charge all of our electronics which were our lifeline during this whole ordeal. They were ceiling fans in all the rooms (really appreciated by me in mid life )The kitchen was well stocked and we were able to have all of our meals there (including The coffee provided in the morning fromthe keurig machine) We enjoyed the game room and grilled in the backyard the last night we were there, once our nerves relaxed and when they got a handle on the fires. The Beds were amazingly comfortable and there were plenty of towels. We also really appreciated having a washer and dryer with detergent!! We won’t hesitate to recommend a stay here to all of our friends!

  • Extremely beautiful home situated in a relaxing location in wine country. Perfect for our family getaway. Our only regret is not being able to stay longer!

    erica2017-04-02T00:00:00Z
  • Shelley and Brad's rental home is very comfortable, extremely clean and well appointed. We enjoyed the outdoor area and only wished we would have planned to stay longer. My family really appreciated the feeling that you were not staying in someone's home. It was more of a 'wine country resort home'. Thank you Shelley for the welcoming bottle of wine and morning coffee. We would definitely come back for another visit.

  • Was a great place for my family while visiting Healdsburg. Would definitely stay there again.

  • We had a great time in Mike's house. The house is located in the middle of Sonoma county's grape fields. It's secluded and quiet yet only a short ride (15min) from downtown Healdsburg where you can find many restaurants, coffee shops and other shopping options. The house is very tastefully decorated, completely equipped with anything you might need during your stay and extremely comfortable.

    Jerome2017-06-10T00:00:00Z
  • This spot was top-notch! A beautiful home with great character in a fantastic location. We had an excellent time cooking, eating, playing games, and enjoying wine country. Mike facilitates everything with ease and provides a helpful welcome doc which covers all the essentials.

  • Amazing house and great location! Wonderful hospitality - really quick responses and super helpful hosts.

    Mary2018-08-20T00:00:00Z
  • We loved the peace and quiet of Mike’s home. Comfortable, easy, spacious, and such a treat access to the garden. Mike’s quick and efficient communication and responsiveness while we were there was fantastic. We would definitely book again!

    Nancy2018-05-18T00:00:00Z
  • Mike's house is on a perfectly maintained lot. Yes, there is a jacuzzi and a exercise pool, but wandering around the grounds was something special. Lots of little alcoves to explore, relax, and enjoy. The house is eclectic, with decorations that came out of the 50's and earlier. Clean, well-stocked and, most importantly, in a BEAUTIFUL stretch of wine country.

    Nithin2017-06-25T00:00:00Z
  • Good location to be among the wineries on Westside Rd, especially if you like Pinot and picturesque drive to the square. The house is on a gorgeous property with plenty of different places around the property to relax and have some wine. The garden was amazing; we prepared fresh veggies every night of our stay.

    Brian2018-07-23T00:00:00Z
  • The place was great, the location was amazing—perfect for anyone wanted to relax and enjoy all the the Healdsburg area has to offer

  • If you get the sense that your reservation might change at the last minute when reading reviews, you are probably right. Chris did email the week of to say she would have us in a different room than we reserved. She was accommodating when I expressed my desire to stay in the reserved room. Upon arrival, the room was as pictured and checkin went smoothly. Breakfast was lovely and Chris was friendly. The accommodations are great and within walking distance of a casual bar, coffee shop, and deli. Would highly recommend if you can remain flexible and calm about the possibility of last minute changes or suggested changes.

    Kristin2016-04-16T00:00:00Z
  • We had a lovely stay here. It is a charming big old farm house surrounded by beautiful vineyards. We loved visiting with the horses and chickens, and taking a bath in the big jacuzzi tub. We had a couple of delicious meals in the quaint nearby towns, and made our own breakfast in the big kitchen. The house has beautiful old stained wood windows, built-ins and other classic historic home touches. It was a little difficult to get the main living room warm, it being a big old house, but our bedroom was nice and warm. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone staying in the area.

    Stacey2016-12-13T00:00:00Z
  • Loved it here! Such a gem. So charming and better than the photos!

    Ashey2017-08-26T00:00:00Z
  • Chris was very welcoming and provided us with recommendations for wineries and great restaurants in the area. As an added bonus, she gave us discounts and complimentary wine tastings in the area as well. She and her husband make THE BEST breakfasts! The room was beautiful, clean, and spacious. We would happily stay here again.

    Mary2014-10-26T00:00:00Z
  • A lovely setting among the vineyards and close to a charming town in the wine country. The accommodations are very comfortable--Jacuzzi bath and decent shower head, firm enough bed, A/C if necessary, a refrigerator that is shared among guests, and adequate kitchen utensils/plates/glasses. This appears to be a self-serve B&B, so bring your own food & drinks. We loved seeing the stars at night and the serenity away from the hustle and bustle of town. Chris was available and helpful when needed but unobtrusive. We would return!

    Jean2017-07-20T00:00:00Z
  • Loved the house and grounds!

    Gina2017-02-04T00:00:00Z
  • The Irish Rose was, in a word, amazing. I'd recommend this to anyone.

    Don2016-11-13T00:00:00Z
  • Chris's farmhouse is lovely. Located on Dry Creek Rd next to a Vineyard, minutes from Healdsburg. Clean and comfortable with plenty of common area room, his place is perfect for anyone wishing to enjoy wine country at its best. We stayed in room #4, huge king size bed and very large bathroom. Quiet country style house with beautiful scenery to wake up to. Why stay in a hotel for three times the cost. Chris's house is the reason we now use airbnb for most of our lodging when we travel.

Just finished remodeling this incredibly cute studio, brand new everything. Sleeps 4 comfortably with a Murphy fold out full and a Murphy set of 2 twins bunk beds. Pool passes included, walk to river, playground, pool, tennis, Rio Nido roadhouse!
Lovely, new, adorable, cute!!!! Spacious yet comfortable, with beds that store up during the day and come down at night.
Walk to the river, swimming pool, mini golf, dog park, tennis court, and playground! Short drive to fine dining and shopping at Guerneville and to Armstrong woods. We are smack in the middle of Sonoma wine country, lots of wineries to try in any direction! Please note, this is a triplex and there are neighbors close by, so if you are looking for total privacy and seclusion, this is probably not the palce for you. As with any rental, you may have quirky neighbors, and unfortunately i have no cotrol over that.
  • Irina was as responsive as they say - the entire time. A circuit breaker went out the night we got there but she mobilized somebody within an hour to fix it. It put a dent in the night (35 degrees inside and out) but can't say it was anyone's fault. Pros - nice kitchen, well stocked, you'll lack for nothing - double headed shower with great output, warms the bones - quiet both nights, even with a party going in the adjacent apartment - hot tub, but we didn't use it Cons - Basic cable, no DVD players that we saw - it's a studio, so you get semi-loud white noise all night with the heater (mandatory) and the Fridge - nice medley - bathroom light is weak for those that need it (think make-up) - Murphy Bed is a twin, not queen - the wife and I we're somewhat cramped There is a small dog park 5 minutes walking from the unit, which was a nice bonus for our mini-schnauzer.

    John2016-01-01T00:00:00Z
  • Irina was great and when we told her we would be arriving early, she was so accommodating about letting us in earlier! The studio was neat and tidy and comfortable enough for all of us.

    Winnie2016-07-12T00:00:00Z
  • We had a wonderful visit and the property was in a perfect location. Enjoyed being under the tall pines. Host had the unit well provisioned with all we needed. Unit is modern and clean. Would have enjoyed extending our stay!

    Daniel2015-07-31T00:00:00Z
  • Irina's place is awesome!! I really just rented it as a place to rest our heads on a busy wedding weekend in wine country. I can not wait to go back and fully utilize this place. It was spotlessly clean upon arrival. When the Murphy beds are up in the walls, it feels like you have a LOT of space to operate. It is easy to pull the beds down and have a super comfortable place to sleep. Next time, I hope to grill out on the porch and use the hot tub, as well as take a walk to the river and the Rio Nido Roadhouse. It's also very close to one of my favorite Brewpubs with great BBQ food and river views- Stumptown Brewery. Can't wait to come back.

    Joe2016-10-17T00:00:00Z
  • Irina place was as described in the photos. Good central point to discover the coast and Sonoma wines. Houses are very close together so be prepared to meet the neighbors.

    Carlye2015-08-31T00:00:00Z
  • Our stay at in the studio went very smoothly and the unit was exactly as described. Didn't get a chance to enjoy the yard or hot tub, but that all looked great. Check-in was seamless, the place was very comfortable and well-located and I'd recommend this place to anyone. The only issue was the bed was on the squeaky side, so if tend to toss and turn (like I do), you end up making a lot of noise - but honestly not a big deal!

    Grant2016-08-08T00:00:00Z
  • Great location in a characteristic canyon environment at Rio Nido, close to all Sonoma's beauty, and just far enough from any tourist, crowding that may occur in Guerneville on weekends. Smooth check-in, and out. Irina is great with communicating, quickly, too. Very appy we found the right place at a decent rate, with just the right amount of amenities, which we needed to enjoy our visit to Sonoma. We have 2 small children and were able to still be comfortable in the small space. We cooked many meals there and enjoyed the hottub and simply relaxing on the deck, feeling as if we were in the redwoods, given the canyon environment. Authentic experience.

    Michael2017-07-05T00:00:00Z
  • We had a great time staying in this unit! Irina was very helpful, friendly, & promptly responded to my inquiries. The home was just as shown/described with a large Murphy bed and two smaller bunk beds. Great kitchen space with everything you would need to cook. Propane BBQ on the deck, new hot tub out back (which we used a lot), and very, very quiet neighborhood. For my first AirBnb experience, it was fantastic.

The Roost is a licensed guest room that is located 2 blocks from the central plaza of Healdsburg in a quiet residential neighborhood. The Roost occupies a corner of an historic 1860s farmhouse with a separate secluded porch and private entrance.
Because the Roost is a licensed guest room (B&B) we pay 14% bed tax to the City of Healdsburg. This tax is included in the nightly room price.
Healdsburg is a popular small town with over 100 wineries in the area. Restaurants, bakeries and cafes are abundant and most are within a few blocks of the Roost. A weekly Farmer's Market with locally sourced produce takes place near the downtown plaza. There are also year round cultural activities, including art and music, as well as sport options.
  • We really enjoyed staying at the roost for the second time! It is cozy and such a great location. Ann gave us some awesome recommendations! Will definitely be back!

    Sarah2016-06-29T00:00:00Z
  • The check in process was as simple as can be. There was a nice bottle of wine and chocolates waiting for us, which we enjoyed that afternoon. A 2 minute walk to everything interesting in Healdsburg.

  • Dan was an awesome host. My husband and I stayed with him over the weekend, in celebration of my husband's birthday. Dan is so friendly and comfortable, it was like we had known him for years. He made us feel so welcome, like his home was our home. We really enjoyed talking with him about cooking, wine, travel and other similar interests. He has so much passion for life and adventure! Our last morning was topped off with an array of colorful hot air balloons hovering over head, while we enjoyed a coffee on the back patio. Great experience. Pandora and Tony

    Pandora2014-06-16T00:00:00Z
  • Dan is a very gracious, personable, and accommodating host. In addition to some great recommendations for wine tasting, he made space for a third guest even though he only has 2 rooms for rent. The rooms themselves were immaculately maintained and on par with virtually any hotel in the area. If you are looking for a low key, no hassles place to stay, then his house will suit you perfectly. And if you happen to be a cyclist, be sure to ask him about routes in the area as he has extensive knowledge.

    Brian2014-01-21T00:00:00Z
  • Dan was very welcoming, even though I interrupted his dinner. He took the time to show me around and keeps a detailed binder full of useful information for guests, that includes "tourist" info as well. My room was spacious and clean with a very comfortable bed. The bathroom across the hall was equally spacious and clean. Dan is a great airbnb host, his home embodies the spirit of family and travel and he is relaxed and friendly.

    Laura2015-05-08T00:00:00Z
  • Dan made our stay easy, clean and very comfortable. He even went above and beyond by mailing me the the two articles of clothing I accidentally left behind. I would highly recommend staying with him if you're in the area. It was an easy Uber ride up to Healdsburg for the wedding we attended- great location!

    Chelsea2016-10-03T00:00:00Z
  • We met Dan after his workday about 5:30 p.m., got settled in our spacious bedroom, chatted with him on his patio, and shared some wine, before heading out to a tasty Thai restaurant he recommend in Windsor. Dan was a good match for our travel interests; bicycling for my husband, and interesting, locally-sourced “foodie” restaurants for me (and my husband after his long and wonderful bike ride in the hills.) Dan’s interest and knowledge of area restaurants (Healdsburg) and Russian River Valley vineyards were very helpful. He is a great spokesperson for Windsor, and we appreciated his enthusiasm. It should be noted that we did share the full bath with another house guest for use of the shower. The other guest did have use of a half bath on the main floor, where his room was located. It was not an issue for any of us.

    Kathy2013-05-19T00:00:00Z
  • Dan was a wonderful host, full with tips and ideas for experiencing wine country in California. His home was pleasant, absolutely as presented. I recommend in a heartbeat. Olga and I will stay at his place again when we travel to the wine country.

    Thomas2013-08-05T00:00:00Z
  • Dan was fantastic, and the place was great. Everything was as described. He accommodated my crazy schedule for the wedding I attended, including an early check-in and late nights. I highly recommend this place. It's clean and lovely, and the host is helpful. It is also well located with ample street parking on a quiet road. Highly recommend!

    Krystal2016-05-16T00:00:00Z
  • The fact that this was our second time we stayed with Dan Taylor at his house should tell you how happy we are with his house and location. This year we brought some of our friends with us and all of them were very positive with their experience as well. Dan is a great host and very knowledgeable of the area to help you get the most out of your visit.

One bedroom unit located beneath the main house with a small kitchen, full bathroom, laundry and deck with views.
A one bedroom unit with a small kitchenette; a two burner stove, microwave, and mini fridge. Gate entrance is shared but the unit has it's own entrance.
  • This is place is awesome! Everything was new and updated. It's very spacious and has a great deck to have a glass of wine at night. The location is central but not walkable to shops and restaurants so you will need a car. Steelhead beach is literally right across the street and Mom's beach is less than a mile down. It's peaceful and secluded- just perfect for a nice quiet getaway to the river. Ismael is awesome and such a great host. We will definitely be back!

  • Great getaway for 2! Close to so many wineries and the river... perfect place to balance wine tasting, and outdoor activities! Thanks for a lovely stay!

    Liz2018-07-06T00:00:00Z
  • The place was way above expectations. I loved the decor, the details, the atmosphere of the house. It was certainly a lot better than staying in most five star hotels we looked, with more space, a full kitchen to make our own meals, a large deck with gorgeous view of the forest, quiet and sounds of nature at night. I went for a wedding on labor day, and most hotels were so overpriced for their value. I really enjoyed Ismael's house. Best Value for sure.

    Marcelle2017-09-04T00:00:00Z
  • This was a great place to stay! I enjoyed the closeness to town and the wineries. The place was clean and well supplied. I enjoyed sitting out on the private patio in the evenings with a glass of wine, or watching a movie from the wide selection in the living room area.

    Stephanie2017-09-26T00:00:00Z
  • Great place in a great location. Clean, looked recently remodeled, nice fixtures and appliances. Cozy with just the right amount of space for us. 30 minutes from the coast and close to lots of great wineries. No complaints!

  • We had a great time here! The place seemed brand new, and it was great to have a washer and dryer. Steelhead beach was a 5 minute drive and so beautiful. A great place to stay for a getaway!!

Our rustic and eclectic cabin is surrounded by redwoods, walking distance from the river, and is a great place to unwind. It's ideal for kids and adults alike. Families will appreciate the swing set, the tree fort, children's books, beach toys, and built in baby gate. Adults will like the places to relax and look up at the trees, the proximity to wine country and the city, and the fun of making fires in the firepit. Everyone loves the river and the short drive to the ocean.
The Blue House is cozy but functional with about 600 sq ft of space, newer kitchen appliances, and an open layout. There is one bedroom (with a queen bed). In the main room, there is a loft with a full size bed. There is also a day-bed with trundle (i.e. 2 more twin beds). Mostly what we love is it's location - convenience in closeness (a little more than an hour from SF), embedded in our favorite area of wine country (Russian River and Dry Creek), swimming, tubing, boating in the river, being surrounded by redwood trees and their ability to make you feel small, and proximity to the wild California Coast. It's a great base for exploring the area, but the house is a respite where you can slow down. There is fast internet if you want it, a tv and stereo, but it's also great for just building fires in the fire pit and hanging out in the hammock. The house isn't totally secluded, but it's all fenced in and feels a little like your own world. It is on a quiet street and is far enough from River Road that you don't hear too much traffic. It's around the corner from any other houses on the street so you get a nice view of the hills from the kitchen and dining room areas. That being said, it is in a neighborhood with some permanent residents and families, so respecting our quiet hours is important. It's not a place for parties. TOT#2369N
The house is embedded in a neighborhood that was originally built mostly as river summer homes, but now includes a mix of summer homes and permanent residents. Close to the house, there are a lot of little tiny twisting roads in the redwoods to explore on foot and sometimes you can find dirt cut throughs between streets and behind houses. You can walk to Mother's Beach in just 5 mins if you want to brave crossing River Road or 10-15 minutes if you take the longer, safer way around. You can also walk to Sunset Beach in about 15-20 minutes. Berry's Market is just a couple of blocks away. There you can get sandwiches, coffee, beer and wine, and other basics. Speer's Market is a 5 minute drive away where they have pretty much anything else you could need or want. If you want more hiking - Armstrong Woods is about a 15 min drive and has spectacular old growth redwoods. There is also Riverfront Regional Park (10min drive) and Sonoma Coast State Park (35 min drive - on the ocean). As far as wine country goes there is no better area. The wineries are smaller and friendlier then more tourist centric areas. Korbel is right down the street, but there are also some great smaller ones very nearby like Iron Horse, Porter Creek, Artista and Sunce. The Russian River Area has long been a place that people go to relax, explore, and get away. The people in West County are easy going, creative, and generally open. The towns and neighborhoods are small and full of little gems - some quick highlights include Monte Rio's quonset hut movie theatre, Guerneville's restaurants and Bear culture, Occidental's Friday night farmers market, Petaluma's Seed Bank, and lots of local craft breweries.
  • This was by far the best, most well-equipped airbnb I've stayed in. The house is beautiful, clean, stocked with everything you could need including floaties, spices and a huge backyard. The beach that is within walking distance is great. I would definitely, and hope to come back to the blue house soon.

  • The Blue House was perfect for a weekend getaway. Great for relaxing with a cozy fireplace, snuggly spot for watching a movie, two double beds (one in a loft) and a claw foot bathtub perfect for relaxing amongst the redwoods. It was clean and tidy with lots of unique character and a fun garden to explore in an easy location, close to Guerneville and several wineries. We loved it and would definitely go back! Our 3-year old also enjoyed the toys and outside yard! We walked over to the nearest beach along the river. A perfect getaway.

  • Cozy cabin surrounded by redwoods. Very clean. Comfortable bed and bedding. Nice relaxing gas fireplace. About 40 minutes to Calistoga. Super nice (Michelin starred) restaurant three miles away.

  • We had a great stay at Oliver's place. It is a cute and comfortable house with an open floor plan and a well-equipped kitchen. Kids will love the loft and the playground outside, but the space would be just as good for two couples as well. The location is perfect for exploring redwoods, wineries, and (with a short drive) the coastline.

  • This is such a fabulous spot! We just adored all the charming details that made it such a cool spot. We particularly enjoyed the outside space just nestled in the redwoods. We look forward to returning, our two daughters (5 and 9) loved it. We really appreciated the river toys and wagon, having a washer & dryer, activity and food suggestions, all the details. Just can't say enough about the experience all around. Five plus stars!

    Tiffany2017-07-01T00:00:00Z
  • We stayed in the blue house for Memorial Day weekend, and although the weather wasn’t what we expected we still had a lovely weekend! It’s walking distance from the river and incredibly cozy!

    Christina2018-05-27T00:00:00Z
  • Beautiful home in a quiet secluded area.

    Erin2016-03-06T00:00:00Z
  • The Blue House is lovely, both inside and out! My mum and I stayed there while exploring the area and many of the great nearby towns (like Sebastopol and Healdsburg), and the house proved a restful retreat for us. The redwoods outside are magnificent and there are so many thoughtful inclusions on the property, from the washer/dryer to the treehouse outside. While no children were with us, we both appreciated that the house is simply a magical place for families of all ages.

Less than 15 steps to the Forrestville Russian River beach! Newly renovated with all of the amenities you'd expect. Within minutes of many award winning wineries on Westside Rd and River Rd. Go out for a day of wine tasting and then relax by the river at the beach. Everything is a possibility at Casa Del Rio!
The unit was renovated in early 2018 so everything is brand new from flooring to appliances. The TV has access to all the latest apps through the smart TV functionality and the high speed internet.
The most amazing part of this property is its location. Casa del rio is one house away from the Forrestville Russian river beach and access. And within minutes of many boutique and world renowned wineries.
  • Beautiful property with a very responsive host. Ideal for enjoying the Sonoma area or Russian creek river. Would only warn light sleepers to be aware of potential noise from the local dogs or those trying to enjoy the river since the property is so close, however the latter is probably only an issue during peak season. Overall, great property and experience

    Ilan2018-07-08T00:00:00Z
  • Great location to the coast and to wineries. Excellent host that was easy to work with.

  • Great place with modern amenities and easy access to the Russian River!

    Priya2018-08-10T00:00:00Z
  • Arvands place was just perfect for our last minute family get together. There was enough room for our three daughters and granddaughter to stay with us comfortably. It was so nice to simply wake up and walk down the path to the river and beach. The upstairs tenants were so friendly and helpful. We can’t wait to stay at Arvands again.

    Kimberly2018-06-15T00:00:00Z
  • We can up to spend July 4th here and float the river. This house is in a prime location, literally next to the river access trail in Forestville and a short drive from restaurants/stores in Guerneville. Our unit was very clean and had everything we needed. The neighbors upstairs are also amazing and gave us lots of tips on places to go in the area. They also had a great old dog named KJ who wanders around the property and was a fun addition to an awesome setup! All in all, this was a great experience - thanks for hosting us!

    Keith2018-07-05T00:00:00Z
  • Great place. Right at the Russian River. No cell phone signal in the house but WiFi makes up for that and it’s great to disconnect a bit. Wish we had more time to enjoy the place.

    Adam Michael2018-06-03T00:00:00Z
  • Arvand was responsive and through his communication, he made everyone feel comfortable. His place is very nice and is close to the Russian River. Overall, a great place to stay. Highly recommended!

  • The house pics are spot on. Beautiful place to spend a vacation in. Close to the big city and just a short drive to the ocean. Very friendly neighbors.

Wine Country Cottage, beginning of the Dry Creek Valley Great jumping off point to several locations, walk to plaza square, kitchen, deck, hot tub, hobby vineyard, wireless. Permit 1858
Only 1 mile to downtown Healdsburg, at the busy entrance to Dry Creek Valley, walk to wineries, close to Russian River.
    Close to town
  • The host was very communicative and responsive. Directions were clear. The house was in perfect order when we arrived with the AC and fans running so it was nice and cool when we got there. We were pleasantly surprised by how nicely decorated it was inside. The kitchen was well stocked. Hot tub was great. The house is close to the road so you do a get a bit of noise from the street but that dies down fairly early at night and we didn't feel that it detracted from our stay.

    Jen2014-06-30T00:00:00Z
  • The cottage was cute as a button but could use a little TLC. As others have noted - the walk into town isn't inviting but it is close none the less. I think we were there during a "hot spell" but an upgraded AC unit is needed. However, the nights were cool and opening the windows as instructed did cool it down. It's a noisy spot but the vineyards and view made up for it. Overall, this worked for us and our unforgettable trip to wine country.

    Amy2016-07-18T00:00:00Z
  • We really enjoyed our stay in Healdsburg at the wine cottage. The cottage was comfortable and close to town. We would definitely stay there again.

    Jason2016-11-27T00:00:00Z
  • The house and rooms were as described on the listing. Loved having the hot tub for the weekend and were pleasantly surprised to find that we had a grill. There were some minor issues with kitchen appliances not working, but nothing that would deter me from staying here again! It's an amazing spot if you're looking to spend a relaxing weekend in wine country.

    Subhadra2016-07-05T00:00:00Z
  • Pam was very prompt with communication and sent over everything needed to for out stay at her cottage. The cottage is so cute and cozy! There wasn't any wifi which was a bummer, but the jacuzzi/hot tub definitely made up for that ;) walking distance to downtown Healdsburg, where you can find restaurants, shops and more. Thanks again for sharing your cottage with us!

    Heather2016-07-12T00:00:00Z
  • Beautiful house in a great location! Walking distance to downtown Healdsburg and very close to numerous wineries.. Definitely recommend!!

    Kelli2014-11-03T00:00:00Z
  • Healdsburg is awesome and this place is right near the heart of it. It's only about a 5-10 minute walk to everything. The walk is a little hairy because it's along a busy road and and ton of construction to navigate. This house is fine, a lot of furniture, large kitchen and nice hot tub. If you're coming during the hot months prepare to hear cars all night while you have the windows open.

    Justin2017-06-28T00:00:00Z
  • Pamela was a great host- she was very communicative and easy to work with. We had a lovely stay at the wine cottage- the place was very relaxing and homey. One note is that the house is very, very close to the highway, so it can get a bit noisy. With that said, you can walk downtown, to wineries, or just relax by the fireplace. We had a great stay there and would definitely recommend it.

  • Kelly's cozy garden cottage was perfect. Between wine tastings, we thoroughly enjoyed lounging in the garden and strolling into town. Kelly is a warm and gracious host -- she has thought of every possible amenity, and she provided several excellent winery and restaurant recommendations. We were sad to leave!

    Marybeth2015-10-30T00:00:00Z
  • Kelly and family made our stay at the cottage easy, and they were extremely responsive in fixing the internet when we first arrived. Kelly also saved my life when I called her for a curling iron and she got one to me immediately! Great that they are there but not intrusive...the cottage was clean, neat, small, but fit our needs perfectly. Thank you!

  • This was in a great location for exploring the town of Healdsburg and surrounding wineries. The garden was lovely, the cottage felt very private, and was very comfortable and well equipped. We would definitely come back for a second stay.

    Sarah2017-08-24T00:00:00Z
  • We had an amazing time! The cottage is perfectly appointed with all of the comforts of home except you are in glorious Healdsburg, a hop, skip and jump to some of the best wineries around. (A five minute walk into town) The yard is the perfect little sanctuary and a great place to have a glass of wine. Kelly and David were terrific hosts. Gave us all the privacy we needed but were at an arms length if necessary.. Kelly gave us some wonderful bar/restaurant recommendations. The cottage was clean and neat. The bed with high count thread sheets made for the most comfortable night sleep! We had a great time!

  • Quant, charming, exquisitely clean and comfortable. It’s perfect for a single or a romantic couples get away. The bed, pillows and sheets were so comfortable that I asked Kelly for the brand of sheets. You won’t be disappointed.

  • Kelly's place was exactly as I imagined it. It was comfortable, clean, romantic, and was conveniently located next to downtown Healdsburg. I would definitely recommend Kelly's Cottage to all of my friends and family.

  • Had a lovely time staying in Kelly's cottage. Very comfortable, well-appointed, fit three (and could have fit 4) easily, great little patio to relax on, and great location. All in all a great stay!

  • We had a wonderful time during our long weekend in Healdsburg. Kelly and her cottage were both wonderful. The cottage was the perfect size and location for us while exploring Healdsburg. We will definitely be staying again with Kelly when we travel to Wine Country.
