“his is a beautiful and modern outdoor mall in heart of Newport Beach. I feel like it could be my theme park..lol.. This place is stylish and I am impressed with all the great shops here. When you get too tired to shop, you can eat at their many wonderful restaurants: True Food Kitchen, Sushi Roku,Fleming's Prime Steakhouse & Wine Bar, Fig & Olive and Cucina Enoteaca. Parking is also free if you can find it. Otherwise, you can valet for $ 6/all day This is such an one stop shop. I love it here. I can exercise, get my nails done and also watch a movie. I literally can be here all day long. It is a romantic place to come as a couple or hang out with your friends. Cheers to another successful shopping day here!”

“This is a massive center with high-end stores and restaurants. You can get lost simply walking around and enjoying the Southern California weather. If you’re a shopper this is your spot. If you are a foodie you can also find something that hits all of your flavor profiles. We also like people watching and resting to watch the world go by. Go online to find a directory of stores and shops, I think there is over 200.”
