“the perfect local gastronomy filling food specialist for the local flavor that the Philippines is known for. To start off, I crave for the Dilis Salad. Its an anchovy spiked with local greens. Crispy Liempo is a must! The tasty Sinigang na Hipon, a tamarind soak soup with that zingy taste. My personal favorite is the Itsi Bitsi, a combination of shredded beef and vegetables. The Crispy Dinuguan, another delightful recipe of pig's blood mixed with crunchy pig's skin and meat is just irresistible. I like mixing this with Aligue Rice. For the refreshing drink, nothing beats the world renowned Ripe Mango Shake! For the dessert -- get everything from Turon KC, Sticky Rice, Maruya.. ”
