Enjoy your own floor in our master suite complete with a soaker tub and shower in the ensuite. Queen size bed, with pillow top mattress and stylized room on the bottom floor of our 3 level townhome. Suite is on the same level as entry to the townhome, making your room extra private.

You will have access to use our laundry, kitchen, and refrigerator. You are welcome to join us in the living room if we are home or use at your leisure.
Note - guests may not sleep in the common areas.

We pride ourselves on providing knowledge and tips of the beautiful city we live in. We can offer advice on getting around, must see attractions and best restaurants in the city.

Il quartiere

Our home is a short walk to the Cambie shops, South Granville and Granville Island. You can access the seawall via a pedestrian walkway across the street, and from there you may opt to take a ferry downtown. Walk to the skytrain or bus. 2 blocks away from a main bus route on Broadway. We can also provide info on things to do/see as well as restaurants. If there are any fitness advocates we can recommend studios for yoga, indoor cycling, pools, or run/cycling routes.

There are a few parking spots within a few blocks away that will accommodate unrestricted parking, however most spots are either resident permit only or 2 Hour restricted. The location is ideal for someone without a car as it is easy to get around on foot, ferry, skytrain or bus. So many options!

Altre cose da evidenziare

The Skytrain from the airport will drop you off at Olympic Village station and it's a short walk (under 10 minutes) to our home from there. As we are in a townhome, there are a lot of stairs and our space is unfortunately not able to accommodate wheelchairs.

Renters are restricted to the 1st and 2nd floor of the home.

Please keep our space clean and respect the shared spaces.

No one is permitted to sleep in the living room (2nd floor), guests may only sleep in the guest bedroom.

If you watch TV we have Netflix. Do not purchase TV shows or Movies with out ITunes account.

No other guests will be permitted in the suite or property other than the registered renters.

Quiet time is 10:30pm Sun-Thurs / 12am Fri-Sat

I came to Vancouver for a conference and this was a great room to stay in. I walk e to and from grandville island each day with ease. Christine was friendly; I appreciate that she kept in touch as I was arriving. This area of Vancouver is nice!

Recently stayed here for an extra long weekend. Christine was really nice and accommodating! Check in was super easy and convenient and the town house was very clean and lovely. I liked the little details of the decor and amenities. The room was very private with it's own ensuite bathroom. The location was close to the train station as well as lots of shops and restaurants. I would definitely stay here again!

The place was exactly as described. Very clean and spacious. Great location and easy to get to all main attractions either by foot or public transport. Christine and Matt were perfect hosts, they provide me with a great list of things todo which helped me a lot to experience Vancouver. They were always available if I needed something but also respected my privacy. Would definitely stay there again!

Great place and location! Walkable to Granville. Very clean and loved the decor. Wonderful bathroom with heated floor and large tub/shower.

Christine and Matt (and their super friendly dog) are easygoing, welcoming hosts! Their home is exactly as pictured and clean. My stay was very comfortable and Christine even thoughtfully lent me an umbrella when I arrived. I would recommend their home to anyone visiting Vancouver. From the house, sky train is just a quick 5-10 min walk away and a short ride to downtown Vancouver. Broadway street is also a short walk away and there are a lot of great food options there.
