The Rivière apartment block is a very well maintained. The apartment has been completely renovated and refurbished (new kitchen, new bedding, sound proofing, double glazing…). It can very comfortably accommodate up to 4 people. The free MULET Chamonix shuttle bus service is right by the building, and the ski bus departure point just 100 metres away. Take advantage of a 20% reduction on the hire of ski or snowboard equipment at a ski hire shop just 100 metres from the apartment.
The neighbourhood
The apartment is 5 minutes by foot from Rue Paccard, Chamonix’s pedestrian street.
Public transport
The apartment building is located opposite the free Mulet shuttle service, 100m from the ski bus, and 500m from the Chamonix-Aiguille du Midi station.
Other comments
The apartment has its own private parking space, available for rental at the rate of €10/day.
For very early or late arrivals the keys will be left in the key box, and the owner’s representative will come the following morning to explain the functioning of the apartment.

Rules and regulations
The cleaning that we carry out after your departure is not cleaning for the entire week! Tenants are requested to bear this in mind. - In order to facilitate the work of the cleaning ladies, tenants are requested to strip the beds and leave sheets folded on the beds, to do the washing up and put away the dishes, to empty the fridge and bins. - The flat is non-smoking, except on the balcony. - Small house-trained and calm animals are accepted. - Please respect your neighbours by not making noise after 10.30pm. - In the case of complaints due to repeated noise, we reserve the right to ask you to leave the premises immediately and without compensation.

The Chamonix shuttle service, the MULET is at the foot of the building, the RUE PACCARD, Chamonix’s pedestrian street, is just 5 minutes on foot. At 300m the pharmacy, newsagents, sports shops, minimarket, restaurants etc…
Co-ownership apartment block with secure entry system using code numbers and a lift. The apartment is on the 2nd floor.
Southwest facing balcony with views over the MONT-BLANC range. Totally renovated in November 2015: brand new fitted kitchen, new bedding, double-glazing with soundproofing, heat accumulation panel heaters.

- Living room: 1 sofa seating 4 people/double bed 140cm. Wall mounted TV. Books at your disposal.
- Alcove: 80cm bunk beds (sleeps 2). The room is closed by double doors.
- Open-plan kitchen: I counter height dining table, 4 stools, dish washer, micro-wave oven, fridge, white porcelain crockery and cutlery for 4 people, toaster, Raclette grill, Fondue set, variety of dishes and ovenware.
- Bathroom: shower, bath with shower screen, toilet, hair-dryer and vanity cabinet.
- Balcony: Equipped with a garden table and 2 chairs.
- Storage SPACE: I cupboard in entrance hall, and drawers under the bed.
1 pillow and 1 duvet per person.
2 towels per person.
Bath mat.
Hand towel.
Cleaning products at your disposal.
3 shelves in the bathroom.
1 ski locker in the building’s entrance hall.
- No washing machine, but lmunal hot water and heating for the building.

Le ménage est un ménage de départ et non un ménage de toute une semaine. Veuillez en tenir compte svp.
- Afin de faciliter le travail des femmes de ménages , les locataires s'engagent à défaire leur lit et plier les draps sur les lits, de laver et ranger la vaisselle , vider entièrement le frigidaire et vider les poubelles .
- Appartement non fumeur sauf sur le balcon.
- Petits animaux calmes et propres acceptés.
- Merci de respecter vos voisins en cessant le bruit après 22h30. En cas de plainte , pour bruits répétés, nous nous gardons le droit de vous demander de quitter les lieux immédiatement et sans indemnités.
-Attention les draps sont fournis mais pas mis dans les lits. Il sera nécessaire de les faire vous-mêmes ou lors de la réservation 10 euros par séjour.
