Beautiful flat, full of light and very close to Hove seafront with stunning sea views. Just 2 minutes walk to the beach or the shops and great restaurants of Western and Church Road.

The bright private bedroom has a SMALL double bed.
The bedroom is east facing and bright with lots of sunlight, and gets the morning sun. You can see the new BA i360 from the window, and there is a small balcony/fire escape although you do need to climb out of the window to get onto it.
There is wardrobe space, a chest of drawers, bedside table and a TV. The bed is technically a 'small double' that is W127cm x L198cm so perfect for one, but not as spacious if there are two of you.
The bedroom is yours for your stay. The beauty of the flat is the lovely living area that gets afternoon and evening sun and has a great seaview. You are very welcome to use the living space for breakfast time, eating and relaxing. We are away some of the festive period (2016/7) so you may have the flat to yourselves depending on when you stay. If you are on business the dining room table is good for working on.

I work most afternoons/evenings and weekends so you are likely to have the flat to yourselves a fair amount of the time. My partner doesn't live here full time but he is here a few nights a week and he may well be the person checking you in and out if I am working.
I love the area and have lived here for a number of years. It is moments from the sea and Hove Lawns (perfect for summer BBQs) and there is a lovely pub with outdoor seating next door. Palmeira Square, Western Road and Church Road have a massive range of eateries, bars, and shops, from the cheap and cheerful to the more upmarket. There is a Sainsbury and Tesco within 2 minutes walk.
This area of Hove is a bit quieter than the hustle and bustle of central Brighton, but is an easy bus ride or 20-25 minute walk to The Laines or Palace Pier.

Bus stops to get you pretty much anywhere in the city are 2-3 minutes walk away, and we are about equidistant to either Hove or Brighton mainline railway stations. Both are about 20-25 minutes walk. The number 6 bus goes direct to Brighton Station. Parking, like all of Brighton & Hove, is more tricky. We are in Zone M, there are some metered parking spaces nearby or on request I can arrange visitor parking permits for £3 a day if needed.

A simple 'help yourself' breakfast is provided. Muesli/granola with yoghurt and/or toast with various jams and of course marmite for those that love it... There is tea and coffee too. Fresh coffee is from a cafetiere.
