Behind the Custom-made iron and glass front doors is a spacious split living luxury 2 Story Townhome. 2 Master Bedrooms and private Bathrooms upstairs (One Top of the Line King Mattress set and 1 Top of the Line Queen Mattress Set), with a Powder Bath off the Living/Dining/Kitchen downstairs. Amenities include: Full size Washer & Dryer Laundry room (downstairs), Gourmet kitchen and Walk in closets and a private Garage. This spacious 1,356 +/- sq. ft. Townhome is fully furnished, fully equipped kitchen, includes High-Speed Wireless Internet, TV Upstairs & Downstairs (Living Room and 1 Bdrm).

Valencia Townhomes is situated on Maryland Avenue, located in a quiet neighborhood just west of Central Avenue in Phoenix. Experience the central Phoenix business district, which in addition to being hubs for professional sports, entertainment and business, are also home to a number of retail centers. Close to the Camelback Colonnade which includes Neiman Marcus Last Call, Nordstrom Rack, Whole Foods Market, Trader Joe's and many other Retail and Restaurants destinations. We had a great stay. It's a quiet location still close to the main routes. Make sure you check out LaPinata for some good Mexican food!

Enjoyed our stay. Pretty much as described in the post. I wish there had been some blankets so I could have slept on the couch, and there could have been some additional cooking utensils. Otherwise it was very nice.

Our host was great and very, very helpful. The location was perfect for our Spring Training needs. The facilities were great for our group. The kitchen was well equipped and comfortable. Overall I would give my highest recommendation and would do it all again without hesitation. Thank you!

The listing description was spot on. This is a very nice 2-bedroom condo with easy access to shops, restaurants, and local events. Our host was amazing and paid attention to all of the little touches as far as printing directions to places we were going and giving restaurant suggestions in the area. I would highly recommend this condo and would stay again.

This place was perfectly OK. On the pro side it was a nice quiet townhouse in a nice quiet area which was tastefully & comfortably furnished. The beds were great. It is 5 to 10 minutes by car to good restaurants & decent shopping malls. The management staff were courteous, friendly & available on short notice – top notch really. On the con side it was kind of dark & not conducive to hanging around in, although this would probably be very cooling in summer. The kitchen was adequately equipped but we weren’t big fans of the heavy duty plastic crockery. The walls within the building are very thin so you can hear the person in the bedroom next door walking around in the middle of the night, as can every step upstairs be heard downstairs at night. The thin walls also means that a shower in either of the bathrooms will wake the occupants of the other bedroom, so get up together or be good at getting back to sleep. At X hundred dollars a night a $20 hairdryer would be nice. All round perfectly OK.

We try to provide the best quality customer service to our guests because our guests are our number one priority and if someone is dissatisfied with their experience, we work very hard to correct this immediately. You mentioned the lack of a hair dryer as a con; while the Listing didn't include this as an amenity we listened. . . . we have added a Hair Dryer to the Rental. We had a really nice stay. The townhouse was well stocked, comfortable and in a good location. Aliana was very helpful and responsive to our questions. We would definitely stay her again.

We were extremely pleased with the unit and property management company. Furnishings were new. Great location in an affluent section of central Phoenix. The property management staff went out of there way to make sure we had everything we needed. It was a very positive experience. We hope to return next year.
