The place is located right across from the beach. Designer furniture and posh decor.
It is a luxury two bedroom There are two queen beds and 2 pull out sofas. The patio has outside dinning furniture.
It is 2 bedroom 1 bathroom place. There is a large size front patio that has a bit of the water view.
One bedroom is private and had a nice queen bed. The second bedroom has one queen bed and one Day Bed that fold out not two twin (or single) beds. Perfect for someone who travels with two children!! The sofa in living room folds into a dull size bed.
I am hurting up to put up this listing now, so all of you have an opportunity to book it for February and March. I have two more apartments that are being worked on and maybe be available for the season.

The guest have access to the entire place.
The address and the access code, the WiFi info are normally e-mailed to you closer to your arrival.
There are set of instructions of how to open the locks provided in the welcoming letter as well as in the printed format inside of each suite.
The backyards, BBQs, outside tables, chairs, lounges, beach chairs, beach umbrellas. There are normally at least two BBQs per each property.
Parking spot is one per the reserved place, unless you are renting the entire house, then the parking is unlimited.

1.) E-MAIL. 2.) TEXT 3.) PHONE I prefer e-mail or text (I get my text messages e-mailed to me), to which I respond almost immediately. I travel often, so if I am out of town/country, I have my girlfriend/assistant, who takes over. Regardless, you are in good hands. I prefer e-mail since it is more efficient. Phone is OK too, but I may not get back to you for a day or two. I spend a lot of time on the Islands, where there is no phone reception.
The best time to reach is from 9:00AM to 5:00PM Monday to Friday. The rest of the time, I respond as well, but not immediately, since it is Florida and I may have a dinner or spend time with my friends on the beach. Hey, I have a life too.
Note: On occasion, I get a phone call or an e-mail around midnight or so and then a couple of emails in the morning telling that the guest was trying to reach me but could not and describing his/her need. For example: “Where can I find extra beach towels? or “I see a spider on the deck, what do I do?” I may note that at night, it is very hard to reach me because I am sleeping. I hope this is understandable. I would attend to all of your needs first thing in the morning. I hope that is OK.

The Complete Houses Rules booklet are either sent out to you with the reservation or are inside of the place. I do not like to put a lot of rules, after all it is your vacation.
There is NO PETS policy.
There is NO SMOKING policy (yet smoking is OK outside, especially for you Europeans).
The Damage Security Deposit are normally returned within 2 to 14 days, depending on the holidays and on the processing time. Those are held by the third party billing company and are out of my control on the time of when it is returned. The Damage Deposit is charged only if I am to file a claim. As a person, I am very laid back. Please do not worry about the broken plate or a glass. We are all humans and make mistakes. Enjoy your vacation, make your self at home. I only care about the major issue, like for example if one decides to take my Flat Screen TV as a souvenir or breaks a window shooting firework through it. It is highly advisable to send me a follow up e-mail in regards Damage Deposit a couple of days after your departure.
