2 bathrooms one has a shower and the other has a bathtub, cable tv in living room and both bedrooms, granite countertops, high end appliances and cabinets, wood flooring throughout there is a small patio area out front and the hot tubs are 1 unit away on side of building.

The office is located in the breezeway between the 2 front buildings at 420 South Main Street. Park in the front parking lot and you will see the breezeway to your left. Unit #124 has an "office" sign next to the door. There will be a large wooden box. Enter the code: to open the box and find your envelope with your name on it. You will find your key, parking pass and a map of the complex, along with some additional information. If you unit has an electronic lock, the code is:

LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION!! This condo is located in the best part of town you are just a short walk to Peak 9 Super Lift and all the nightlife. The breck brewery is a couple doors up, shops and restaurants are right outside your door, parking is a real problem in town so staying in town is a big plus compared to staying up on the mountain. Main St is quite long and staying further south is the best part as you are right near the lifts and all the activities.

Situated right in the heart of Breck. If you want to be able to walk to everything (including the chair) this is the place! Great access to skiing, eateries, shops, and the market is a block and half away. This accommodation is perfectly comfortable for four people. Although capable of accommodating more, six adults would be pushing it. Nice place, perfectly situated for max Breck!

You couldn't get a more amazing location, perfect walking distance to the lifts. My partner and I stayed for a 5 week snow holiday, we loved it. Clean, quiet and roomy, would definitely recommend.

This condo in Breckenridge is a great place to stay right in town! Easy walking distance to all the main shops and ski area.

Richard was very helpful through out the check-in process. The condo is great-updated appliances, wood floors & gas fireplace. Location cannot be beat! I would definitely stay again! -Graham

We had a wonderful stay in Breckenridge at Richard's condo, it was perfectly located, nicely furnished, super comfortable and well-equipped. A short walk to Quicksilver chair and Main Street restaurants and shopping are steps away. Very happy with this rental and will definitely rent again.
