Plantation at Princeville, located within the Princeville Resort on the North Shore, is a beautiful place to relax and unwind on your Kauai vacation.

The condominium overlooks the Makai Golf Course and is just steps away from a jogging path.

This 2nd floor condominium offers three bedrooms, three bathrooms perfect for families and couples traveling together. The master suite includes a walk-in closet and large bathroom. Beautifully furnished and recently redecorated with an island theme. The third bedroom has a queen size bed along with a queen size futon.

New patio furniture, four flat screen TV's , three iPod docking stations one in each bedroom. The unit also includes a washer/dryer for your personal use, along with an iron/ironing board. New tableware, kitchen utensils and cutlery. This unit has all the amenities of home, including beach chairs, umbrellas, towels, beach toys and even a cooler for your beach excursions.

The complex is close to the Makai and Prince Golf Courses. Just minutes away are The St. Regis Hotel, the renowned Hanalei Bay and all of the beautiful beaches the North Shore has to offer. The Princeville Shopping Center is within walking distance and the quaint town of Hanalei is no more than a 10 minute drive. A short drive further, past Haena, is The "End of the Road" which meets the trailhead to the breathtaking Napali Coast. Superb hiking for the energetic on the Kalalau Trail, leading to the spectacular beauty of Hanakapi'ai Beach.

Activities include horseback riding, golf, parasailing, hiking, a seabird refuge, zipline adventures and helicopter rides - all within short distances.

Plantations offers a recreation area which features a spa and pool with cascading waterfall, a fully equipped fitness center, plus a business center with fax and high speed internet available to guests.

In the event this property becomes unavailable for rent, Coldwell Banker Bali Hai Realty agrees to use best efforts to secure an equivalent rental property. If this is not possible, Coldwell Banker Bali Hai Realty, Inc. reserves the right to cancel this reservation and return all monies to Guest(s).
Guest Agrees to allow CBBHR an/or assignees the right to enter due to the following:
a) To make necessary or agreed repairs. b) To supply services agreed upon. c) If unit is for sale, we will give you 48 hours advance notice to show the unit at reasonable hours d)In case of an emergency, we reserve the right to enter at anytime for the purpose of safe keeping or prevention of further damage. Note: Please notify us if you will be absent from the property for more than 2 days.
Landlord Responsibility:
a) We will give you the right to occupy unit per agreement. b) We will provide and maintain appliances. We will not be liable for interruption of these services that is beyond our control. We will also not be responsible for interruption electricity, water, or gas beyond our control. Please promptly notify us of any problems. You may not end this agreement because of these interruptions.
Tenants Responsibility:
a) Tenant is responsible for using their best efforts to familiarize themselves with property, its location, and surroundings. Some of the properties are in a remote location. As such, what would be considered normal response time for public services in an urban area may not be available in this location, i.e., police, fire, and emergency services. Also, naturally dwelling animals, reptiles and fauna are different then might be encountered in an urban setting and some might be considered “pests” by some individuals, i.e., centipedes, geckos, roaches, spiders, rodents, termites and mosquitoes. You should be prepared to accept such inconveniences or discomfort as a normal and necessary aspect of renting a home in a area with strong rural character. Also, Tenant acknowledges this is a binding contract and cannot be released from the contractual obligations upon arrival. (b) Notify us of any defects or problems. c) Use the unit as a place to live; you agree not to host an event, wedding, party or other gathering that exceeds the maximum occupancy displayed on the contract without prior written agreement with CBBHR. Violation may result in significant additional charges and forfeiture of your security deposit d) Furniture is not to be moved within or from the unit. e) No parties/functions within the rental property f) No animals/pets allowed in the unit or on the property g) No smoking within the unit. h) No shoes to be worn within the unit i) Please obey all house rules posted in unit.
Miscellaneous:
a) Housekeeping services may be available by request only and will incur additional fees b) This contract is binding and cannot be modified or terminated by a sudden change of circumstance c) Changes: The booking agent must be notified in writing of any changes as soon as possible for which there may be a service charge for each accepted change to the reservation d) You must leave unit on the date and time designated, unless prearranged, and any additional rent must be paid in advance e)Abandoned possessions: We will not be responsible for any of your personal effects left in the unit. We will be glad, if found, to mail them to you and have the right to deduct postage from your security deposit f) If we cooperate with another agency in securing the rental, CBBHR will not be held responsible for their course of actions g) Unit may not be sublet or assigned without prior written consent of Coldwell Banker Bali Hai Realty, Inc. and Owner or property.

Generally, it was a good condo to stay except few small things you need to know: - a busy road is in 15 meters from balcony(lanai?). Cars make noise every 2-30 seconds. We had breakfast there anyway. Windows are soundproofed so we cannot hear it at night. But we can see light. It has nice view on golf and mountains. -No A/C in second and third bedrooms. it is hot there. You should use fans to get cold air from main room. -A/C is noisy and it can be very cold in master bedroom. You can close vents. - 1 meter open corridor from a bedroom to washroom. You can set some screens. - no parking in garage and in front of garage($150 penalty). You can park 5 meters across the road, but normally it is taken. Next parking is in 100 meters, at condo office. - It is funny to read NO rules list in public pool. HOA works. - it is a second floor condo. They said, it has no sound isolation in floor, so if somebody leaves on first floor, you should be very quiet. If you like north coast beaches, then it is good place to stay. But All activities happen in Lihue or east side. We drove every day to Lihue (1 hour).

Lisa's home is very beautiful and comfortable. Take note that the deck does face a busy road however. We loved our stay very much. Thanks Lisa!

A lovely spot in quiet Princeville. The place is very nicely furnished with a comfortable couch and beds. There are 3 full bathrooms, which worked out great for our family of 4. Plenty of beach supplies (boogie boards, beach chairs, beach towels) were provided, which was most appreciated. As others have mentioned, you're next to a road which gets a bit busy in the evenings. By 9 PM, though, things were pretty quiet, so sleeping wasn't an issue. Overall, these were luxurious accommodations at a very reasonable price.
