Welcome to a small part of the history of farming in Mallorca thanks to this gorgeous and charming rustic villa, located in Ariany for 8 people

The exteriors are spectacular, thanks to the natural setting and the charm of the property. You can cool off in the beautifupool, with a uniform depth of 1.2 m, or simply relax and enjoy the quiet countryside in a deck-chair. Beside the pool, there is a terrace with a small chill-out area for you to spend great evenings with your family and friends. If you like cooking al fresco, there is a barbecue. The large garden, with a wide variety of trees, has a table and chairs.

The interior is fabulous, done in a mixture of rustic, modern and vintage styles. This 340 m2 house, for 8 people, is distributed over three floors. There are four charming bedrooms: three on the first floor and one on the second floor. All bedrooms have a double bed, an en-suite bathroom, central heating and great views. The bedroom on the second floor has also a fireplace. A cot and a highchair are available if needed. There are six bathrooms: four en-suite (three with a shower each and one with a bath) and two toilets that serve the whole house (one on the ground floor and another one on the first floor). The living room is beautifully decorated and equipped with a sofa, two armchairs, satellite TV and heating. There is another living-dining and a fully-equipped fitted kitchen, which has a gas cooker and everything you need to cook without a problem. The laundry area has an iron, an ironing board and a washing machine.

NOTE: The rental of this property is carried out based on the Spanish legislation, specifically the Law 29/1994 of 24 November on urban leases, for which the property is available for seasonal use. This contract will consist of the cession of rights of use and enjoyment of the property. The lessee will not be offered any kind of tourist service.

Ariany is a small rural village situated at the eastern side of the island. Its surroundings have lots of fertile fields which are cultivated by local peasants. This idyllic landscape invites you to take long walks in the countryside, hike, go cycling and explore the beauty of this quiet area, where there are still some windmills. On the horizon stands a hill called Puig de Bonany (317 m), with the small hermitage of Bonany, from where you can see the Serra de Tramuntana (north), the Serra de Llevant (south-east), the entire area of Pla de Mallorca (centre) and the bay of Alcúdia. It is a wonderful place!

Just 13 km away, you will reach Manacor, a town where to find everything you need while on holiday: large supermarkets, cafes, restaurants, pubs, banks, pharmacies, local and craft shops, international shops, a hospital, etc. Portocristo, close to Manacor, is where the Caves of Drach are located, a set of four caves connected to each other, formed by the action of the water inlet of the Mediterranean Sea. There is a large underground lake called Lake Martel (Llac Martel), about 115 m long and 30 m wide, where classical music concerts are offered daily. You can cross the lake by boat at the end of the concert.

The beaches and coves of Son Serra de Marina, Cala Millor, etc. are just 20 km away from the house.
