Great cosy compact apartment with balcony. Located close to the Broadway shopping centre, the city & restaurants. It's a two floored apartment but the upstairs is closed to store owner's things, so you do have the whole place.
The apartment is very compact but cosy, the laundry room is located close to the entrance.
The living room area is where all the activity happens, it is also the kitchen and dining and working space area. Which pretty sums up the modern contemporary apartment living lifestyle.
I have a small pantry of necessary items, like coffee, tea , sugar stored in the pantry.
This is a two floored apartment but the second floor has been closed off to store the owner's belongings, so you are in actual fact have the whole place to yourself.

Airbnb has made a mistake with the exact location of my apartment on the (SENSITIVE CONTENTS HIDDEN) map. Please note it is the first apartment next door to the Broadway shopping centre. I always keep in touch before your arrival,so if any confusion, let me know.
Pets do live in this apartment block so sometimes the occasionally cat likes to take a walk. If this is an issue please do not book. Asking a thousand times about it won't change that fact.
Very close to the Broadway shopping centre, so it is very convenient place to buy groceries at Coles and Harris Farm. Eat breakfast at the Q Cafe across the street, or have pizza at Salts,Meats and Cheese or burgers at Burger Joint 2 minutes away.
Located close to the city centre (this includes Chinatown and darling harbour), so great access to the buses and to Central Station (which is about 15 mins walk).
Close to alot of great restaurants, pubs and entertainment and Sydney's fish market.
If it is great coffee you want early in the morning just down the road is Toby's Estate and other places that do good coffee too.
Parks are located on either side of the street so if you want to do a little workout there is some gym bars in Wentworth park and a public swimming pool at Victoria Park.
Please note that apartment living would mean living in close quarters with other neighbours so please keep noise to a minimum after 10pm. This includes conversations on the balcony as sounds does travel,therefore no parties as well. Shutting the balcony door will not lessen the noise either as heavy vibration can be felt within the walls.
Some of our neighbours also have pets, so if the usual cat wanders around the balcony, just be mindful of that. You can ignore them or give them a little pet. No need to panic, they don't bite.
Please throw your rubbish accordingly in the rubbish area. Not anywhere else as it is considered littering by our management.
Please treat the place like it is your own home and turn off any unnecessary lights, water, heat and air conditioning.
There would only be one key handed out please don't loose it as for security reasons getting it replaced it is a lot harder than just going to the locksmith (I had one tedious experience).
I'm not a smoker and no ash trays are provided but if you are and really need to smoke please smoke on the balcony and throw your butts in the rubbish. No smoking is permitted in the apartment including the toilet!!
There is to be no extra guest/s staying over, occupancy is only for maximum for 2 people. Should there be an extra person, extra payment will be required, so please feel free to tell me in advance as it makes it easier to work something out rather than sort this out through airbnb mediation. Please also advise of who the extra person is other than yourself as I would like to know who is staying at the apartment as well as for security purposes.
Any damage,loss or replacement would be taken out of your bond. This applies to any keys and car park remote lost. Furthermore if the apartment is left in a very messy dirty state, this will be taken out of your bond too.
Should there be a situation where I would need to ask for reimbursement from you please do not find the time then (when you have left) to complain about the 'other' problems during your stay. This is not my intention to get every cent off you but to maintain the upkeep of the apartment. Inform me of any problems during your stay so I can provide a solution as I am more than happy to help. I can't help you later when you leave.
Please leave at 10am or as the set time agreed upon. The time needed is to allow the appropriate of time to clean and have the room ready for the next guest which may include replacing or fixing items that have been damaged or missing. I had the most 'shaking my head in disbelief' experience with one guest who decided what time was appropriate for him to leave without any prior consultation and lacked the concept that being late means being late.
Could I also ask that everything be placed back in where they should be, this includes not bringing the mug to do a little walkabout Sydney or making my bed sheets play hide and seek with me. I had the unfortunate experiences of both and asking them where it is or for reimbursement resulted in time and drama ,one found it so offensive when I asked for reimbursement and escalated with him being argumentative despite my best efforts to resolve the matter.
On a final note, just to state the obvious because as the saying goes "shit happens". No illegal and dangerous activities are allowed, this includes drug dealings, drug labs, porn settings, sex orgy parties and etc. This is a nice safe cosy apartment and serves only the the purpose of providing you with a nice home and same to the neighbours. Such violation will ensue the involvement of the police.
