It consists of 5 bedrooms, 2 living rooms, 3 bathrooms and features open plan living and dining. A fully equipped, well appointed kitchen fitted with modern appliances and outdoor entertaining area with private pool complete the living spaces. There is also an outdoor hot/cold shower.
The living room on the upper floor has a projection screen for home movie entertainment and you can also enjoy stunning ocean and mountain views from the adjoining deck.
Bedroom 1: King size bed with ensuite
Bedroom 2: Queen bed
Bedroom 3: King bed (can be split into two single beds - on request)
Bedroom 4: King single and a single trundle bed. The trundle lifts to the same height as the king single so can be used by two children or a couple.
Bedroom 5: Queen bed (carport level) with private bathroom accessed through the carport
Bedrooms 2, 3 & 4 share a bathroom
Festive Season (20th Dec - 10th Jan) & Easter
$1,600 per night, 7 night minimum stay
Summer, Spring & Autumn School Holidays
$1,300 per night or $8,500 per week, 5 night minimum stay
Long Weekends (Jan, April & Oct)
$1,600 per night, 3 night minimum stays
Long Weekends (May & June)
$1,300 per night, 3 night minimum stays
All other times of the year, 3 night minimum stay
$1,050 per night or $6,000 per week
Plus a $200 cleaning fee per booking.

Please note that all our homes have no party policies as noise travels to neighbours easily in both residential and hinterland areas. No extra guests are allowed to the houses and noise levels are to be respectful at all times. There is to be no outdoor music or outdoor entertaining after 9pm.
Noise complaints will result in bond deductions and possible eviction. We apologise for being so strict but noise is a serious issue in the Byron Shire and keeping our neighbours happy is of paramount importance.
Please note that this property has a strict no parties policy. Even though the house is visually very private, noise travels to the neighbours easily.
As such, no extra guests are allowed to the house. Noise levels are to be respectful at all times. No outdoor music or outdoor entertaining after 10pm. One noise complaints means a $250 bond deduction and a second noise complaint can mean loss of full bond and being asked to vacate immediately.
Sorry to be so strict but noise is a serious issue in the Byron Shire and keeping our neighbours happy is of paramount importance.
Please ensure dishes are washed and put back into the correct cupboards. The BBQ must be thoroughly cleaned before departure to avoid excess cleaning charges. Charges will apply if the property requires extra cleaning due to the dirty condition in which the property has been left. This will be calculated on the number of hours required over and above the normal cleaning time. If extra washing or dry cleaning of furniture is required these will also be charged to the tenant. Replacement of linen/towels maybe required if they are beyond saving and stains cannot be removed.
Any booking to be discovered to be a Schoolies, Hen’s or Bucks booking will result in instant eviction with loss of any remaining rental as well as the security bond deposit.
