Bedding arrangements: Room 1 (Ground floor) - 2 queen beds; Room 2 (1st floor) - 2 double beds with en suite; Room 3 (1st floor) - 1 bunk bed with double under and single above and a roll out trundle bed; Room 4 (1st floor) - twin single bunk beds and 1 roll out trundle bed: Room 5 (2nd floor) - 2 queen beds. Bedding arrangements are flexible and special requirements can be accommodated. Please talk to the host.
You have access to the whole house and will NOT be shared with other people.

Please note in order to minimize the impact on our neighbours, we only accept family groups or business travellers. We do not accept all male or all female under 30 groups. Please note these house rules form part of the agreement between you (guest) and us (host). You have agreed to these rules before you proceed booking our house. Breach of any of these rules will attract a fine to be deducted from your security deposit/bond or, in serious situation, lead to immediate eviction from the property.
1.Enter and exit the house;
You must enter and exit the house in a quiet and discrete manner; Please enter and exit the house only via the front door. Only cars are allowed to enter via the electrical garage gate;
2.Respecting neighbours' rights of peace
Please keep your voice or music volume down after 9:00 PM as next door neighbours can be very annoyed by noise; If an incident of excessive noise is reported to the Complex Manager, then $500 fine will be deducted from your security deposit/bond. If you do not stop, we will ask you to vacate the property immediately;
3.Strictly no party
If you are found holding a party in the house, then the whole amount of your security deposit/bond will be forfeited and you will be asked to vacate the property immediately;
4.No parking on common property;
Under no circumstances are you allowed to park your car on the driveway or any part of the common area of the complex. You must only park your car in the garage or on the street. Breach of this rule will incur a $300 fine to be deducted from your security deposit/bond;
Kitchen waste is to be placed in the bin in the garage with a green lid and all recyclable items including glass and plastic bottles, aluminium cans and cardboards are to be placed in the bin with a yellow lid;
6.Damage or breakage
If any damage is caused to the house or its contents, cost of repair or replacement will be deducted from your security deposit.
7.Keep the house clean
Please note this is not a hotel. It is your responsibility to keep the house clean for the whole duration of your stay. Cleaning equipments are located in the garage on ground floor. You must wash your dishes and leave all the kitchen facilities clean after your use. You must leave the house in the similar condition (where practical) as when you check in. If excessive amount of cleaning work is needed after you check out, you will be charged $500 cleaning fee to be deducted from your security deposit/bond.
8.Strictly no smoking
Smoking is only allowed on the balcony or outside the house. If trace of smoking is detected, $500 will be ducted from your security deposit/bond.
