Wolf Creek Ski Area - Wolf Creek has an all-natural snow depth of 114 inches at the midway. Our year-to-date snowfall total is 389 inches! Shred all day then head into town to soak at the legendary hot springs or check out the amazing craft beers at our local pubs!
The cabin is on the Rio Blanco, nestled in the San Juan National Forest, 33.7 miles away from Wolf Creek Ski Area. We have a single bed in one guest room, or a loft that can sleep two. Soak at Pagosa's legendary hot springs, ski, enjoy a micro brew and live music.
Full kitchen and bathroom with a jacuzzi, which is great after skiing. The bathroom and kitchen are shared. The queen bed area is in a loft at the top of a set of circular stairs. The single bed is in a room of its own. I can juggle that around a little if you want it the other way around! So it's not a totally private getaway, since I live there, but, it's pretty nice, and if you are just looking to crash somewhere after Wolf Creek, it's ideal. Plus, I love to bake, and specialize in gluten-free, so chances are you will wake up to fresh muffins and coffee!

I can help you find your way around town, and give suggestions and best places to check out!
I have a circular set of stairs that may be a little dangerous for children who are just learning to walk- but if you've got a "handheld" model that should be okay.
I'm a career and technical educator, a web developer, a Pilates instructor, and I run a 501c3 horse rescue. I'm friendly and welcoming- you can hang out as much or as little here as you like during your stay. I always have coffee or tea and something fresh out of the oven in the morning! I try to stay gluten free, I love riding my mountain bike and my horses, and I do have dogs. I have an outside run, so if you have a cool easy-going dog, it might work to bring your dog. I also take horses, but I charge another 30 dollars a night for horses. I love getting to know people, and make people welcome!
