The Annandale Street Residence is a fabulous property in an excellent location, accommodating up to 8 guests in the city centre. Your are spoilt for space in this duplex property, with three bedrooms and living space split over two levels. Take advantage of this prime location in the city, with the Old and New Towns less than 1 mile away, there are plenty of shopping pleasures, chic bars and restaurants, and Edinburgh’s famous attractions to occupy your time. The Annandale Street Residence has recently been renovated to a very high standard.

After your busy day sightseeing, return to your city pad and sink in to one of the comfy sofas and watch a movie on the flat screen TV and Netflix subscription and built in internet, or make use of the super speedy, unlimited wireless internet.

Only a short walk away, and you can chose from the multicultural and independent eateries of Leith Walk, or the upmarket bistros of George Street. However, if you tire of the dining options locally and find yourself craving some home comforts, you can spoil yourself in the sunny and modern kitchen diner, kitted out with everything you need, including coffee percolator.

When it is time to retire to the bedroom, choose from three bright and relaxing rooms, all with double beds and one with en suite. Two additional guests can be accommodated on a sofa bed in the living room. A family bathroom completes this delightful home from home.

The apartment is set within landscaped gardens, with table and chairs outside. Secure, underground parking is included with your booking.

We welcome stag/hen groups at this property, however do request that such groups pay a larger damage deposit and make us aware of the nature of the booking as soon as possible.

A meet and greet service is provided, whereby you will be met at the property to be provided with keys and to be shown the property. Please arrange your arrival with the property manager.

Entry to the apartment is from 16:00 onwards; however, please note that arrivals after 19:00 may incur a late arrival fee of 15 pounds for unsociable hours, and check ins after 10pm will incur a fee of £25. Earlier entry can perhaps be arranged but depends if there is a departure at your chosen apartment that day. This can be confirmed within 48 hours of arrival. If you are arriving earlier than 16:00 on your day of arrival, it is always worth contacting the property manager as they will always endeavour to give you access as soon as possible. You may be able to arrive early and leave luggage and come back however this is not guaranteed.

The latest departure time is 11:00, however, a guaranteed later departure (up to 20:00) can be arranged for a fee of 50% of the daily rate for that day but please note this is subject to no existing booking arriving that day already.

A £200 refundable damage/security deposit is due 7 days before arrival, and refunded after departure.

All properties are strictly non-smoking, and do not accept hen/stag/party groups. At least one guest must be over 25 years old.

Please arrange your arrival with the property manager at least 24 hours before arrival.

Check in is from 4pm, and check out is before 11am.

We had a good stay at this accommodation. The place was functional and near local amenities. Although we had a slight difficulty locating the house and checking in, Dayna was contactable throughout and kept in contact until we are safely in. Thanks for having us!

El apartamento es muy acogedor y muy bien equipado. Está ubicado un poco alejado del centro de Edinburgh, por ejemplo unos 15-20 minutos caminando hasta Royal Mile.

Very clean and well decorated flat. Felt warm and homely. Dayna was very accommodating arranging time to meet and pick up keys as well as easy to contact and answer our questions.
