'Gull Harbour' is a 4-bed/3-bath (sleeps (PHONE NUMBER HIDDEN) sq.ft. private home on Gull Drive in the Bodega Harbor subdivision of Bodega Bay. It backs up to the 9th Fairway of the Bodega Harbor Golf course and has FABULOUS views of Bodega Head, Doran Beach and the Pacific Ocean. The house is well-laid out with vaulted ceilings in all rooms, beautiful wood molding, skylights and tall picture windows, multiple sliders. Beach access trail right across the street. 9th Tee box located at back of the home. Lots of natural light throughout the day.
Layout of House: There are 2 levels to the home. The only room on the lower level is the garage with Ping-Pong/TV (used as rumpus room) and the entry (no garage parking). There is also a second entry off the kitchen adjacent to the front walkway. All area's of living are located on the second level. Spacious bedrooms are located to the rear of the home while the kitchen/dining/living room areas are located in the front of the home. There is a gate in the home to block off the entry stairs if needed for families.
Lrg. Master Bedroom Suite #1: King bed & separate trundle bed (2-twins perfect for kids), HDTV/Cable/DVD/Blu/HBO; Attached shower/dbl vanity. Great 9th Fairway & ocean views.
Master Bedroom Suite #2: King bed with cable-HDTV, vaulted ceilings/skylight and separate bathroom with shower. Its connected to the deck that faces the front of the home where hot tub sits. Wonderful ocean views.
Bdrm #3: Queen bed/cable-HDTV/Ocean & 9th Fairway views.
Bdrm #4: Queen bed/cable-HDTV & Fairway views. Connects to deck with Weber barbecue.
The Dining Rm/Kitchen: Kitchen is fully-equipped; Large Dining Table sits adjacent and seats 8-10 guests; propane barbecue off this deck (extra tank garage).
Living Room: Wonderful views out 4 very large picture windows that face the Pacific Ocean. Lrg. Flat Screen Cable-HDTV/Blu ray/DVD/ROKU/Netflix (enabled), stero-CD player w/IPOD dock, bookcase with a lrg. assortment of books & magazines, and a lrg. assortment of DVD's & Leather couches in this room make it a wonderfully relaxing area to spend with family/friends.
Golfers: For guests who golf...home backs up to the 9th Tee box.
Families: For guests with kids we have located in closets: hi-chair, gate, exercauser. Closet full of games. If you go to Doran for the day (families pack a lot of stuff!...) we provide a beach access pass to avoid gate fee. Doran Beach State Park is an awesome place to play in the ocean/sand and they have bathrooms. Take our boogie boards (use at own risk), sand toys, snacks and enjoy the day!
Beach items: Beach blankets, chairs, umbrella, boogie boards, ice chests, sand toys located in garage. We even keep a beach pass for families wanting to drive to the State Beach at Doran entrance with all their 'stuff' saving you the $6 parking fee.
Entire home absent owners locked closet/outside utility area.

We rent two homes in the BB area. We live only 15 minutes away. We are available 24/7 anytime a guest is in one of our homes. We have a website that you are welcome to visit. My husband Dave runs a plumbing/heating & electrical company (Acrat Plumbing & Heating) ~ handy when your in the vacation rental business! If something breaks we jump on it ASAP and have the supplies in our shop. I personally clean and prep our homes. We look forward to your visiting our homes! We also manage several other commercial/residential properties in Sonoma County.

SHORT TERM RENTAL AGREEMENT & RENTAL RULES
The home you have reserved is privately owned and located in a residential area. In accepting this rental you agree to comply with the policies set forth within this agreement.
AGREEMENT: This is an agreement between Dave & Debbie Tarca of Bodega Bay Rentals, LLC, and Occupants reserving, for vacation rental only, of the furnished real property located at **** Gull Drive Bodega Bay, CA 94923 (Property). If there is more than one Occupant, each one shall be completely responsible for the performance of all obligations under this Agreement, individually and jointly with every other Occupant. Occupants are renting as transient lodgers for the number of nights specified, from Owner who retains full legal, possessory and access rights.
SECURITY DEPOSIT: Refer to Airbnb's security deposit policy.
Check-in Time is 4PM; Check-out time is 11AM PST
Early or Late check in/out must have prior approval.
TERMS OF OCCUPANCY: You understand that the rented property is a private residence and you agree to indemnify the owner for any damage or loss to the property or its contents that occurs during your stay. Maximum occupancy is 2 per bdrm; Additional guests to home over 8 total are an added fee per guest day or night. Max in home is 10 total. All guests MUST be named & emailed to owner at time of booking. A charge of $100 per person per day or night entering home may be imposed for guests NOT listed. Violation of MAX occupancy limit will result in forfeiture of all monies and immediate termination of occupancy. Questions regarding occupancy, PLEASE ask at time of booking.
VIDEO CAMERA: Camera entrances to home only; No parking in garage. There are no other cameras. Bodega Harbor has 24-hr patrolled security provided by Universal Protection Services. For emergencies, please call 911. We installed the camera do to unauthorized pets being brought to the home. Honestly I'm not looking and have no desire BUT if there is evidence of a pet or occupancy violations photo stills will be used to enforce contract. Pets are NOT allowed on property.
CANCELLATIONS - Refer to Airbnb's cancellation policy.
SHORTENED STAYS: Since a privately owned property has been reserved for your use, no refunds will be made for early departures. Minimum stay is 2+ nights dependent on season.
TELEPHONE - Long distance phone - USA (NO International service).
CLEANING OF PROPERTY: Your reserved rental home will be cleaned, with linens in place prior to your arrival. You are asked to leave the property in the good condition, normal use expected. Excessive cleaning charges will apply to homes left in POOR condition
HOT TUB: Follow HOT TUB Cautions/Rules posted at hot tub. Hot Tub (sanitized prior to your arrival): Tub requiring emptying due to excess sand, glass or gross contamination will result in $150 fee. Please shower prior to entering tub. DO NOT Sit, Stand or Play on hot tub cover. If broken you will be charged for replacement. NO GLASS; Use plastic cups.
LOCKED OWNERS CLOSET: No entry.
INJURY, LOSS OR DAMAGE: Guest, as a material part of the consideration to Owner for this rental, will and does hereby assume all risk of bodily injury, wrongful death and/or property damage occasioned by an accident or nuisance made or suffered in Gull Harbour or resulting from any failure on the part of Guest to operate Gull Harbour in a safe condition. Guest hereby waives all claims in respect thereof against Owner and its employees, agents, licensees, contractors and invitees (herein collectively called "Associates"), and Guest hereby agrees to indemnify and save harmless Owner and the Associates from and against any and all claims, loss, cost and liability for bodily injury, wrongful death and/or property damage suffered by any persons (including, without limitation, Guest's and those persons at Gull Harbour with or without Guest's permission) arising out of, caused or occasioned by, or resulting from any accident, fire or nuisance at Gull Harbour, or failure to maintain Gull Harbour, and shall reimburse Owner the costs, attorneys' fees, expenses and liabilities incurred in connection with any such claim or any action or proceeding brought thereon. Occupants are responsible for any loss or damage to the property beyond normal wear. Occupants assume all responsibility and liability for any injury, loss or damage resulting from use of boogie boards/sand toys in or around Pacific Ocean.
BHHA RULES/REGULATIONS: Further, you agree to abide by the rules and regulations of the community and refrain from any activity which interferes with the quiet enjoyment of its residents; Quiet hours 9PM-9AM. Large Parties/Events and receptions prohibited. Parking is limited to 4-5 cars; no recreational vehicles, boats and/or trailers on the premises. UNAUTHORIZED use of the golf course/Swim/Court area is not permitted and WILL result in a fine of up to $250 per guest/per home. BBR is not liable for inoperable hot-tubs, as major repair problems cannot be foreseen (BBR will take all possible steps to see that the hot-tubs are in proper working order). We reserve the right to inspect the residence during your stay should there be an emergency situation demanding our attention. BBR is not liable for power, phone, cable-satellite TV outages or conditions relating to ACTS OF GOD and refunds for such will not be given. Our homes are initially stocked with supplies (i.e. hand soap, dishwasher soap, liquid soap, paper towels & toilet paper). If these supplies are used up and the guest wishes more, similar items can be obtained in the town of Bodega Bay.
SAFETY: Fire extinguisher located in garage; lanterns located kitchen pantry. Smoke/Carbon monoxide detectors in home.
BARBECUE: Follow safety precautions on wall; don't put cover on HOT/WARM barbecue.
WRITTEN EXCEPTIONS: Any exception to the above noted policies must be approved in writing in advance of reserved stay.
In the event legal action is required to enforce any provision of this Agreement, the prevailing party shall be entitled to the recovery of reasonable attorneys fees and costs. Place of Suit: Any action at law, suit in equity, or other judicial proceeding, which may be filed to enforce the arbitration agreement as set forth in this Agreement or which may be instituted to enforce this Agreement or any portion thereof which is not subject to the arbitration requirement, if any, shall only be instituted in the courts of Sonoma County State of California.
By renting our home, you are agreeing to the rules and terms listed above. Please treat the home as if it were your own AND contact me should something break (accidents occur) prior to your leaving so I can get it repaired ASAP. THANK YOU!.

Dave is a Plumbing/Heating/Electrical contractor and runs his own business (handy when you run vacation rentals). Debbie runs Bodega Bay Rentals. Both college grads (Dave SSU Business/Debbie Pacific Union Nursing). We are active in kids lives (college/hs/jr hi). Active in 4H. We've managed commercial/residential property in Sonoma Cnty for 25+ yrs. When not working we enjoy being outside. Pic is Vineman Triathlon 2015. We work a lot on our ranch. Have several rescue pets which we thoroughly enjoy. We stay pretty active but downtime we love to read, hike, take dogs to ocean... Love the outdoors!
