Your hosts at See-Ya-Soon Big Beach House hopes you will be feeling the warm sand on your toes and enjoying the sight and smell of the ocean very soon! This roomy 2000 square foot, two story, 4 bedroom home has a beach-cozy feeling to it. A big comfortable house with large gathering rooms, just perfect for your family get-togethers. Nice outdoor patio with table and chairs and a gas grill for enjoying the San Diego lifestyle. On quiet Verona Court, It`s just far enough from the hub-bub of the boardwalk but close enough that you can join in anytime you want (about 50 feet).
Downstairs: Spacious living and dining room area with a large flat-screen TV and a fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops and a breakfast table.Washer and dryer is off the kitchen. Two bedrooms, one with a queen bed and a TV and another with a double/single bunk bed with a single pull out trundle for extra sleeping room, if needed, and a TV. Two hallway bathrooms, one with a tub/shower combination and one with a glass shower stall.
Upstairs: Bedroom with a king bed and a day bed for the child that wants to sleep near his/her parents, and a TV. Second upstairs bedroom has a double bed with a single pull out trundle bed and a TV. There is a half bath upstairs between the two bedrooms with a toilet and sink. Tandem parking in garage and an assortment of beach items for your pleasure.
The location is very central to all that San Diego has to offer: SeaWorld, Old Town, the Embarccadero with it`s floating museums and ferry to Coronado, Balboa Park and the The San Diego Zoo, the downtown GasLamp district and SeaPort Village, casinos, outlet malls, spas, Farmer`s markets, antique shopping, fashion malls, wine tasting, a plethora of fine dining restaurants as well as casual ethnic dining in the beach area. *Cleaning fee includes the standard cleaning fee (including tax) and a non-refundable minimum Damage Coverage of $89. If you would like to opt-out of the Damage Coverage, an additional security deposit of $3,500 will be required.
*The security deposit that Airbnb secures, does NOT cover any fines or fees issued by local authorities. Due to San Diego’s increased regulations and severe punishment on parties and noise, guests will be responsible for any fines NVR incurs as well as fines issued to the guests AND owners due to parties or noise. Fines may be up to $1,000 or more.
*$25 surcharge for cleaning during the Summer Season and stays 14 days and longer.

Excessive noise and parties of any size are forbidden in our units. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am. Please refrain from loud outdoor noise or any activity that would interfere with the peace and quiet of the neighbors. We reserve the right to decline, cancel, or evict any guests that are in violation of the Good Neighbor Policy, with no refund.
Renters must be at least 25 years old and must not exceed the maximum occupancy limits for the property. If the property is managed by an HOA, Renters also agree to follow any and all HOA rules and regulations.
Smoking is NOT allowed inside the property or on the premises.
Upon confirming your booking, we will send you a rental agreement for your upcoming stay which you will need to complete. If you are unable to complete and submit a signed agreement within 24 hours, it will result in cancellation of your reservation. We will also contact you within 24 hours of the booking to obtain contact information and to address any questions or concerns you may have regarding your upcoming visit along with the House Rules & Rental Agreement.
