The completely remodeled, gourmet kitchen includes granite counters, a wine refrigerator, a gas range and a very attractive island dining area. In addition, both bathrooms have been completely refurbished with granite counters and showers.

CHECK-IN TIME IS AFTER 5:00 P.M PST AND CHECK-OUT IS 11:00A.M. PST. No early check-ins please. This agreement does not create a tenancy or residence. You must depart at the appropriate time.
This is a NON-SMOKING home.
PETS-Pets are permitted only with prior agreement
Vacationing students or singles under 25 years of age MUST be accompanied by an adult guardian or parent.
PARTIES, NOISE or UNRULY BEHAVIOR – This property is located in a residential neighborhood and may not be used for weddings, receptions or parties. Loud or unruly behavior is restricted by local ordinance and may result in citation or arrest by local law enforcement. Alcohol in the possession of minors is not permitted; as well as illegal possession of controlled substances by any guest. Breach of these provisions can result in immediate termination of the rental agreement and the forfeiture of rents and security deposit.
DAMAGE/RESERVATION DEPOSIT – Damage/reservation deposit of $300.00 is required. The deposit automatically converts to a security/damage deposit upon arrival. The deposit is NOT applied toward rent; however, it is fully refundable within fourteen (14) days of departure provided the following provisions are met. A. No damage is done to unit or its contents, beyond normal wear and tear. B. No charges are incurred due to contraband, pets or collection of rents or services rendered during the stay. C. All debris, rubbish, and discards are placed within the two trash cans provided in the outside garbage Bearguard, and soiled dishes are placed in the dishwasher and cleaned. One load of laundry is started. D. All keys are left in the lock-box and the cabin is left locked. E. All charges accrued during the stay are paid prior to departure. F. No linens are lost or damaged. G. No early check-in or late check-out. H. The renter is not evicted by the owner (or representative of the owner), the local law enforcement, or the security company employed.
MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY-The maximum number of guests is eight (8) persons pursuant to the county vacation rental ordinance. Over occupancy can result in immediate eviction and loss of rent and deposit.
THIS PROPERTY REQUIRES A THREE (3) NIGHT MINIMUM STAY- during summer months and holiday periods longer minimum stays may be required
NO DAILY MAID SERVICE-While linens and bath towels are included in the cabin, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. We suggest you bring your own beach towels. We do not permit towels or linens to be taken from the cabin.
FALSIFIED RESERVATIONS-Any reservation obtained under false pretense will be subject to forfeiture of advance payment, deposit, and/or rental money, and the party will not be permitted to check-in.
WRITTEN EXCEPTIONS-Any exceptions to the above mentioned policies must be approved in writing in advance.
PARKING-This unit has a maximum of 2 vehicles that are allowed at the unit. Parking is allowed on the street during the summer months, however, during winter, when snow is present, all vehicles must be parked in the garage. Cars in the way of snow removal equipment on any street or subject to towing, impound fees and parking fines.
GARBAGE – Garbage collection occurs once a week on Wednesdays. The outside garbage cans are located outside in the brown "Bear Guard" next to the garage. There is a key hanging on the right side of the Bear Guard that must be used to get to the garbage cans. All garbage must be placed in the Bear Guard. Your deposit may be withheld if the owner is cited or given a violation for garbage, trash or refuse being stored outside or strewn about the property.
