Directions to our Breckenridge Office from Denver for Check-in:
Take I-70 west to exit 203 (CO-9 South). At the top of the exit follow the roundabout to Hwy 9 South towards Breckenridge. Continue 9.6 miles to the second roundabout just as you enter the Town of Breckenridge. Stay on left lane. At the roundabout, proceed straight through the roundabout to access Main Street Breckenridge. Turn right at the second light, Ski Hill Road, and turn immediately left into the first parking lot with a large brown building. You will see "Summit Rentals" on the building sign. Building address is 111 Ski Hill Road, Breckenridge. Short term parking is available for check-ins in front of the building. Summit Mountain Rentals is located up the stairs and to your right.

Easy to find and within walking distance to the town center (Main St) where all the restaurants, bars, and shops are. Access to pool, hot tub, and sauna was a plus. Stable and fast wi-fi. Apartment was fully furnished (linens, towels, cutlery, etc.) and well heated. If you need the sofa bed, it's not going to be comfortable (as most aren't) and it does tilt downwards towards the sofa rather than being completely flat.

Summit Mountain Management is less than swift. Young clerk had no idea the Breckenridge Film Festival was in town, and he had no info about tickets or schedules. No info about golf courses. The condo is convenient in its location, but seriously lacking in views or light!

This was a great little place to stay with a perfect location. Walk to Peak 9 and downtown. The condo itself has been nicely updated and has absolutely everything you could need for your stay (and more!). It was a bit small for 3 people, but we were prepared for that and it was totally manageable.

Exceeded expectations! Very nice one bedroom, perfect & convenient location. Only need for improvement would be the water heater situation. Shower water was near ice cold consistently for the third person using it. Overall, highly recommend and would def stay again.

The Good: 1. Check in staff (really everyone we dealt with at SMR) were fantastic - very professional, excellent follow through etc. 2. The location of the unit is excellent - 10 minute walk (wth kids) to the lifts, 15 minute walk to downtown breck. 3. The kitchen was well appointed and functional - although the toaster and coffee maker need replacing. 4. Pool, hot tubs and laundry - all as advertised The Bad: 1. The Bed - Just horrible, the mattress was shaped like a taco shell. with 2 people on it you both slowly slide to the center. No support, and no cushion - you can feel the springs. We ended turning and flipping the mattress over to try to find a more comfortable side - all to no avail. This was a major issue for us since after a full day of skiing you really appreciate a restful sleep - which we never got. 2. The couches - both are in need of a serious cleaning. there were a number of unidentifiable stains and hardened objects on the cushions. The grey couch is also missing one of the feet on the couch extension. Overall the furniture looks bad and should be replaced. 3. Window coverings - There are a number of very bright lights outside the condo - the window coverings do a inadequate job of blocking out those lights. If I remember correctly there are two windows in the main room that don't have coverings at all. Both the main room and the bedroom were bright enough at night to read in with all the interior lights off. I think one of the windows is also missing the trim around it - so it looks unfinished. 4. Noise - the walls are paper thin. We could hear everyone outside of the unit from any room in the condo. You can hear everything that happens in the condo above - everything - even people talking with a normal tone of voice can be easily heard. 5. The Bathroom - nothing really bad about the bathroom other than it looks a bit dated. The condition of the bed, furniture and the noise were what led to the 2 star review.
