NO PARKING INCLUDED OR AVAILABLE WITH THIS PROPERTY. Street parking or Parking garage information can be found online in the Chippendale area if parking is required. There is no parking provided or available. Street parking is available and is charged per hour.

Please understand this property is located in the heart of a world city and so you will sometimes hear street noise below. I cannot control this and so If you require a country retreat type environment and silence to sleep this property is not suitable for you.
I have hosted hundreds of guests and have had very little negative feed back with this as an issue however I want to be transparent that Chippendale is an up and coming neighbourhood with so much on offer.

This pad accommodates 2-3 adults comfortably but a max of 4 overnight. Any more than 2 guests overnight will attract an extra AU$30 per night, per additional guest.

The sleeping arrangement for the 3rd and 4th adult would be on a 2-seater sofa bed which folds out to a double with extra quilts, pillows, sheets & covers.

We will prepare a separate sofa bed with extra bed linens and towels upon request with a extra fee of $30 or for a group of more than 2 guests. If the booking is for 2 guests, a double bed will be prepared.

Please do let us know before hand if you would like us to pre-make the sofa-bed prior to your arrival.

Welcome to our cozy and comfortable apartment - located in the most convenient location in Sydney CBD!

We want you to feel like home, this is our policy and it worked for a very long time. Many of our guests are friends now and we do keep in touch and visit. If this property is booked, look at the other one which is linked to this one.

The house is always spotless as I am a very proud home owner. I love to socialise but privacy is also respected and assured. Happy to give you directions & ideas about touring Sydney etc.

Smoking is only allowed outside if required.

Kindly treat my property with respect during your stay and do not cause any major or superficial damages.

If you plan to cook, that's fine but please be warned that the fire alarm is rather sensitive, so please be sure to open the window and switch on the range hood while cooking, cos if it goes off, you'll be liable for the costs of the fire truck's visit.

*Key pick-up:* Ensure to notify us of your arrival times so that we can hand the keys to you personally.

*NO SHOES IN THE HOUSE!!! Please kindly take off your shoes and leave them at the entrance doors because we hope you can help keep our carpet clean.

*Keys: In the event, you return the apartment to us without the keys, you agree to pay $200 to cover key replacement.

*Check-in time*: Check-in is from 3pm. Note, we make every effort to ensure apartments are prepared for check-in by 3pm. However, unfortunately from time to time exiting tenants fail to comply with the requirement to check-out by 10am. Where this occurs, as a matter of practical reality we may need to delay the check-in time to allow time to properly prepare the apartment after the late check-out.

*Check-out time*: Before 10am

*After hour check in: Check in is from 2pm-6pm, if you would like to check in after 6pm, after hour check in fee of $30 will be applied.

(NOTE: Sometimes we could help you check in earlier (11am-12pm) or check out later (12-1pm), if we could do so we will let you know 1 day prior to your check in.

*Luggage*: As we do not have a physical reception, we are not able to store luggage for you prior to your check-in time or after you check-out.

*Repairs, state of apartment etc*: We will endeavour to ensure that all appliances etc. in the apartment are working properly, there is not damage to the apartment and the apartment is spotlessly clean. If you notify us of a faulty appliance, or the apartment is not spotlessly clean, or of something wrong with the apartment, we will take all reasonable steps to have the fault corrected as soon as possible. Where you notify us after hours, we will endevour to have the fault corrected as soon as possible on the recommencement of business hours. The existence of a faulty appliance or another issue with the apartment will not entitle you to any discount on the booking fee. We do not control maintenance in the building in which the apartment is located. In the event of a fault in the common area, eg, the lift not working or there being no hot water, we will notify the body corporate of the fault immediately. However, the existence of the fault will not entitle you to any discount on the booking fee. We assure you that all our apartments are in quality buildings and that common area faults are always attended to by the body corporate promptly.

*Exclusion of liability*: We do not control the buildings in which our apartments are located. Accordingly, you agree we are in no way liable for any damage caused to you or your goods by a fault with the building, whether the damage is caused in the common area, or in the apartment, eg, by water coming into the apartment from the common area.

*We will prepare a separate sofa bed with extra bed linens and towels upon request with a extra fee of $30 or for a group of more than 2 guests. If the booking is for 2 guests, a double bed will be prepared.*PLEASE DO NOT SET UP THE SOFA BED BY YOURSELF!

*Cleaning*: Before checking out, you must leave the apartment in a clean and tidy condition. Failure to do so may result in a cleaning fee of $200.

This apartment is in a great location very close to the central station in the heart of Sidney. It is one room only so about tight for the 4 of us, but excellent communication and very flexible hosts. Met at the door and felt very welcomed. Clean and cheerful.

Good location to The Central station and walkable distance to Chinatown. Provides all the required for comfortable living. Host is also very flexible in the check in timing and we are really very grateful for it. I will definitely stay at this apartment on my next stay at Sydney!

Su's place was just enough for a night's stay. The location is amazing if you are traveling by train as it is right near central station.

Location is great! It's a block or 2 away from Central station. And 10-15 min walk to Paddy's Market. Just downstairs, is Spice Alley, where you can eat different types of cuisine! Owner (Su) is also very helpful in answering all my questions very quickly. She also allowed us to check in early. She made sure to check on us and address all our needs! Thank you Su!

To be frank, you will never be hungry when you stay at Su's place. This apartment is conveniently located streets away from Central Station and multiple food junctions. There are plenty of restaurants within a walking distance and with the station so easily accessible, it allowed us to commute to majority of the CBD while we were staying here. In addition, Su was always readily available to contact for any inquiries or recommendations. Thank you for having us!

Let me just start by saying that this is a lovely, lovely place. Su and her team truly went out of the way to help us (even driving our luggage to us when we messed up our bookings). We loved our stay and will definitely rebook there if we are staying in Sydney again. It's also incredibly convenient to get around Sydney with Central Station so close by. Tip: If you're coming from the airport with more than 1 person, it's cheaper to get an Uber or taxi instead of taking the train. If you're craving Asian food, Spice Alley around the corner really has decent food. It was not quite good as most of the food back home, but great if you're having cravings. Up early and want breakfast? There is plenty in the area (try Beautiful Burgers nearby) or even Concrete Jungle if you're into their kind of food. If the weather is lovely and you are up for a walk, you can even walk to Sydney Fish Market, which has some amazing food... and oddly enough, decent fruits at the supermarket there. Cooking is viable if you want to, though we recommend opening the window if you are cooking anything smoky, just in case you set the fire alarm off. There are a ton of supermarkets nearby, just to make things even more convenient. If you are not used to city life, it can be a little loud at night, it thankfully was not a problem for us. Just be aware! Overall, great place, don't be afraid to walk around either.
