The apartment is in a convinient zone. Whoel foods market is beside the bulding,it is so easy to buy food and grocery. The apartment's space is enough for 4people. Two bathrooms are wonderful and convinient. The facility is good in the apartment,but the problem of the clean make us trouble. There are hair on the carpet,bed,sofa,and the drawers. The blanket has some dirty stains. The towels are rough to use,suggest to change new. There are no wash towel in the kitchen. And another thing confused us,there are only blanket on the beds. We found one quilt in the wardrobe,but without coversheet and it is not clean which can not be used. And there are two rooms,but only one quilt:(. The apartment is good,if the host can make it more comfortable,it will be great. When we booked the apartment,we also pay for the parking space,but the day before we arrived, we were told that the parking space can not give us to use two days. The host returned the money to us ,and give us the third day to use free.The parking is not the problem,casue each night can park outside the building free and there a parking lot behind the building walking distance two minutes.

The concierge on arrival was very helpful. Love the Whole Foods literally right next door! Lots of things within walking distance. The apartment was beautiful! Would defiantly stay again!

While Kyle is great at communicating/responding and his place is right at Whole Foods his condo was underwhelming. So poorly stocked - 1 wine glass. No dishcloth or dish towel. Many plates were chipped. Walls badly marked everywhere. White leather chairs dirty/stained. Burn hole on bed spread. Cheapest/thinnest bath towels.

UNCLEAN. Kyle offered to have someone come to "Freshen up" while we were in the unit. It needed a deep cleaning. Having a crew, especially if same one that originally "cleaned" was not an option. We took pictures: Mold in coffee pot, hair in drawers - kitchen and bathroom; Spills and crumbs in drawers. Dishes were dirty and utensils appeared thrown into drawer, also unclean. Glassware chipped in addition to being dirty. No spray cleaner or wipes provided. The single wine glass appeared to be in good working order. Layers of dirt/mess in multiple rooms. Scuff marks on several walls, etc. The amenities indicate no blow dryer or iron, yet they were there (this info would have been valuable information). Missing: bottom sheet for Hide-a-bed. No lid for coffee pot rendering it inoperable unless we stood holding a knife under carriage. Only one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, two washcloths for a 2/bed 2/bath, no duvet cover for hide-a-bed, cigarette burn hole in bedspread in first bedroom. The list goes on.. The location is super, doormen friendly, kind. Kyle responded quickly, bot offered no workable solutions. Very disappointed to pay what we did for such a FILTHY place.

While its too bad Patricia was disappointed, and the cleaners have been made aware, despite offers to re-clean and replenish supplies, she declined, making it impossible to satisfy her. Items have been restocked.

Fellow renters, if your idea of "lux" travel accommodations is more like a Best Western or a Red Roof Inn than it is a Ritz Carlton, then Kyle's place will suit you. It is adequate, although perhaps a bit soulless. It is clean. It has well maintained furniture. The wifi is good. And the communication was for the most part also adequate, in that information about how to check-in was clearly described. But, with fairly minimal effort, Kyle could make this only-adequate C+ experience into a true "lux" A+ stay. One gets the sense he just doesn't care to deliver more than a C+ experience. What needs improvement? To begin, the amenities provided in the kitchen and bathroom are of the lowest quality. The pillows are flat, the towels are unabsorbent, there were no kitchen towels at all. Slightly nicer kitchen gear (e.g., decent knives) and in particular, a second wine glass to join the very lonely single one there now, would make the kitchen more useful. And a third roll of toilet paper (for five people for three days) would have been a nice touch. I am used to being greeted by a bottle of wine and some fruit or chocolate, not a full dishwasher to put away. Next, more accurate descriptions of the property and better communication would be helpful. For example, the roofdeck featured in the listing is actually down the block in another apartment building. A 48-hour turnaround time to answer questions isn't horrendous, but when it is in the days leading up to a trip, a faster reply time would be greatly appreciated. And, sending check-out instructions (such as a request to run the dishwasher) late on the morning of check-out (and indeed, in our case, after we left) could be avoided by making a unit instruction guide in advance. Or even a local dining and shopping guide if you really wanted to be an A+ host! Finally, the parking in the area is very problematic, so fellow travelers arriving by car should be forewarned. I asked Kyle about parking a few days before our arrival, and he eventually replied and said that for $25 more I could rent his parking space. I immediately replied and said yes, but then not till two days later (the morning of our arrival !!) he finally replied to say the space was not available after all. He then gave two recommendations for public lots, neither of which was actually open to the public. We ended up parked in the closest lot we could find, which was over a mile away and in a congested area of Boston. I come to Boston often and I normally stay in one of the many small inns in the older South Bay neighborhood nearby. I chose Kyle's place because I was coming with a group of 5, but I won't be back. I prefer to interact with a host who cares about the property, about his guests, and about their experience in...

L'appartement est très bien dimensionner pour 4 personnes. Le plus : un supermarché au bas de l'immeuble, le fait d'avoir une plateforme de vélo mise à disposition par la ville. Le moins: l'appartement est un peu cher, et mériterait un peu plus de propreté.
