All beds have comfy King Coil mattresses-which ensure a great nights sleep with block out privacy blinds. All sheets, pillow cases, towels, hand towels and bathmats provided.
All guests must comply with Council's Short term Rental Accommodation policy. They must consider neighbours health, safety and privacy, they must not create noise that is offensive to neighbours, Separate waste into recyclable, organic and general garbage. Guests must not allow more than 2 people per bedroom. They must not park vehicles in a way that disrupts neighbours. Guests must be off the deck between 10 pm and 8 am. No pets at all due to potential allergy concerns of future guests and No smoking in the house. No parties nor more than 6 Adults staying over night in the house. Booking will indicate total acceptance of these rules and conditions. The stay can be terminated if these common sense rules are not adhered to.

As a guest I am neat and tidy. I always settle into accommodation as if it were my own and leave the accommodation as well as I first found it. You barely know that I have stayed.
I enjoy movies, theatre, experiencing all types of local food and I enjoy going to food or flower markets in the early mornings.
As a host, I am user friendly, the house is well kept and the amenities are good.
