Position Position Position!!! A wonderful sunny beach front 3 bedroom 2 bathroom and 2 toilet, property with panoramic ocean views at great value. 150 metres from the beach in the beautiful South Coast region. My husband says, "If you are holidaying at the beach - you must be able to see the water & not just a glimpse". All beds have comfy King Coil mattresses-which ensure a great nights sleep with block out privacy blinds. All sheets, pillow cases, towels, hand towels and bathmats provided.
Aspect on Jones' Beach is not up a hill or behind a train track. It is opposite the beach and in front is a fully equipped children's park. The property is decorated in bright beach house style. Two large sized bedrooms with queen beds. The water can be seen from these bedrooms and one x Tri Double bed with single bunk bed - bedroom. The property will accommodate up to six adults or total seven with adults and children.
'Aspect' has an open plan living area with two x three seater sofas, a gourmet kitchen with 2 drawer dishwasher. The property has reverse cycle air conditioning/heating, additional heaters in all bedrooms for cool nights and 2 ceiling fans and 1 floor fan, if needed in summer. It has a north-east aspect and receives excellent natural sun light especially in winter.
Guests can access the total house, backyard and front yard. The back yard is fully fenced for young children. Guests also have access to a small storage shed which houses the BBQ, outdoor furniture and some toys.
There is parking for three cars or perhaps a boat. Across the road is also a parking area as well as a delightful children's play park with lots of play equipment. Indoors there are books, games, toys and DVD's for young and old. You will be notified by message about key pick up.

A comprehensive supermarket is 300 metres away as is the IGA Supermarket, liquor shop, coffee shop, hamburger shop, bakery shop, pharmacy and Dr's surgery. The golf club, restaurant and course is 700 metres away. There are sensational walking/bicycle tracks which go to other towns. The beach is sparingly populated - which is so so good. It is lifesaver patrolled.
All guests must comply with Council's Short term Rental Accommodation policy. They must consider neighbours health, safety and privacy, they must not create noise that is offensive to neighbours, Separate waste into recyclable, organic and general garbage. Guests must not allow more than 2 people per bedroom. They must not park vehicles in a way that disrupts neighbours. Guests must be off the deck between 10 pm and 8 am. No pets at all due to potential allergy concerns of future guests and No smoking in the house. No parties nor more than 6 Adults staying over night in the house. Booking will indicate total acceptance of these rules and conditions. The stay can be terminated if these common sense rules are not adhered to.

I am a former primary school teacher, I now do office administration and bookkeeping. I also own and manage a holiday rental in the charming South Coast, sea side village of Kiama, NSW, Australia. It is named, Aspect on Jones' Beach. I hope to list it on Airbnb soon.
To date my main travel destinations have been to Europe and England. Although I have also been to Russia and the Scandanavian countries as well.
As a guest I am neat and tidy. I always settle into accommodation as if it were my own and leave the accommodation as well as I first found it. You barely know that I have stayed.
I enjoy movies, theatre, experiencing all types of local food and I enjoy going to food or flower markets in the early mornings.
As a host, I am user friendly, the house is well kept and the amenities are good.
