Keyless 24hr pin code entry! Built in 2015 modern townhouse, 3 lovely bedrooms and 3 bath in the heart of Seattle. Only a block away from major bus lines that will take you everywhere Capitol Hill and Downtown. Please no party or loud noises for neighbors since it is townhouse

Check in 7pm, Checkout noon. You can drop off luggages anytime after 2pm but cleaning will be done by 7pm.

• Check-in time is 7PM.
• no smoking of any kind inside the house or within 100 ft radius or there will be penalty of $300

We were in town for a night with work colleagues for an event the following morning. Chelsy's place was a great fit for us - lots of privacy between rooms and well equipped for our basic needs. The complex is quite small so we didn't attempt to park in the garage but we found a spot without s problem just out front. Some of the conditions looked as though they needed maintenance which were mostly the walls and the main living room picture was no longer hung. Overall good place to stop and stay.

Nice home! Modern and clean with easy access! We were here with 2 cars--street parking was not a problem--plenty of spots were available close to the property. Also, very close to buses. Worked well for our group!

Great home to stay in. Really clean and organized. A great location and quiet neighborhood. Host is very attentive and quick to respond with any questions.

I would have liked to give a better review because Chelsy was very quick to respond to all communication and was very helpful. But there were some issues with cleanliness that ruined our stay. We went to sleep to find multiple big stains all over the bed sheets and mattress cover (when staying in an AirBnb you can only think of one thing when you see stains like that...). They were later described as stains from lotion that couldn't be washed out. Those sheets were still used knowing there were discoloration stains on them... there was an extra set of sheets available but after that you don't trust how clean anything is. There were dirty dishes with dried on milk left in the cupboards, and stains on several walls throughout the house. Because of this we asked for the cleaning fee to be refunded. That was denied and we were asked to leave our honest review, so here it is. It was a decent townhouse, sleeps 6 comfortably and you could squeeze 10 in with sleeping bags. 10 minute drive from downtown. Chelsy is always available and quick to respond but don't expect it to be as clean as you'd hope.

Guest messaged me that if I give partial refunds on the travel fee, she will be leaving positive review, and it would be better for me as getting positive review and attracting more guests will end up be more profitable than not giving her money and she leaving bad review to deter future bookings from other guests. I did politely reply that guest should put her honest review on how she felt on the review, and I do not accept bargaining reviews with partial refunds. Surprisingly, this happens quite often--I get this type of requests from about 10~20% of guests that they will leave positive reviews if and only if I offer them money. I never accept that. Me and my cleaner strive hard to give you a memorable and comfortable experience, and if something is wrong, please message me right away (message is the best way to contact me), and I will do my best to fix it for you, or at the worst case, try to work with airbnb to find alternative places for you so that your trip is still enjoyable. Just to give the full picture, I always hire a professional cleaner from Handy who throughly cleans the place for 3~5 hours. Every time, he runs laundry and dishwasher and has been doing a great job. 1. There wasn't really a stain on the sheet. It was slightly darkened in the color as after washing the sheets it had a slight discoloration that is barely noticeable. Also, it has been washed at least 50 times (few months) since I spilled a bit of lotion--the sheets were clean. Also, in each bedrooms, there are extra sets of clean sheets in the closet for use. 2. There was one mug in the dishwasher that didn't completely get cleaned from the washing cycle--which could be easily fixed by re-running. I understand that it is not perfect, but even though my dishwasher is only 1 year old, from time to time, there will be one or two things that doesn't come out completely clean from one cycle. There were plenty of other mugs and cups to use that were clean and neatly put on the cupboards. 3. There are some marks on the wall as guests carry their luggages around, the wheel sometimes leave marks. Eventually, I will have to repaint the wall but I do not believe wall having some marks is considered as "the place is not clean" Overall, Alyssa's group was good guests (kept the place nice and I did not get complains from the neighbors regarding noise, etc). However, I do not believe above three things justify the case for "the place was not clean and thus we deserve refund". Whichever place you stay in the future, please do not try to bargain with the reviews. I get that it may work sometimes on other hosts and you may end up saving a bit of money, but it will hurt the overall community in the long run.

Me and my fiend checked in at 7pm, as described on listing. This was my first Airbnb, so very excited. Upon walking into the house, we were both shocked... on the first floor we found laundry still sitting in the dryer, the door to the backyard wasn't locked, so we took a peek at the backyard - let's just say some gardening work could be done soon. Walked up to second floor, a window was open, few lights were on... so we thought someone was still home, now it's getting a little bit scary for us. Kept going to explore 3rd floor, we see some dirty gloves and cleaning rugs on the stairs leading to the rooftop patio. Now my friend is totally freaked out, checked out the bedroom, there were bed sheets and linens just sitting on the bed, no idea if they are clean or dirty. Upon contacting the host, she said the cleaners "forgot". It seems like they forgot quite a bit. Few other things - there is a lot construction in the neighborhood. Most older homes are being tear down to rebuild into new townhome. Also the master bedroom has a big bay window that has no blind or any window coverings, it's not for everyone who wants more privacy or sleep in late.
