Descrizione

The apartment:

This duplex has a superb south-facing terrace: an exclusive oasis of peace and quiet in the very heart of Madrid. Full of plants and brightly decorated in shades of red, it is fitted out with a table and chairs for eating al fresco and enjoying the Madrid days and nights.

It can sleep four. There is one double bedroom on the lower floor and another double bedroom on the upper floor, at the top of an iron spiral staircase.

The dining room, with a classic terrazzo floor, opens directly onto the terrace. Very welcoming and bright, it has been furnished with an impressive selection of furniture to create a warm, homely feel. There is a home cinema and films for guests to watch.

The black-and-white upstairs bedroom has a comfortable double bed, handy desk and a sloping ceiling.

The downstairs bedroom has a double bed and a window that opens onto the inner courtyard.

The rustic kitchen has wooden fittings and an induction hob.

The bathroom has a double-tap shower.

There is air conditioning and Wi-Fi internet.

The building doesn't have a llift.

Tucked away in a quiet spot between Calle Fuencarral and Calle Hortaleza, close to Malasaña and Chueca neighbourhoods, this apartment is surrounded by some of the most fashionable stores and boutiques in the city.

It is right next to Chueca and Tribunal metro stations and is within easy walking distance of Gran Vía and all the main sights. The Colegio de Arquitectos, one block away, has a newly built (2016) municipal swimming pool and gym. The perfect choice!

-Para efectuar el check-in se requerirá presentar una identificación (DNI o Pasaporte) y firmar el contrato de arrendamiento temporal.
-A su llegada se le proporcionará información detallada del apartamento y sus alrededores.
-Cualquier check-in posterior a las 21.00 horas se considerará Late check-in.
-El Late check-in se hará directamente en el apartamento y tiene un recargo de 30€ que tendrá que se abonado en efectivo.
-Los huéspedes deberán llamar al teléfono de contacto proporcionado con antelación para informar u orientar de su hora de llegada.

-No se permiten fiestas dentro de las instalaciones ni ruidos excesivos a partir de las 22.00 horas.
-No hay camas supletorias disponibles.
-Hay cunas disponibles bajo petición.
-No se permite fumar dentro del apartamento.
-No se admiten mascotas.
-Esperamos que los huéspedes sean respetuosos y educados con el medio que se les proporciona.

-Las bolsas de basura deben sacarse al contenedor asignado al edificio a partir de las 19.00 hasta las 08.00. algunos edificios cuentan con contenedores propios dentro del portal.
-Al hacer el check-out, se deben dejar las llaves en la mesa dentro del apartamento y la basura sacada.Recuerde, nunca se deben dejar las llaves puestas en la puerta.

-Our office hours are from 10:00 until 21.00
-Upon check-in, you will be required to present a passport or ID and sign the short term contract.
-Upon arrival, you will be provided detailed information about the apartment and surrounding areas.
-Any check-in done after 21:00 will be considered a Late check-in.
-Late check-ins will done directly at the apartment and have a 30€ supplement which should be given in cash.
-Guests must call the provided contact number ahead of time to inform about arrival time.
-Parties are strictly forbidden in the apartment. Quiet hours must be respected and are from 22:00 until 10:00.
-There are no roll-away beds available.
-Cribs are available based on availability.
-Smoking is prohibited in the apartments.
-Pets are not allowed.
-Guests are expected to be respectful and polite.

-Garbage should be taken out to the garbage bins on the street from 19:00 until 8:00. Some buildings have garbage bins inside the building where you can deposit the trash during the day.
-When checking-out, please leave the keys inside the apartment on the table and take out the garbage. Remember to never leave the keys on either side of the lock.
