About Our Villa
When designing and building we believed it was important to consider the imprint we leave and the effects we have on our environment and planet. We built our villa using only cultivated acacia, teak,cedar & Guanacaste woods. Our roofs are made from natural clay tiles, which keep our villa cool for your comfort and keep energy consumption down. Our other initiatives include Complete, independent septic system that recycles water into the irrigation of our gardens Use of energy saving light bulbs and appliances wherever possible, Recycling garbage program and much more.

Who We Are
I am Sam a citizen of the world, In the last 10 years I have been living in the UK with my family with glimpse to the US and Japan. Once I was at Costa Rica in the Region at 2001 Santa Teresa looked to me as laid-back beach town that could be home for me one day, so Iv’e decided to move down here and join the beautiful community of Santa Teresa, the amazing pura vida life style made me to want to become active member in the community helping Santa Teresa growing in the right way.
