This private one bedroom home is close to all the sights yet set back in the quiet jungle neighborhood of Palolo Valley. The "Bungalow"' is the back house. One bedroom with king-sized bed and there's a pullout couch that has a double bed (not futon) in the living room.
The "Bungalow" is the back house and shares the property with a front house and the Aloha BunkHouse, with a game room with a pool table. The bungalow has one bedroom with a tall king-sized bed. The living room couch pulls out into a full size bed, not a futon. This house is the owner Jeremy's so it's all his local style, handmade fish print paintings included. His place is totally local Hawaii, many guest's favorites is Magnum, his awesome Rottweiler.
You have access to the entire 1 bedroom bungalow (bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, living room). The Aloha Bunkhouse is a popular travelers hostel that shares the property. You are welcome to hangout in the game room, patio and do laundry there as well.

The owner Jeremy rents this when he goes off island. The property has two other buildings. There's usually lots of other guests on the property. Magnum is the official greeter and a favorite along our guests. Read the happy reviews. Lauren makes sure things runs smoothly. Please don't hesitate to ask.
Palolo Valley is super awesome! We're 20min from the airport and only 4 miles from Waikiki. It's nicknamed "Rainbow Valley" and the steep mountains surround the whole area. The cooler temperatures and nightly showers make this area a jungle retreat. This is the type of neighborhood where doors stay open and neighbors chat. There's an amazing hike up at the end of the road. It's a muddy 4-5 hour hike to Ka'au crater and you'll pass 3 waterfalls.
Un giro nei dintorni
We're at the corner of Waiomao and Kuahea (it wraps around, we're the second time). The 9S bus is a 1/4 mile down the hill. The hill is steep but doable. It's stops running around 10:30pm. Lyft and Uber come to the house and taxis run a bit more. Street parking is pretty available and park along the right side of the street. Please don't ever park in front of the neighbor's houses, there's more space at the top of the hill.
Altre cose da evidenziare
This is the owner Jeremy's actual house so it's decked out his style and does have personal belongings. He's super cool and rents it out while he's off-island. His best friend is Magnum, the super friendly Rottweiler! He loves to hang out. He's not allowed past the game room door. Please keep the side gates closed. He's only allowed to cross "on-leash" and would be thrilled for a walk. :-) It is cleaned, wiped down and swept regularly, but it's not "hotel standards" by any means and we price it accordingly. It's a great place for affordable accommodations. Also occasionally he has accidents and doesn't mean to. The cleaning staff services the commons areas of the property. Please let Lauren know if anything needs attention.
The Bungalow is the back house on the property sharing with the Aloha Bunkhouse. We offer a flexible check-in so arrive anytime. You'll find the key in the lock and please return it that way. Your linens are found in the laundry room and please strip the linens are return them that way. Please leave the bungalow empty so it's ready for the next guest. You MUST read the House Manual for all arrival info and the link is in the confirmation email. Contact Lauren through AirBnB system if you need anything! Cleaning staff come daily for the common areas of the property. You need anything services please let us know. Magnum is not allowed past the game door ever or past the gates without a leash. Please keep him safe by keeping the gates closed at all times.

Aloha! I moved to Hawaii sight-unseen from Los Angeles to start 2015 because I wanted to be happy - and it worked! I was inspired by "The 4 Hour Work Week" and am creating a life of liberty.
I sold my first company in Nov. 2014 (bringing animals to kid's birthday parties all over Southern California) and I am enjoying LIVING life and owning my time while plotting new business ventures. I setup my first listings on AirBnB at my home in Honolulu in April 2015.
I didn't stay long in Oahu as I was inspired by the stories of travel and adventures from all of my guests. So I took off to do my own first adventures in solo traveling and I spent 7 weeks exploring Kauai (and fell in love w it and decided to move there!)
I ended up traveling for 5 months straight because of AirBnB in 2015 - it changed my life and I found myself! I explored Kauai, Oahu, CA, AZ, UT, NV and OR while visiting friends, family and seeing amazing sights and tons of National Parks.
I am so grateful for AirBnB as both a host and traveler and love to give back to others. Now I remotely manage many AirBnB listings in partnership with my friends on Oahu and Kauai.
We work together to provide affordable accommodations and share our wonderful islands with you. I live on Kauai with my ohana in the cute little town of Hanapepe.
Now that I manage so many great properties, I have a team for assisting in customer support. We offer an efficient DIY check-in guests love saving you time and money.
I manage a great place in Kapaa town near the beach with shared and private rooms and a private studio. Bend Oregon is a great travel destination and I manage a nice home there.
On Oahu is the original Aloha Bunkhouse in Honolulu with an awesome bunkhouse, residential front house plus a bungalow.
For a great downtown Honolulu experience, we have a suite that's great for large groups.
I love to travel and so grateful for AirBnB and enjoy staying with other hosts. Come visit and book now to enjoy your experience at one of my listings.
