Enjoy your personal space with the entire basement of a modern townhouse. This newer home with 9 foot ceilings is a comfortable place to spend your time in Calgary. On a quiet street next to major routes and within car2go zone, but far enough from downtown for free street parking.

Entire basement of a 1 year old home with 1 bedroom includes separate living space with TV/cable/wireless internet, as well as private bathroom with shower.
Towels and bed linens provided

Full basement for your private use, storage and furnace room in the basement are for use of owner, but will not be accessed during your stay other than in extenuating circumstances.
Kitchen is shared and you are welcome to cook and use all dishes/utensils/pots and pans.
Groceries are not shared, but feel free to make coffee or tea, and use margarine and spices.

Quiet neighbourhood is a mix of older charming homes and new infills, conveniently located just off of main routes, with easy access to downtown or 5 min from the West edge of town which is convenient for driving to the mountains.

1 block from major bus routes on Bowness Road and 16 Ave, 15 minutes to downtown core, 10 minutes to SAIT, 5 minutes to Foothills Hospital. Foothills Hospital is approximately 35-40 minute walk via river pathway.

Had a great stay in this very modern townhouse while I was in Calgary for work. Jana was very accommodating and nice to chat with. The place was very neat, clean, and tidy. Comfortable bed. Lots of drawers and hangers for my clothes. Had the whole lower floor to myself including bedroom, TV room with couches, and bathroom. Was able to get a lot of work done. Lots of street parking available out front. Thanks so much for opening up your place!

Jana was a great host and the home met all my requirements. It was close to the university, downtown, shopping and the highway. The unit looks exactly as pictured and I would definitely stay here again!

Jana was very understanding when I explained I would be arriving on a late flight. She showed me around the house and explained everything I needed to know. This was the perfect place for me to stay for a week during a business trip. I had my own living room, bedroom and bathroom and could use the kitchen when needed. Montgomery is a great neighborhood with a park nearby and the university is within a 35 min walk.

Jana did a great job hosting. I had to walk to the university in the morning and it took about 30-40 minutes to walk the distance. I would recommend this listing to anyone who wants a quiet, clean, and relaxing environment.
