Descrizione

Our newly released home offers space & comfort for friends or families visiting Cape Town. Enjoy panoramic views of Table Mountain across Table Bay & Robben Island from our large open plan living area or relax at our pool with a view the mountain.

Overlooking the Atlantic Ocean, our house has a spacious living area which is perfect for entertaining or laid-back relaxation. The open-plan designer kitchen and dining area create the perfect ambiance for sociable meal times while the lounge and patio beyond offer uninterrupted views of our famous Table Mountain and Robben Island.
The fully equipped gourmet kitchen is fitted with gas and electric Gaggenau appliances and has a separate scullery.
On the lower level is a second living area with a bar and full surround sound cable television system. This leads onto a covered entertainment area with gas and wood barbecue, large pool and garden.
The property has plenty of secure parking and full security system.

Accommodation – the first 3 bedrooms are all on the same level as the main living area
•Main bedroom - extra-king bed, open plan en-suite bathroom with bath and shower, has own air-conditioner, beautiful mountain and sea views from the bed and bathroom, leads onto upstairs patio
•Second bedroom - queen bed, en-suite bathroom with bath and shower, has own air-conditioner
•Third bedroo(URL HIDDEN)beds, en-suite bathroom with shower, has own air-conditioner, leads onto private front garden
•Forth bedroom - queen bed, en-suite bathroom with shower, adjoins the downstairs living area and opens onto patio and garden

Guests will have full access to the home including large double garage.

We only interact with guests if required. Guest are welcome to communicate with our housekeeper who will attend to daily cleaning and can pass on messages to us. We can also be reached via email or phone if required.

Milnerton is a quiet, relaxed neighbourhood with easy access to main transport routes. We are 400m walking distance to a small but excellent shopping centre with Woolworths and Spar supermarkets, Clicks Pharmacy and Wellness Warehouse; several boutique shops, salons and fantastic restaurants including Asian, seafood, steakhouse, pizza and coffee shops.

While we would recommend hiring a car, the nearest My Citi Bus station is 600m walking distance from the house on a main line that runs to the city or Big Bay in the other direction. Other convenient forms of transport would include using Uber taxi’s.

Our housekeeper will clean the home and make up the bedrooms during the week, working hours are from 8:30 – 5:00 or by arrangement. The gardener takes care of the pool and garden once a week.

While our house does lend itself to entertaining, due to consideration to our neighbors, we do not allow loud noise nor late night parties. As we are non-smokers, we do not allow smoking in the house.
Please note, we do not have a pool fence or pool cover.
We would expect a respectful attitude towards our staff, home and all of it’s contents. If anything is damaged please inform the housekeeper immediately.

Excellent location for those looking for a quiet, relaxing place, set up for entertaining large groups of family/friends. We enjoyed spending time together in the modern home with well equipped kitchen, modern bathrooms and large common spaces. The neighborhood is pleasant with a 15 min walk to beach and 5 min walk to shopping center (grocery, pharmacy, coffee shop, restaurants). It is convenient home base for those with a rental car (or using taxi/uber) planning trips to waterfront/table mountain/accessing highway to other sites. The host family was very helpful with the check in process/tips for our tourist activities and the housekeeper was a lovely perk.

We are blessed to live in one of the most beautiful cities in the world. As much as we love living in Cape Town, we also love to travel. We would love you to experience our gorgeous home so that we can use that time to explore the rest of South Africa and the world.
Our favorite destinations are Thailand and Hawaii, we would still love to visit Vietnam and take our 2 kids on a skiing holiday.
