The Apartment offers 3 luxurious double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and walk-in dressing rooms, all listed separately on Airbnb. You will have the use of a huge open plan living area incorporating a large, well equipped kitchen with curved glass walls and all modern appliances. The apartment also enjoys the use of a lawned area with trees and shrubs as well as access to the pretty communal gardens overlooking Letcombe Brook and the mill pond, with a charming fabric lined summer house - perfect for enjoying a morning coffee or evening drink. It is set within the beautiful and historic village of East Hanney. Perfect for a break away from London, working in the area, for walking, biking, horse riding, exploring and enjoying a stroll to the village pub for a pint and a warming supper.
Dandridge's Mill, a multi-award-winning property, is a beautifully converted, listed Georgian silk mill. The development takes environmental living to new heights, generating its own electricity and heating. A Hydrodynamic Archimedean Screw generates up to 5.2kW of electricity with the excess being sold back to the National Grid. A Swedish hydro-thermal heat pump supplies hot water underfloor heating, reversible in summer to underfloor cooling. The superb insulation exceeds building regulations by 25% which all adds up to this listed building achieving a virtually Zero Carbon Footprint.

Visitors will have access to their own private, lockable room with ensuite bathroom, desk / dressing table with chair, comfortable armchair for relaxing in and walk in wardrobe.
In addition they are able to use the fully equipped kitchen, large dining area and comfortable sitting room with TV and DVD/Blu-ray player.

We meet each guest at the apartment to show them around and give them a set of keys so they can come and go as they please.
Information on the apartment and interesting things to see / do in the area, as well as local places to eat and shop are all contained in the apartment manual.

The Mill presents a superb base for exploring Oxford and the Cotswolds.
The pretty village boasts a post office, excellent and lively pubs and a restaurant, a village shop, play ground, church, livery yard, cricket and nearby, an award winning farm shop .
The attractive and Historic Market Town of Wantage is 3 miles away, while the ancient Abingdon on Thames is 7 miles - both offer many points of interest: for history lovers, shoppers, children and gourmands!
Walks include the Letcombe Brook Discovery Trail, a community woodland to nearby villages and the Lambourne Downs, Wantage Historic & Victorian Walks and The Ridgeway National Trail.
Oxford offers excellent cinemas and theatres, plus world class museums and everything you would expect in a thriving University City.
Horse racing at Cheltenham and Newbury,
Golf courses at Frilford Heath, Carswell, Burford and Oxford.
Tennis courts at Wantage and Abingdon.
Why not try the Vale Cycle Route via Denchworth?

Didcot Parkway is 7 miles away with fast and frequent trains to and from London and the west country, Oxford is approximately 9 miles.
East Hanney is on bus and cycle routes and there are taxis available locally. More information on public transport to and from East Hanney can be found on 'The Hanneys' website.
There is plenty of safe, off-road parking at the Mill.

Dandridge's Mill is, by it's very nature, surrounded by unfenced water. Children are very welcome but must be supervised at all times please.

Very welcoming host. Jaw droppingly stunning accomodation, in 4 months of trying AirBnB weekly around Oxford, this is by far the best! Fantastic location. Will definitely be back :)

My partner and I came here for a relaxing weekend away and that is exactly what we had! This is such a beautiful area of the country and Binnie has thought of every last detail to make your experience perfect. The flat is incredibly spacious with new finishings throughout - the pictures do not do it justice! We will certainly be back. Thanks Binnie, G & K
