Beautiful newly renovated apartment with Internet, terrace, parking and a beautiful view of the water and Malaga. The residence is located in the popular Malagueta neighbourhood close to the beach and the center of the city.

This apartment is located on the third floor of a building with elevator and has everything you need for your city break in Malaga. The property was completely renovated in August 2015 to a high standard. The apartment offers a light and spacious living room with dining table, sofas, TV and access to the lovely terrace where you can enjoy the beautiful view while enjoying dinner. The living room has access to the new kitchen complete with all accessories and a bathroom with shower.

We offer two bedrooms: a large bedroom with double bed, large wardrobes with mirror and a private bathroom with shower. The second bedroom offers two single beds and wardrobe.

We offer free parking and Internet.

If you want to be as near as you can to the beach, but still in the city centre of Malaga, then La Malagueta area is the place to be. It is bounded on the north by the district of Campos Elíseos; west, by Muelle Uno; and east by La Caleta beach.

Back in the 19th century, La Malagueta was an industrial area with nothing but small and humble cottages of fishermen's families. With the construction of the Hospital Noble in 1866 and the Plaza de Toros (bullring) in 1874, the area started to get noticed. Nowadays La Malagueta is surely one of the fanciest and favourite places to live in, as it offers a quiet area near both the city centre and the beach. In La Malagueta you will be away from the crowded city centre, surrounded by warm local people enjoying their routines.

La Malagueta is separated from the historic centre by the harbour Muelle Uno and Paseo del Parque, a beautiful walk of 10 minutes or so. It is well communicated by bus lines if you don’t like walking much!
The most important feature of the Malagueta area is, without question, La Malagueta beach. It stretches several kilometres from the port, all of them full of facilities, picturesque beach bars and restaurants and a lively seafront.

ID and flight info will be asked once the reservation is made. A contract might be asked to be signed by arrival, ID or Passport will be asked as a normal procedure.

• It is not allowed to stay more persons in the rental as agreed.
• No damages to furniture or the rental.
• Absolutely no noise at the accommodation, balconies, terraces or staircases after 21.00.
• Please do not disturb the neighbours when opening or closing the doors to the entrance or rental.
• No parties or celebrations.
• We do not accept reservations of people who rent the apartments for illegal activities.
• The owner of the apartment has the right to ask the client to sign a contract on arrival.
• The owner reserves the right to change the rental with another of the same condition in case of repairs, water damage and other damage
• We do not cover in case of theft in the apartments.
• We are not responsible for extraneous noise such as road works, construction of new buildings and other nuisances caused by extraneous circumstances.
• The owner has the right to eviction without refund if these conditions are not met.
• On arrival you will be required to complete and sign a legal document with regards to Holiday Rental Laws in Andalusia. In some cases you will also be required to show you passport.
• Taxi service to/from the airport 35€ (4 persons) (40€ after 22h)
• Out of hours check-in after 20:00 = 20 €
• Out of hours check-in after 22:00 = 30 €
