I love my home and you'll feel that the moment you walk through the door. The decor is welcoming; the location very serene and quiet. Queen bed in guest room, private bathroom and full access to the kitchen. Ski, hike, atv trails, golf, fishing, national parks and more. To maximize your stay in Beaver visit (URL HIDDEN) for more information on all the exciting things to see and do in the Beaver Valley.
The clean, bright room has a very comfortable queen bed with a memory foam topper, two nightstands, and a reading lamp. The window looks out to the naturally landscaped backyard which is full of trees. Snuggle under the homemade quilts (many available for sale) and fall asleep to the sound of crickets and wake to the sound of birds. Feel free to leave the window open for cool, fresh night air but be warned that you just might hear the deer munching on the grass right outside your window.
The full bathroom is right next to the room and comes with clean washcloths and towels. Extras are available if needed.
Wireless internet is available at no extra charge and you are welcome to watch movies (we have a small selection you can choose from) in the living room. A light breakfast will be offered - coffee and whatever I have on hand - fruit, yogurt, banana bread, muffins. Feel free to use anything in the kitchen as long as you wash your dishes and clean up.
Relax on the covered front porch or on the backyard patio. Enjoy mountain views with daily viewing of deer, turkey, or quail.

Please don't hesitate to ask questions before and during your stay. We want you to feel like this is your home away from home with as much or as little privacy as you'd like.
Altre cose da evidenziare
There is a lot to see and do! Drive to Zion National Park (just under 2 hours), Bryce Canyon (1 1/2 hours) or just up to Eagle Point Ski (30 minute drive) resort for the day. Bring your atv and ride one or more of the many trails in our mountains. The Paiute Trail is just minutes from the property. Guided horseback rides are available through Peterson Trail Rides right up the road. Choose from one of many lakes and streams to go fishing - all within a 30-minute drive. Play golf (just 1/2 mile from the house), walk the path around the golf course and nearby neighborhoods, or just bring a good book or magazine and relax.
No smoking in or near the house please. Although we have a housemate named Milo, a very energetic Yorkie, we do ask that you leave your fur baby at home. Children 2 and older are welcome to come with you as long as you keep a close eye on them.
I love to say that I live in “Vacationland”. There is so much to do here – walk, bike, hike, atv trails, fishing, skiing, visit the National parks, take a drive in our beautiful mountains, or just sit and relax. The choice is yours.
Milo and Sylvia share the property with me. Milo is a young Yorkie who is full of energy. Sylvia is the outdoor cat who adopted me when she was a feral kitten. Neither one will bother you unless that is what you want.
My spare time is filled by visiting with my grandkids or sewing. I love making quilts or anything else that involves fabric. You will see examples of my work throughout the home, including in my guest room. Several quilts are for sale so if you see something you love please ask about it.
Hosting is great! I get to meet so many people from around the world. I also love to travel and hope that one day I'll be able to take a month or two and just travel the back roads of the U.S.
Your room is ready, see you soon!
